Sandy was great! We confirmed the sit 2 months before the date and I was filled with confidence when we messaged a couple of times in between just to make sure it was still going ahead, On meeting Sandy I knew Jax and Tig were going to have fun And be well looked after and the house would be in safe hands. This review is long overdue … I had heard only great things about Urban Paws Doggy Daycare Geelong and felt I needed to seek help and guidance for my pug puppy Billie, she was lacking in confidence and missing companionship from other people and dogs when I was at work. After a temperament test was done, I was invested and knew these girls at Urban Paws could help mould this little pug into what I had hoped she would be when I wasn’t around. The girls at Urban Paws have only been caring for Billie for over a year, but the changes I have witnessed in her are dramatic and inspiring. She absolutely loves going to Doggy Daycare seeing her furry dog friends and hanging out with the wonderful staff. We recently got Billie a brother named Eddie and he also now attends Urban Paws, he has been attending for the last 4 months. We are starting to notice similar traits of confidence developing within him too! I couldn’t recommend Urban Paws Geelong more highly to anyone seeking company and fun times for their pooch! My dogs have responded so well to the staff’s gentle nature, calming demeanors and super fun personalities! All the staff’s personalities are well suited for her chosen profession. The pugs get very excited to see the girls when we turn up and they always look like they’ve had the best time afterwards. I love that the pugs both have their own dog besties at daycare. Highly recommend Urban Paws as a doggy daycare. My girl Zoe leaps out of the car as soon as we arrive. She loves the indoor / outdoor playtime and the companionship of other dogs...and she LOVES Roger and Melinda (the owners) and the other staff. Integration/introduction process is just brilliant and allows the owner to have complete faith that all the dogs wellbeing there is the priority. I know when I drop my Zoe off she is in a very safe environment and is keep happy both indoors and outdoors. I love the photos I am sent throughout some of the play sessions and Roger and Melinda are just wonderful to deal with 😊
Tori & the girls at Geelong are absolutely incredible. From day one they have welcomed our big fur baby, and are always showing such care and compassion beyond my expectations. We couldn't recommend Urban Paws more! Not only for doggie day care but also grooming! It's our dogs absolute favourite place, they can't wait to go spend the day and you can really tell how much they enjoy it. The staff are also amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and take such good care of our dogs. I always trust they will be safe but that they're having the best time while learning to socialise. Plus you get the cutest photos at the end of the day <3

My dog Louie and I both love Urban Paws. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Louie is a very energetic, big boy and can be a bit of a handful so I worry, but the staff communicate how he's going and never express any concerns dealing with him which fills me with confidence and eases my nerves. They are also good with last minute requests and are easy to schedule. Louie has an absolute ball everytime he goes, I just wish I could send him more!
My dog is obsessed with going here. She gets so excited on the drive in. I love having a tired puppy after daycare too 😂 The girls that work there are all wonderful and spoil her so much!
Urban Paws in South Geelong have provided consistent, professional care to our beloved pooch for 2.5 years. We appreciate that their staff have expectations of good (safe) dog behaviour during handovers when dogs in other centres tend to be over-excitable. And, yes, our pooch is always happy to attend. This place is amazing! Our border collie puppy had an absolute ball today on her first day. Urban paws was recommended to us by a friend who's dog is a regular and she absolutely raves about them, and they still managed to exceed our expectations. The staff are really professional, friendly and trustworthy. The enrolment process was thorough to make sure she was up to date with her vaccinations etc, and they started off with a temperament test for her first day, and slowly introduced her to different dogs etc. It was so nice receiving an update of how she went mid morning, as well as a video of her day! She clearly had the best day, and has slept soundly this afternoon! We will definitely be regulars, we can see how beneficial it will be for her long term!
Urban Paws in Yarraville has been loving and caring and I cannot imagine a better place where I would leave my nervous Golden Retriever Girl for daycare. Mila has been welcomed with open arms and hearts from the day we moved to Melbourne and she loves going there. The lovely girls there even tackle the tricky parts such as cutting nails. The picture upload each day is one of my highlights and it eases my heart to see how much fun Mila has at daycare while mummy is at work. Well done girls, keep it up. Harley has the best time at your doggy daycare! He comes home happy, well-exercised, and totally relaxed. The staff clearly adore him, and I love to see pictures from his day, which is so reassuring. Joker has the best time at Paw Patrol daycare he comes home ready to sleep. The staff are absolutely fantastic always so easy to talk to and give great feedback about about Jokers day. I always feel that joker is well looked after and most importantly safe.
Our Kelpy George loves going to Paw Patrol Day Care.He starts barking blocks away as he is so excited. The staff are lovely and tell us about George’s day on pickup. George is worn out when he gets home and sleeps most of the next day. Highly recommend Paw Patrol.
My little girl Aspen always seems to love her time at daycare. She comes home tired from a big day at care. There are many things to love about Paw Patrol, there is the friendly staff who take an interest in the life of your pup, the daily instagram stories showing what the dogs get up to. The monthly newsletter. The birthday photos and presents. For me the highlight is knowing I have a very friendly and extremely well socialised dog. If you want your dog to have a positive and rewarding experiance while you’re at work, THIS is the place to send them. I can’t speak highly enough about doggy daycare at Paw Patrol!
Paw Patrol is our Doberman Hansel’s favourite place to be. Jesse and the team take such good care of our pup including celebrating birthdays, sharing regular updates via instagram and making sure he has a great time with his buddies. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thanks guys x
We’ve had our dog at Paw Patrol for around 3 months now after recommendation from a friend. Our dog absolutely loooooves it ! The staff are so great, always ready to love on them and play with them. Our family love the regular photos and videos that are posted of him and the other dogs playing and having fun. There’s been so many that have made us laugh! He comes home tired and is so well behaved the next day too. It’s been such a help for us and our boy and we can’t say a bad word about Paw Patrol- thank you all, you’re amazing!!!! 🐾

Paw patrol are amazing! Our dogs Ace and Lola look forward to daycare each week. We love the photos posted to social media and the update about the day when we pick them up. Our dogs have grown with social confidence and love to say hi and play with other dogs. The team go above and beyond and love all the dogs like their own. We highly recommend paw patrol daycare!

Couldn’t recommend Blue Moon MORE even if I tried! All of the staff have the highest care, love and care for both you and your pup, you’ll feel so great knowing your doggie is in great hands for the day! Another highlight is that post over a hundred photos at the end of each day, showcasing all the doggies having an absolute blast through the day. Not only does Blue Moon provide a valuable & positive daycare experience for us, it also helps with our pups socialisation, additional training, any grooming, and the best part, mental and physical stimulation! Staff are so welcoming and genuinely care for the animals, I am always greeted and told about my pup's day with in-depth information. They are very knowledgable and always giving tips for raising my kelpie pup. Definitely recommend!
Pepper loves it. The staff at Blue Moon really know what they are doing and I feel 100% comfortable leaving my dog there. I know Pepper is going to come home socialised and socialised WELL! The dogs have rules and the staff are all so friendly. Blue Moon is by far the cleanest, best set up daycare I've seen! I also love the photos they do everyday, you're always left with a gorgeous shot! Definitely recommend!
I've been sending Billie for about 1 1/2 years now and I couldn't be happier with the service provided and level of care from the staff. They're also great at tending to individual dogs needs and communicate well at drop-off and pickup. I can go to work and trust she's in good hands which is all you want from a doggie daycare provider. I couldn't recommend it enough and the photos posted of each day are the highlight of it all!

Our two dogs love Blue Moon, can’t wait to get in and tired and happy when they leave!! Staff are very caring and interested in our dogs and the online posts at the end of each day show many happy dogs interacting. Highly recommended.
Treat your dog to 30 other dogs to play with. My pup Chicken-Hawk burns out all her energy here. She that tired when she gets home after dinner she fights to stay awake.
Reassuringly doggy focused! My old girl loves her people and occasionally gives up food when she's left alone but the staff at Vern ryan do everything they can to make me and her feel comfortable. Thank you!
Actually haven't been here.... yet....but think their 1 star review is 100% unfair. The guy who did it has given 1 star to everyone. I am a small business that supports small business. Last week we left our Labrador here for the first time. By the look of the photos (on Facebook), he had the most wonderful time; especially with his enrichment time in the yard. You could see that he was very happy running around with new found friends. Thank you for taking such good care of him.

What a fabulous place. I boarded my rescue kelpie for 7 weeks while I was on holidays overseas. The staff were very responsive to any requests for updates even sending me some photos. Freya was not only looked after but she was loved by all the staff. I would not hesitate to book her in again.

Mala was excited for her second drop off to the Top dog house pet resort. I can leave her here knowing she is taken care of. The staff are lovely, quick to respond to queries and they post photos of dogs periodically. ✨ My 3 year old energetic dog gets to share a room with another dog (which is lovely for her being a single pet at home) and also gets to run around and play in a group.I am so glad to have found this resort for Mala.🐕
Seemed good enough. Dogs seemed happy enough on pickup. Price is reasonable per day. But although they are transparent in their pricing information. I still think it is a bit cheeky to charge a full day stay when the dogs are picked up first thing in the morning and haven’t been fed etc. we dropped the dogs 8am Monday and collected 8am Saturday but were charged for 6 days. I think it should be a charge for each 24 hour period. Maybe something for management to consider. This is only reason for 3*. Otherwise would have been 5*
Very comfortable and well organised kennel. Listened to our requests for our senior dogs for an overnight stay and we collected two relaxed fur babies in the morning!
Can't ring through to talk to someone about costs, times, booking as a new client. Apparently only previous existing clients can enrol for bookings. I have to attend Geelong hospital for cancer treatment. Needing M to F for 3 weeks care for my pet girl. Doesn't look like this business interested with not being able to ring and internet site does not let new people apply and no info on prices. 🥴☹️
Comprehensive, dedicated, caring and highly professional boarding facility for our poodles. Very experienced and knowledgeable owners, and we can go away and know our pets are being cared for without us having to think it worry about.
Can't fault The Dog House at all. The lovely staff took me on a tour around the facility before booking and I was impressed that the yards for every dog are real grass. The enclosures were spacious and clean and I can tell my two dogs had an absolute ball with the photos I saw on the Facebook page. The attention and care my dogs get is priceless. 100% going to use them every time I need to.

Susie and the Clawbaby team have been walking, and looking after my mum's young staffy - Banjo three times a week for many years now. Banjo loves going out with all the walkers, and Susie runs a very professional business. We can highly recommend them, and feel we are very lucky to have found them to help my elderly mother at her retirement village.
I couldn't recommend Susie and Steve more highly. They love my dogs like they're my own. Susie even rang to check on the health of my older girl. I feel so lucky to have them part of my babies lives. And.. The new app is magnificent! So easy to communicate, get updates and pics.
