This was a very short sit but long enough to fall in love with Bruno, Tilley and Lulu. They were all so responsive and playful and very easy to look after. Lots of energy to play for as long as ...! Lulu made rare visits but was immediately ready for a cuddle. The house is beautiful and in a wonderful location. This area was new to us and we were stunned by the vastness of the skies - so lovely. Elouise and Linden were very communicative from first contact and so helpful with everything. We felt totally welcomed into their home and were delighted with the lovely welcome pack they left for us. We would highly recommend this home and pets.
Beautiful home in a beautiful setting on Lake Hickory. Killer kitchen with all kinds of chefs toys. Busy place early summer with lots of watering and gardens. Glad we had the chance to hang out with fun-loving Sawyer and Sweet old Tucker. Tuck needed some extra loving and we were happy to help. Really nice sit in a beautiful part of our country
Mila and Niko have been the best Christmas gift and I can't thank Dana enough for this enjoyable and smooth sit. Communication with Dana was a breeze and always prompt. She provided clear instructions and everything at the flat was ready when I arrived. I felt both comfortable and completely at ease throughout the entire sit. I have loved Ginger Cats before but Niko took it to a whole different level and it was not easy to part with him at the end of the sit. Mila is charismatic and gorgeous too and they make together an unbeatable team. I have thoroughly enjoyed their company. Especially the moments they have been grooming each other have been priceless. Dana's flat is very spacious and is just a 5-minute walk from Ealing Broadway station. And thanks to the speedy Elizabeth Line you can reach Central London in no time. Ealing has besides a huge variety of shops also a lot of leafy greenery such as Gunnersbury Park and Walpole Park. If you are lucky to be chosen by Dana you will have a great location to explore besides enjoying the company of two upbeat and energetic cats. I highly recommend this sit and would love to return if our dates will align again in the future.
I had a gig lined up in Santa Barbara, California and had hoped to spend a few days in San Francisco around that time frame. Fortunately Gabe and Kate's add showed up. Their home is lovely and comfortable and the location was great for walking or taking transit. The dogs, Marcel and Tali were a delight, funny and such great companions. Gabe and Kate were also very gracious and welcoming. My only regret, it wasn't a longer sit.
My stay with Leo and Anton was absolutely lovely! They were both such fantastic companions and so much fun to look after! Margarita and Penio had fantastic communication and the house was so lovely to stay in, very comfortable with all the amenities you would need to for a comfortable stay. Would definitely house sit for them again ☺️

Alec provided an amazing service looking after our 3 cats while we were away. Alec and his team provide an excellent service. My 3 year old lab Maeve absolutely loves going out for her walks with them, she has a real soft spot for Keith. Alec has been very flexible due to my shifts changing week to week and has always went out his way to accommodate our needs. An amazing service provided by Alec popping in everyday to feed and look after our cat Lexi whilst away on holiday. He even managed to pet her when she does not allow anyone she doesn't know to do! Our dog Molly spent 4nights with Alec’s boarder Michael. From first contact with Alec we felt reassured and happy to leave Molly in their care. We had a lovely meet with the boarder and had nice updates while we were away. We will definitely use this service again and would highly recommend.

Contacted April in desperation as we had an overnight booked and no one to take our dog Harvey. Harvey is well socialised and friendly with cats and dogs but suffers from severe anxiety seperation, even more so since lockdown and having my daughter home 24/7. April had her reservations due to the anxiety but came to the house to meet Harvey and then took him for a good walk with her dogs to see how they got on. Harvey then stayed over that weekend and when he returned he was one very content and tired boy. April sent us a video of the dogs running around an open field whereby we could see that Harvey was having a ball with the other dogs, this made us relax and enjoy our break even more. April has taken Harvey since then and we have him booked in for a future date, we would use no one else now. Contacting April has been easy and she always appears approachable and helpful, we would highly recommend her to look after your pets.
Our dog Anouk absolutely adores April. She is incredibly happy and excited to go on her walks with April. We trust her ao much that when going on holiday Anouk goes to live with April. To be honest she looks a bit sad to leave when we come to pick her up. I truly cannot recommend Paws A While enough. April is a lovely person who clearly adores animals and takes good care of them. I've used Jen for sitting and boarding and she's brilliant. She always sends photos and videos whenever he's in her care. He's a big dog who's still a pup and Jen handles him great - I have no worries when he's in her care as I know he's being looked after perfectly. He hadn't seen her for a few months as I didn't need care during that time but when he saw her again, he instantly recognised her and got very excited. I highly recommend Jen.
Jennifer provided exceptional care for my little dog. Her attention to detail, patience, and genuine love for animals was evident. I felt at ease leaving my dog at Your Pet Care Services Paisley , knowing my boy was in capable hands and had plenty of exercise with dogs on fields and at Jennifer’s home. I don't know what I'd have done without Jen. She's lovely, reliable and proffessional. I have a 9 month old Cockapoo. Jen has been walking him for a couple off months, not only does she walk him, she trains him, also giving me advice. I found it hard to get a walker after 3pm, but Jen does evenings. I play the videos that Jen sends me back to my boy, and he goes nuts when he hears her voice, running around looking for her. Nova, my German shepherd goes out with Auntie Angie twice a week. Nova has an amazing time out with her pack, getting to socialise with other dogs and she gets to run about and play. She is so excited to see Angie when she arrives. Nova loves Angie and Angie loves her. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my girl. Definitely recommend!

Angie is amazing as what she does. She instantly made me feel at ease when I was worried about leaving Buffy. Buffy loves going out and meeting all the other dogs, she’s quite nervous but after going out with the other pups I can see big improvements already. Angie is very loving towards her and Buffy comes back a happy girl. I love knowing Buffy is in good hands and is able to get some exercise even when I’m out at work.
This is the second time our cocker spaniel has stayed at Allers farm and he came home very happy and healthy. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly with Elvis visibly comfortable in their care. We will continue to use this kennels as needed. Thanks guys 😀 …
Brilliantly run kennels..Alan knows his stuff, and he makes you very relaxed when putting you dog in,,he will make sure your dog is up to date with vaccinations,,the kennel staff are so welcoming and professional,and caring..a very well organised kennel and we have no doubts about putting our Wee Jessie there again..Jim & Carol

Never ever put your dog through this. Boarded my dogs here for 2 nights. Picked up covered in cuts, bite marks, blood and urine. I now have two terrified and one very reactive dog. Owners didn't care!! This is an animal welfare nightmare!!!
Would never recommend using this poor excuse for a kennels. Left our dog here in October, they decided to groom him without our permission and so badly that he was left with several wounds to his body. The wound to his ear was so bad that it became infected and despite being treated at the vet hospital for a week he couldn’t be saved. It’s clear they let him get matted under their poor care and had to get their onsite groomer to try to fix it (really badly!) Accidents happens, mistakes are make but rather than acknowledge that they didn’t look after our dog properly they have lied again and again. Our dog was only 19 months when he died. Honestly think twice before using these guys. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!
Always use these kennels if we have to go away anywhere, ollie always comes home looking happy and healthy, that's good enough for us.
Went today to use the dog wash for my newfoundland pup and was a bit nervous because he can be stubborn but the owner put me at ease and we got him washed recommend them so know he will be fine when am away the weekends have booked thanks again will definitely use the dog wash again

My wee dog Tommy is almost 8 and has went to Allers regularly for his holidays since he was 4 months and I wouldn't go anywhere else. He also visits Lisa at the on site Kutz Groomers regularly to have his nails clipped. I am very happy with the overall service and would definitely recommend.
Excellent service from the minute you and your dog walk into reception. Staff are so nice and your dog is made feel very welcome. I've been going there with my dog for the past 9yrs and I couldn't complain. Kutz groomers are also excellent 5☆ from me.
First time using EK hotel for dogs and I was so nervous about putting our 10 year old & 3 year old doggies in since they’ve never had to go into a kennel before but since it was a family wedding, it needed to be done and I’m so glad we did! Ollie (wee old man) was a little more reserved but Pablo seemed to have a ball! Pablo was the one we worried about since he’s very clingy & has separation issues. Turns out he was having the time of his life for the 2 nights he stayed!! Cannot thank you guys enough for looking after our boys & for giving us that peace of mind that they were in good hands.
Victor and Milo have been going to Marion and staff since 2021 Lucy always try to get dates as close to what I want or exactly the dates they always come home so happy and clean the facilities are immaculate staff fantastic my boys even try to run back in 😂😂Lisa and Molly are brilliant to🐾 I would never get a break if it wasn’t for Ek dog Hotel 🐾 as I would never let them go anywhere else I can’t thank you all enough boys just been in for 3 days and had a pawsome time happy paws as always thanks again Love Trisha Bill 🐾🐾🐾
Baxter and Bear absolutely love EK Hotel For Dogs. We get sent regular videos and photos of their stay and they always look like their loving life, running around and playing with the other dogs. They come out all nice and clean as they have a bath before getting picked up, which is also a bonus

As a dog lover my dogs are like my children. I was nervous putting my dogs Aj and Bear here, as they’ve done day care elsewhere but not kennels. But all I can say is if you are in doubt, don’t be. Don’t go elsewhere. This place is amazing. The grounds and the areas are spot on for dogs. I got updates throughout their stay reassuring me they boys were doing good. It really helped. The staff were so professional and friendly and just seemed like dog lovers. They were flexible with me at changing or adding or amending times and dates! The dogs have came home happy boys, when I went to collect them they didn’t want to leave! That speaks volumes!! Thanks so much EK hotel for dogs. We will be back!
We put our dog in here regularly for day care and will definitely use them when we go on holiday. Our dog LOVES it, she bounds into the place. Its immaculate the facilities are fab and the staff are so nice. She really is treated like their own pet. Its done wonders for her socialisation with other dogs and humans. Can't recommend them enough.
Ramsay recently had a short holiday here for the first time . We found Marion and Lucy very helpful with the initial booking and when he stayed. It was nice to know that he played with the other " residents" and did not spend all day in his room which we believe he enjoyed. He obviously had a good time as he's pestering us to go back soon. The photos sent during his stay were much appreciated.

As the name suggests, just like a hotel, this is the place to leave your loved ones, safe in the knowledge they will be cared for by people who take a pride in the care they give your dogs, I racked my brain to find any fault and seriously came up with nothing, your dogs will love it, mine did every time and I highly recommend using EK Hotel for dogs, it's a holiday for them as well as you 😊

Paws n' Claws has been looking after my cat now for about a year on maybe 10-15 separate trips away. (With another load this year already booked. They are friendly, responsive to messages, respect my property and very patient with my timid cat who does not always come out for a cuddle. I always get updates and photos, they even put my bin out if I am away. Truly a 5 star service that I trust with my cat (and keys) completely.
I have used paws n claws several times now. I have 2 border collies , when they go for boarding they become part of Michelle's family . While they are there we get regular up dates and photos sent . Which is lovely to get. It total peace of mind. I have used Michelle once for the dog walking service . Michelle came walked my girls fed them and spent a little time with them . The cost of these services are good value for money when I have been to collect my girls after their holiday with Michelle. They are in no hurry to come home
We left our Pomeranian with Michelle who took care of our little one perfectly. She sent updates regularly and kept us informed throughout. We definitely recommend Paws n’ Claws and we will be back. 5/5

We have been using Sara, of Orange Pet Care, for over a year now. From the moment we met her, we were beyond impressed by her professionalism and friendly nature. Our cat is 18 years old and really doesn’t take well to change, or new people, however the moment Sara walked through our door he was straight up for cuddles and playing with the little toy she had cleverly brought along as a gift for him. Each time we stay away from home, Sara has been reliable, and kept us up to date and relaxed with lots of communication and spectacular quality photographs. She always does what she says she will do, and hasn’t let us down like other pet sitters have done - often at short notice - in the past. I really wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her, she’s a true natural and a genuine animal lover.
Sara really helped us out by walking our dog quite last minute, and getting some pics while they were out together was lovely! Murphy takes a while to warm up to people and Sara came to the house and took the time to get to know him until he was quite happy in her company which was great! Already booked Sara again for when we are on holiday :) highly recommend!
