We can't recommend Happy Hounds enough. Our dog Coco, loves his sitter Ellie. She's is amazing, looks after Coco so well and we can see that every time she comes to pick him up. He's so so happy to see her and to go with her. Everything is very organised and so easy to manage on the website and we get multiple updates daily by whatsapp. Chloe is also very nice and so helpful with any questions you have. Unfortunately we're leaving the area and Coco won't be able to join daycare with Ellie anymore. We have been using Happy Hounds and Cooler Cats for years and the service from Chloe and the team is amazing. Our dog always comes back so happy from his group walks and it’s clear he enjoys his time with his walkers immensely. I got in touch with Happy Hounds when it was time to return to work (having gained a puppy during lockdown) and they were so helpful in getting me set up with recurring services, answering any questions I had and they made leaving my puppy to return to work so much easier both emotionally and practically. My pup really enjoys the daycare and the socialisation has helped her a lot in many training aspects (even if there is still work to do). They also provide daily updates (with pics) of your pooch while they're gone which is super reassuring and something to brighten your day. They're very fairly priced and just seem like a lovely bunch of people who love what they do. I'd definitely recommend this services to other dog owners - my puppy loves going and I don't have to worry at all while she's gone.

Without doubt the best dog walking service that we have ever used. The team at Happy Hounds are completely professional and always accommodating of last minute requests as best as they can. Our dog Dalton adores his walkers, is always excited to be picked up and comes home exhausted and happy, ready for a nap. We are sent videos of his outings which is really lovely for us, and the walkers are always vigilant to any changes in behaviour and report back to us if they have any concerns. Had our first boarding experience with Johanna who watched Olive for us and I must say how comfortable my husband and I felt with her ! She stayed in touched with us, sent photos and updates..and put a business contact number tag on her collar just in case anything were to happen ..I really appreciated that extra safety..as someone who suffers with anxiety and I always worry about my pup when we go away, I can say I feel quite at ease knowing she will be in good hands with her ! I honestly can't speak highly enough about Happy Hounds. After recently moving to east london with my two dogs and having to work some days in the office, I felt very anxious about who would walk my dogs when I was at work. We contacted Happy Hounds to organise daycare for our dog Ludo while I was pregnant, so that we could have some extra help to see me through the new born stage. My son is now 18 months and we’ve only now said our goodbyes! The service is excellent, so friendly and they always gave an update inc photos on the days Ludo was in daycare. We had a trip scheduled and needed a cat sitter to take care of our 2 cats for a week. Before the trip, one of our cats fell ill and Ingrid came to our house daily to take care of her, including taking special care with her food and medications. We had peace of mind during the trip because Ingrid kept us updated with photos, videos and news about how our cats were doing. We will certainly contact her again when we need someone to take care of our kitties.

Ingrid is a punctual person, super kind and very careful with our pets. Always willing and affectionate, she goes on walks and takes care of our dogs whenever we need her. When we return home, the two dogs are always very happy and seem to have had a great time together!

Miranda and Sam have been cat sitters for my cats for the last 5 years. They are absolutely fantastic! Clear communication and updates following each visit, incredibly professional and the most important thing they really care about the cats. As my boys have gotten older Miranda and Sam have been brilliant able to give them extra TLC when needed as well as following increasingly complicated food and medication regimes! When my flight was delayed it was no problem to book in an emergency additional visit. Knowing they are caring for them gives me the peace of mind to be able to go away knowing they are in safe hands and truly cared for. Would highly recommend, you could not ask for better people to be caring for your cats

Quality of care of our cats was good over the course of a year but sadly two unacceptable behaviours resulted in us having to end Miranda cat sitting for us. Firstly, Miranda would send passive aggressive messages to us (on multiple occasions) while we were away which we felt was completely unnecessary and inappropriate and would often upset us while we were trying to enjoy our time away. Secondly, we recently found out that Miranda and Sam (her sister) lied about visiting our cats - they sent the same set of photos from another visit and thought we wouldn't notice. When we respectfully confronted them about it, Miranda continued to lie and got very aggressive with us. What was also disappointing was that this was one of the hottest weekends of the year and the cats were stuck inside with no-one to check on them. Overall, we realised that we couldn't trust Miranda (or Sam) to care for our cats appropriately or deal with us professionally. Such a shame that it ended this way.

Miranda is excellent! She had a great, patient approach with my anxious cat and sent us regular updates with photos. She has also been extremely accommodating with our schedule changes and requirements, and really took the time to get to know our cat, her personality and needs. Will absolutely book again :)

I was very happy with the service from Miranda at Mischievous Meows looking after my cats. She is very attuned, attentive and nurturing to my cats and I noticed they were very happy after having spent time with Miranda. She is clearly diligent and she is also reliable and where she said she would be, so accountable and reputable. I would highly recommend her services to any who are going away and do not want to use boarding as an option and have kitties cared for from the comfort of home. I trust Miranda and I can see she is only focussed on the wellbeing of the cats and I found my home in same condition as I left it. 5 star service!!

Miranda looked after my two cats while I went on holiday. I would recommend her service too anyone and everyone. Although one of my cats hid the whole time, she still tried to calm him and get him to warm up to her. My other kitten would with growl with toys which amazingly stopped after Mirandas time with her. It's clear that this isn't just a job for her but she genuinely loves cats. She gave me such piece of mind leaving them for a week, which was my first time leaving them that long. Every visit she made she would send an update and pictures. Will 100% be a returning client when I have to go away again. I returned to two very happy cats who were well looked after.

Aurora is a fantastic walker. She really cares about dogs and Rhia was clearly very happy with her walks. I felt totally secure with her service. Aurora is great with communication and send great pictures. I would highly recommend and will be using again in the future!

I'm very happy with Aurora's help to look after Bobby, my cat, for almost a week. She was very thorough and knowledgeable with good experience taking care of pets. Aurora comes to walk my energetic husky Mischa for me every now and then - and Mischa is delighted every time! Aurora has looked after my cat a few times when I’ve been away. She is trustworthy and I feel she really cares about him. She understands that a cat needs love and attention just as much as they need food and water. I can enjoy going on holiday knowing that my companion is being well looked after.

Aurora took care of our Boston Terrier and Vizsla for one night, and we couldn’t be happier! She has awesome knowledge, especially she knew how to work with our energetic Vizsla. Aurora took really good care of my Penelope (cat) when I had to go away urgently. They got on instantly so I knew she would be in great company. I received an update and photos everyday which was a great part of the service and Aurora kept me updated on anything else that occurred during the 2 weeks. Aurora is absolutely amazing. She came over to meet my cat, Pigeon, before taking on the job to make sure they both got on and she knew where everything was. Then, she was super thorough and asked for lots of details about Pigeon and her health and who our vets were etc. incase of any issues when she was cat sitting. This was massively appreciated and let me know Aurora was an amazing choice as cat-sitter! I got pictures of pigeon when I was away so I knew everything was okay and I felt so reassured the whole time which meant I could really enjoy myself. I wouldn't hesitate to use Aurora for cat-sitting again, and can't recommend others do the same!! And see attached for some lovely pics of Pigeon and Aurora!

Our cockapoo has been going to Aurora since April 2021 (when he was about 14 weeks old) for daycare 2-3 times a week and overnights, and he couldn’t be happier! Aurora, Diego and her dogs are his second family - they’ve taken such good care of him, I really don’t know what we would do without her. Even since we moved out of the area last month, we still send him for overnights because it’s such a comfort to know he’s somewhere where he’s loved and looked after. We have also sent him for longer periods when we have been away on holiday and she’s been great. She is always very reliable, communicative and really knows how to take care of animals. Do not hesitate to book, but be warned, your dog may have a new favourite!

We left our puppy with Nicola and Andrea whilst we went abroad for a week. We could not have been happier with the service they have provided and the care and affection they have shown towards her -treating her as if she was their own. The daily updates are very reassuring and it’s lovely to see the photos and videos to show how much fun she was having with out us! We cannot recommend my best friend Chigwell highly enough and we will definitely be using them again in the future :)

Our Puppy loves Nicola!!, she is very professional and asked to see proof of vaccinations, micro chipping and in depth details of puppy during registration. She is flexible and reliable and takes him for lovely walks whilst he is with her. She is clearly very much a dog lover and loves your fur baby as much as you do. Nicola is fantastic at keeping me up to date with my dog throughout the day with pictures and videos. My puppy loves being with Nicola and comes home tried from all the fun he has with her. We are really pleased to have found Nicola and someone who loves our puppy as much as we do.

We had a fantastic time using the dog boarding service with Nicola. It was clear from speaking to her that she has great experience and knowledge about looking after dogs. As a first time customer our concerns and queries were put at ease with Nicola's professionalism and the continuous updates about our dog (including photos and videos). We also got updates on his eating, walks, playing and general well-being. We will certainly use the same great service in the future.

Nicola took a very good care of my dog when she was boarding for over two weeks. I received daily updates, photos and videos and I could tell that my little girl was having great time. I even started to worry that she will not want to come back home. It was a very good value for money and I can definitely recommend Nicola.

I stumbled across this company via Google search . I decided to contact them solely due to the smiley person in the image on the website, Nicola got back to me the next day. Speaking to her I felt reassured that she was the right person to entrust the care of our dog to. I am very pleased with Nicola and Emma, they are professional caring warm and friendly. They are at ease with what the do and the dogs are at ease with them too. I have used them more often than what I originally intended as our 9 month dog looks like he gets great benefit of the enclosed walk that we book him in for , especially being a lockdown puppy !!

Our dog LOVES hearing Nicola come to take him for his daily walk- he runs to get her a toy and wags his tail in excitement. When we got him from a rescue centre he didn't even know how to play or what a toy was, so it's amazing to see him run to his toys to share. Nicola is very professional and asked to see proof of vaccinations and micro chipping etc. She is punctual and reliable and takes him for lovely walks in Fairlop Waters which he had never been to before. She is clearly very much a dog lover and is confident walking him even though he is the size of a bear :-) We are really pleased to have found Nicola.

Nicola is a very friendly, professional individual, when we first met with Nicola our puppy who was 3 months at the time took to Nicola straight away and we could see that she would feel very comfortable. Nicola is always happy to answer questions and provide advice. We trust Nicola completely and most importantly our Puppy feels at home with Nicola. Where do I start!! My puppy has been going on walks with My Best Friends dogcare Chigwell for the past couple of months and I cannot be happier with the service and fundamentally the care and love they show Hugo! It started with walks in the morning and as of recent I’ve not been able to walk Hugo because of health reasons, so Nicola and Emma have been taking him for the whole day and he’s so happy with them on the walks and has clearly developed a bond with both Nicola and Emma. He waits at the door every morning for them to arrive!! The updates daily with photos and videos are amazing and assures you that your dog is in great hands! My pup has been with Nicola since the beginning of 2020. I am so glad I found her as you can tell she loves the dogs in her care and treats them all as if they were her own. The brilliant Polly's Pet Care team have looked after our dog for almost 4 years now and I would highly recommend them. Lyra loves all her walkers and they really know and care for her. A truly wonderful company! We have been using Polly's Pet Care to walk our beloved little Frenchie and every week he looks forward to seeing them! Sam (Company Director) and Sydney are our main walkers and they are simply wonderful! They are so interested in our little fella, so caring and so loving. I can’t thank Sam and her team enough for the great care that they take of our dog. Sam is always at the end of the phone answering any questions we may have. The safe guarding around walking the dogs is second to none and I know that while she is out with them she will not only having fun but that she is on the safest of hands. I love the photos and videos we get sent of her which is such a lovely touch. We have never been let down by the team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the local area. We are so lucky to have found Furry Friendz! We have used the service three times now. Jade is a reliable, professional cat sitter and we have been blessed since she started caring for our baby when we are away. Our cat is very shy and does not like to have other humans around apart from us. After only one day Jade started taking care of her, she immediately warmed up! I can’t recommend highly enough. My cats are in super safe and caring hands when I leave them with Jade. The cats are quite shy and a bit nervous of ‘new’ people at first but Jade quickly won them over. To the point now that they aren’t that bothered when I get home! Jade sends pictures and videos, which is a lovely thing to do, as I can see how settled the cats are with her. Cats can’t fake feelings or photos! They play with Jade and are obviously very relaxed. They also love all the attention and treats they get while I’m away! It’s so reassuring to be able to leave the cats at home, with Jade coming in to visit, as they wouldn’t cope well with a cattery. They find it too stressful. It makes a huge difference to me and to them, as I’m not sure I would be able to go away with such peace of mind otherwise. In fact, if Jade weren’t able to visit on certain dates - which hasn’t happened as she has always been available - but theoretically, if that were to be the case, I would rearrange my plans to make sure Jade could look after the cats while I was away 😺

We’ve been using Your London Pet Sitter for the last few years and have found it to be a helpful and reliable service. The live-in cat sitters are friendly, send lots of photos and we can always tell when we come home that our cat has been very well looked after.

We've got a cat, and been with Your London Pet Sitter for 5 years now. Micaela is always very helpful and efficient in organising things, really helping us out with a couple of trickier arrangements. All of our cat sitters were amazing people who took great care of our furry friend. It's always been a 10/10 experience!

Pumpkin is the best! We use her for daycare and occasional boarding for our puppy. Being a pup our dog isn’t perfectly trained, goes through lots of phases and is generally quite timid so I was worried how she would get on with a daycare environment but Pumpkin takes all of this in her stride. Pumpkin is also flexible and has been able to accommodate extra days at short notice when life events have come up which is very appreciated by me!

My 2 y/o beagle has been with Pumpkin now for 9 months now for 2 days and week and he loves Pumpkin and the whole pack. She’s firm but gentle with the dogs and they adore her in return. She’s very straight talking when it comes to what’s best for the dogs and and you feel like your pup is safe in her hands.

We recently boarded our dog with Pumpkin while we went on a summer break and we couldn't have been happier with the care he received. He had loads of walks, play and stimulation and Pumpkin was extremely well organised to make sure all dogs in her care received individual attention. Pumpkin is incredibly knowledgeable and made sure she sent daily updates not just to the Pumpkin's Pets group but also directly to us so we were always able to see how our dog was doing and always felt reassured. I would enthusiastically recommend her to all dog owners without hesitation. We don't even live in the area but will use her services again, no doubt!

We have used Pumpkin for regular doggy daycare as well as the adhoc boarding for the last year and our dog absolutely loves going there. Pumpkin’s Pets provides a fun and secure environment for our dog and we always feel our dog is in the best hands. From day 2 our dog has been so excited when we get down the road and she realises where she is going. It’s not easy trusting someone with your family member but I can assure you, your dog won’t be in better hands 😊

I have a female Staff and I leave her with Pumpkin on a regular basis while I work, including long term stays sometimes. I'm so happy with how she's been encouraged to play with the other dogs, making her so much more friendly and sociable. Absolutely recommend to anyone who wants their dogs to have the best care and socialisation!

Pumpkin has recently started looking after my 1 year old pup and can say after just the second visit my dog was fully settled in. Pumpkin is clearly a natural with dogs as there aren’t many people my dog feels happy with (took her 2 weeks to settle into her previous daycare!). I have full confidence in Pumpkin and am amazed she’s already teaching my dog new tricks. So pleased to have found her.

Pumpkin’s Pets is a great addition to Greenwich! She has taken wonderful care of our slightly sensitive pup, Dougal, a number of times now. On the last occasion, he refused to walk home and kept walking us back to Pumpkin’s - a massive compliment from the ultimate homebird! He’s due to board with her for 10 days soon and from what I’ve seen, I’m confident that he’ll be both well looked-after and have a great time running around with his pals!

Pumpkin looked after my dog Dolly who is a Woodle and she looked after her for 3 days of the week, every time I pick her up she is always happy and comes back wagging her tail. It is always a struggle to find someone who I trust but she is always careful and Dolly and the other dogs are always looked after with the upmost care. I am very happy for her to stay during the day when I’m at work and still have peace of mind about my dog being somewhere I can trust. There is a group chat for all doggy daycare members as the business cares about the owners and not just the dogs. The business is also fully licensed and has great rates it is very good value for money.

Found Paws Galore online and sent an enquiry. From the first email response Kacey and the team have been fantastic. Very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We had Jenny as our cat sitter for our two elderly (16&17 yo) cats. Jenny took time to understand their routines and needs. One of our cats has hypothyroid and Jenny was great at making sure our cat took her tablets and ensuring they had play time and strokes both morning and evening. I felt relaxed while we were away and I would recommend this company. Jenny also sent regular pics and updates and our cats seemed super happy in her care. Thank you team! I’m hugely grateful to Kacey and Brenda who looked after our cat over the summer for 2 weeks. This was the first time we’d used a cat sitter; we thought it was a better option for him to stay at home than to go to a cattery. Kacey’s service and prompt and organised; She found a sitter quickly and the booking process is very easy to follow. Brenda is a conscientious cat sitter, who did an amazing job looking after our cat, particularly as it was a lot of work getting him to eat for the first few days. She was very solutions oriented. Brenda kept us updated with texts and images so we knew he was safe, which meant we could get on and enjoy the holiday. By the end Brenda was his best friend and we came home to healthy and very loved little cat. Thank you Brenda!

We had a very good experience with Paws Galore. Brenda, our cat sitter, looked well after Artù. She took good care of him and sent many updates to us. We really appreciated when she managed to go last minute even if it was not planned in advance! Super happy with the service :)

I recommend! Lila came to care for my cat 2x a day for a few days while I was on a work trip, she sent me updates and pictures. When I came back my cat seemed happy (whereas previously she would be grumpy if I left her alone overnight..)

I needed a cat sitter pretty last minute because my usual company dropped the ball. I called Paws Galore thinking it would be the first of several calls to find an available pet sitter. I spoke to Kacey and she was very nice and understanding straight away. She assured me she could find a cat sitter and made me feel at ease. Within a few hours, I had a sitter assigned. The cat sitter contacted us quickly and was very communicative from then on. She made arrangements to come get the keys and meet our cats the next day. We took out trip and the sitter sent photos and detailed messages each day. She really went above and beyond when she came to visit the cats. She was really great! I am so glad that I found Paws Galore. I feel much more secure about leaving my cats with Paws Galore after one time than I did with the other company after years of using them. I've used Pets Galore now a couple of times and have had a great experience both times. My cats are fairly timid around new people and so I was apprehensive about leaving them in a total strangers' hands, but Kacey couldn't have been more supportive and understanding - especially since I had been let down very last minute by another company whose service was clearly 2nd rate. I was paired with Michelle, who as soon as I met her, made me feel much more relaxed. Her natural calmness and chilled demeanour clearly filtered down to the cats and I could see through my daily updates that they were perfectly happy - meaning I was also happy whilst on holiday! Great service from Kacey and the team in arranging dog sitting for Arlo and Indy at our hotel in London (shout out also to Montague on the Gardens). Lee our sitter was great arriving in good time to hand over our two Goldies and had no issue staying on later than planned when we had tube difficulties getting back from the O2. Highly recommend them.

Zoey has looked after all our cats (and fish) for many years now. She is amazing and makes going away so less stressful knowing that our furry family are well cared for. Over this time various cats have needed medications and it’s a relief to know Zoey is fully qualified and has it all under control. As a bonus she also looks after the house, security wise. What’s more to love! Can highly recommend.

This is the first time I have had Zoey looking after my 2 cats. And myself and my husband would highly recommend her. My 17month old cat is not easy to look after if you are a Stranger, but Zoey had patience and persevered with her. We also had updates.I would use Zoey again and again, lovley lady.

This was our first time having Zoey look after our two cats only having moved to the area a couple of days prior. She was so lovely and sent regular pictures and videos of my boys whilst I was away which I much appreciated as it put my worrisome mind at ease. Despite having initial difficulties with administering medication to one particularly grumpy old man, she was really patient and took her time to work out the best possible method without stressing him out too much. Happy to say I came back to two very happy cats :) I would highly recommend Zoey and we'll definitely be using her again very soon!
