Janet and Paul's place in Budapest is lovely! It is conveniently located to lots of stores and public transportation. Loki won my heart quickly, and he's VERY hard to say no to (especially when it comes to treats and sharing food)!! He is very sweet, mostly sleeps in one if his many beds around the apartment, and loves to be petted (sliding down surreptitiously so your hand reaches his belly....as if you won't notice if he moves very slowly)!! As long as he's close to you, he's content. The only time he's not docile is when he goes for his walks. He is stronger than he looks and can be a bit hard to control when he sees another dog or decides to chase a car! On the other hand, there's no need to work hard walking up the hill to get to his "potty spot" because he'll pull you there! Overall, he's a sweetie and wants to please, so a firm word and a tug on his leash works pretty well....just be prepared for the change in his personality once you get out his leash!! :) I highly recommend sitting for Loki, especially if you want a peaceful place to relax near the Buda Castle and other sights in Budapest (and if you're in fit enough shape to climb the stairs - and hills - required to walk Loki and get around)!! :)
We had a great time looking after Lily and Jasper. They were easy to look after and enjoyed having chats! They are so sweet and gentle, even big boy Jasper! Nicole was an excellent communicator and very thorough with the Welcome Guide. Their condo is in a quiet location, with gym, pool, close to everything, and with a handy free shuttle service to the station and shops. We look forward to coming back and looking after the kitties again.
Illana was amazing host. She provided all instructions clearly and make our sit smooth and easy. House is great we felt like home and enjoyed our stay taking care of her beloved pets. Gracy is very lovely and snuggly cat, Mishka loves to play and be always around, she brought me joy every day. Cookie is amazing for her age and easy to give meds. Recommend the stay
I had a wonderful week with little miss Sophie in the beautiful house of Ginny and Loren. Ginny and Loren are very welcoming, helpfull and kind. They took time to introduce me to Sophie and gave me a tour of their beautiful home before leaving. Sophie is an adorable dog who loves going on walks and spending time outdoors, but she also enjoys her nap times. We had a very lovely time together. Valentine and JuneBug are fun, loving and respectful dogs. They love to chase balls and other objects for you and entertain you with their own tug-o-war game. Liz is great and provides a nice home to hang out in and a good base to explore the area. For example we went up to the Sandia Crest. Wonder drive and amazing view of Albuquerque over 5,000 feet below (summit almost 11,000 feet). The drive was less than an hour.
