Gerard & Sarah

Sarah and Gerard were great! The house was extremely tidy on our return and we had amazingly sharp knives thanks to Gerard’s travelling knife kit. They were really friendly and we felt so comfortable leaving our pets with them. Nero and Juno were very happy on our return. We would highly recommend them and if they want to come back to NZ we would have them back again!

If you get the opportunity to have Erin sit for you...TAKE IT!!! She is an angel sent from heaven. Erin was the most flexible human with our crazy schedule and plans we had to change the day of. She was kind and sympathetic and we didn't even know her! We had the most wonderful experience with her house sitting and our cat now loves her more than he loves us ;) Thank you again, Erin. Hannah

This was a return visit to our home for Hannah. This time, we took our dog along with us, so no pet sitting was involved. Hannah did an excellent job looking after things at our home during our 2 week absence. She kept us informed of any small issues that came up and, as previously, she was a delightful sitter.

Walter

Walter is a gentle and responsible person who loves nature and was very caring toward my cats. My kitty Willa had an ear infection by the time Walter arrived for his sit, which meant he'd need to administer an antibiotic once per day and ear drops twice per day. I was worried and stressed about leaving Willa in the hands of a stranger at such a time, but Walter handled it all like a pro, even getting down on the floor to spoon feed Willa when she was experiencing pain while eating. I also asked Walter to adhere to the kitties' feeding and sleeping schedules, and he did great. I came home to a tidy house and relaxed cats.

Kaylin

Kaylin was a wonderful house-sitter. She was communicative leading up to her sit, and kindly accommodated an early arrival so we could meet in person. She is as warm and kind in person as she was in our video chats. During the sit she communicated and sent pictures of our cat Frida. She left the house clean and tidy and left a kind note with a gift of lavender soap. Frida was a happy kitty when we returned. We would happily have Kaylin sit again if the opportunity arose.

Reliable, organized, always available with plenty of updating about our dogs… once my daughter missed her toys at home and Eleonore placed them all on the floor in order to take the best picture and send it to me… Eleonore and Guillermo were the most perfect and sweet sitters for our animals and house! I strongly recommend them! You will not be disappointed!

I’ve got to be honest, I had three sitters cancel on me because they could never commit to buying a plane ticket, and one asked if I would pay for it.  Ivan was ready to book his flights the minute I confirmed. 
Ollie 🐶 loved Ivan and Tatiana, and so did I. He still looks for them in their guest bedroom.  They took Ollie on lots of outings and I got a picture nearly every day.  They took great care of the house and left it sparkling clean and all the leaves were picked up. It was such a relief to come home to a clean house and Ollie safe. I’d highly recommend them, and so would Ollie.🐶💖

Maggie did a wonderful job taking care of our fur family while we were gone! She was very self-sufficient but good about communicating and sending photos also! I would have her back to my home in a heartbeat and it seems my dogs and cat all love her!

Rebekah and Matt were incredible house sitters. Their communication was amazing, and they kept us up to date with lots of  updates and pictures of our pups. It made us enjoy our trip so much more to know that our doggies and our home were being well taken care of. 

When we initially met Rebekah and Matt we immediately felt at ease, and knew they would take care of our dogs and home as if they were their own. This proved true, and we came home to an immaculate house and happy doggies. They even left a some beautiful flowers and cookies which were so sweet to come home to.

A wonderful family and a great dog called "Dexter". I can absolutely recommend a housesit here!!! Fiona is very clear from the start and communication has been smooth! In addition to being in a great location, the house is beautifully furnished. As an art lover, you can even see great pictures on many of the walls. A totally uncomplicated, loving dog, Dexter is the perfect companion :)-  It's no secret that he loves the sand on the beach and his ball that he uses to play with - Dexter is a little football champion. The stay was very enjoyable and I would look forward to returning in the future. Since the flight situation is so chaotic right now, I arrived a little early. This gave me some time with Fiona and her daughter <3! As much as I enjoy my housesits for the animals, I also really appreciate the owners' lifestyles and trust! Thanks for the lovely time in Edinburgh <3! BIG HUGS to Dexter!
