Lynne
Lynne was a gracious host. She is the most organized person I have ever encountered and had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The house is clean, charming and easy to care for. We particularly enjoyed chilling in the sunroom with its floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake.
And what can I say about Penelope but Wow! She is sweet, charming and has a winsome personality. She is very definite about what she thinks you should be doing and communicates it until you follow her directions. We really enjoyed taking care of her. If you are lucky enough to be accepted for a house sit here, jump at the chance. You will not be sorry you did.

One of the best sit we did so far! We literally felt in love immediately with Jet & Nika 😍 they’re absolutely lovely…you can spend the whole day just watching them playing together or lying on the couch with them.
The house is beautiful, cosy and for those summer days you can just chill or swim in the pool 🤩 plus is really close to the Esplanade where you can walk the dogs and enjoy the sunny days ☀️

Thanks Nette for your trust and this amazing opportunity! 🥰

This was a brilliant sit - great communication from the friendly owners, two wonderful (and very friendly) cats, a gorgeous house and a great location. We would be delighted to return another time :-)

David
One of our favorite housesits ever. David is clear and well organized, but more importantly he is genuinely warm, exceptionally generous in his hospitality, and is very easy going. His house is historic, beautiful and full of art. The neighborhood boasts fine restaurants, coffee shops, City Park , New Orleans Museum of Art and Bayou St. John. Finally David's two dogs are small but big on personality and very easy to care for.

Patty is the sweetest, most gentle and beautiful pup you’ll meet. You can’t help but adore her instantly. She was the easiest to care for as well. I loved spending the weekend win her company. She wasn’t too keen on walks around the neighborhood but she did awesome when we went to dog friendly parks. I’d love take care of Patty again.
Katie was super welcoming, left great instructions and it was so easy to communicate with her. I felt at home in their place. The neighborhood and home is very lovely. Overall an amazing sit.

Pamella
I had a great stay here. Pamella and Pat were very easy to work with, friendly, and welcoming. A nice bonus was they printed out the Welcome Guide which is a nice touch. The house is very comfortable and right by a very up-and-coming arty neighborhood. And Toby....Toby is my pal and one of my favorite dogs now! He's very easygoing, easy to take care of, and quickly became my couchmate any time I sat on the couch. Not to leave Tigger out, but he's an independent, easy cat. Talkative, but easy. (:}) And there's a lot to explore in Sacramento and great neighborhoods. I hope to get back and hang with Toby again. Highly recommended!
