This was our first experience of sitters through zeewoi so we were slightly apprehensive. However Colette quickly relaxed me with her bubbly warmth and asked sensible questions about the animal care and how the house worked. She even volunteered to water plants and wash linen on leaving, which I thought was very kind. They looked after our Labrador and two donkeys who appeared very chilled on our return. They kept me updated on how they were spending their time with the animals and sent great pictures and videos. Arthur had some long and fun walks. The house was very tidy and clean too when we returned. I would highly recommend Colette and Jonathan and would be pleased to invite them into our home again.
Carla was an awesome sitter for my husky/labradoodle mix. Maggie was healthy and happy when I returned and I appreciated the photos and video Carla sent while I was away. Just as importantly, Carla was an excellent caretaker of my house. Near the end of my stay, she sent me a photo and note saying there was a bat hanging (literally) in my living room!! It was a mystery how it got in, but there it was. Carla was calm and showed good humor -- which is more than I would have done. I would have totally freaked out. She gave a quick call to Salisbury's animal control and they took care of the problem. I appreciated how she competently handled the situation. I feel confident she'd treat any emergency in the same way. I also appreciated Carla's flexibility. I had a few hiccups with my travel plans but she graciously rolled with the punches. Carla will take great care of your pet and your house and I recommend her wholeheartedly.
Erin is a great communicator and kept me up to date with pictures of my girls. I would absolutely have her sit for me again!
