Picked up my 2 pups, and they acted like they didn’t want to leave! They stayed for a week, and when we were reunited, they just wanted to go back outside to the play area! After the grooming provided by APR, they look better than when I last saw them. Relaxed environment, friendly staff, attention to individual canines, and fair pricing. Recommending this place to all. Doubt my two will object to going back.
Absolutely incredible! Friendly knowledgeable and very caring team. Herb and Nebby are well taken care of and the team knows just how to care for each of their big personalities. With the recent move / transition between houses, Arkansas Pet Resort has went out of there way to create space for 2 Danes on short notice for overnight boarding. So thankful to have this place in town! 10/10
I have a highly anxious dog, and the staff was so patient with her during her stay. She came back happy, well taken care of, and with an expectation of lots of outdoor play. So thankful for this team who loves animals- even the ones who take some time to warm up!
Great service & reasonable priced. Love the pens with A/C & doggie doors. My Mollie was treated very kindly by staff & looking forward to using this business again. Thank you for an easy process.
My dog absolutely loves Arkansas Pet Resort. I know that anytime I am gone, he is in great hands. I love the facebook updates as well. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my precious babies face pop up while I am away. Thank you for always taking such great care of my big fella.
This is the only place we will take our dog. Great staff, good rates, and never had a single issue. Every time we take our dog he is excited to get there, which tells me he is well cared for during his stay.
I learned that the dogs are kept in the rooms for 15 hours over the weekend. From 4pm when the staff leaves until 7 am the next day. That is not okay. I would never take my dog here.
Took my 6 month old German Shepherd Mix for his first ever grooming experience outside of home , and it’s honestly the cleanest I’ve ever seen him ! Friendly staff & prices are great!
If you're looking for boarding or daycare for your pet this is the place to go, they also have the best groomers hands down!! I've been using Ar. Pet Resort for 7 years and I love it, I feel very confident and at ease when I leave my now 3 puppy dogs here!! The price is very reasonable and the staff really go the extra mile to insure that my doggies are well taken care of!!! Thanks for all your hard work!! Y'all ROCK!!!!!
I don't have anything to compare this to because I have only taken my dog to this one place to board overnight. It seems like a great place. Everyone is nice and seem to care about what they are doing. I have taken my dog to 2 other places for a bath and they did a good job here. He smelled better than my experience in the other places that I have taken him and his paws looked much cleaner. I am pleased and plan to continue to use them.
