Alex was amazing!!! We had nice updates at the end of each day. He walked our dog daily and sounds like he got some good cuddles in. He washed the sheets and towels before we got home which was a huge help. He asked prior if his friend could stay a few nights, which was fine. They left the house tightly and took care of our pup! All I could ask for.
Abby was my first pet sitter for a longer stay. Right from the beginning when we got in touch, communication with her was easy and reliable, which didn't change during my absence. She daily sent some pictures of my cats and the garden. As Daily is ill and needs her daily cortisone dose, I was so relieved to know Abby looked after her, and of course also after the more snuggly Chippy, in the most caring, reliable and responsible way and therefore I could enjoy my trip even more. My cats took to Abby at once and I could see that she cared for my pets. Both my cats looked great and happy on my return. Abby also looked after my garden in a fantastic way. I am glad she also enjoyed eating the fruits and vegetables that were ready to be picked. As there were more fruits and veggies than Abby could eat, she was so kind as to deep-freeze them for me. I'll happily think of her and her great job in winter and thank her with all my heart. All my veggies, plants in pots and the lawn looked perfect when I returned - and there are quite a few! The house was spick and span when I returned. Furthermore, Abby had to deal with a workman, who annoyingly kept postponing his appointment. Abby didn't seem to mind. Thanks for that as well! All in all, I am extremely happy Abby was my house and pet-sitter during my absence and I would love her to come back any time! She's definitely a five-star sitter!
When my first "confirmed" petsitter cancelled on me a week before my trip, Danielle and Mike stepped up to help me. They were awesome! Responsible, respectful of my home, feisty and fun. they developed an instant bond with my dogs – not an easy feat for my two 16-yr-olds. They took them on lots of nature walks, gave them lots of pets and love and even cooked for them every day. I would love to have them back any time!
