This couple were exceptional in every aspect of taking care of our home a pets. Amazing cooks also as they had a wonderful Asian meal cooked for us upon our arrival, and also had breakfast prepared for The following day. Can’t say enough about this couple. 5 Star all the way!
Simon has sat for Leo before so we were very pleased he could housesit again. Simon made sure he arrived in plenty of time to provide handover information and got up with us when we left in the early hours to keep Leo in check whilst we left. He noticed an issue with Leo whilst we were away, contacted me to get permission to get Leo checked at the vets and took him on my behalf. He also cleaned up before he left including washing his bedding which saved me one washing job when we returned from holiday! As ever Leo was very well looked after by Simon and taken on plenty of adventures!

Theo’s previous dog walker was stopping her services and passed on Stephen’s details and we didn’t look back (until we moved away 😢). Pets on the Run was a live saver when I lived in Lindfield, despite living in an apartment with somewhat inconvenient parking and a busy street this didn’t stop them and was always so excited to see Ellie who often picked him up for his runs. I still reach out when needed when Theo is staying in the area and Stephen is always so helpful and accomodating! Theo was always so excited for his adventures and always super safe, very happy and well exercised. They’re also super reasonably priced. Couldn’t recommend them more!
We first heard about Pets on the Run from a neighbour. We entrusted them to take our then Border Collie pup for a group run 16 months ago and he has been a regular ever since. Stephen and the team ensure that Hawkeye gets a good workout in addition to socialising with his furry friends. They do their best to accommodate extra bookings on short notice when we find ourselves having to go to the office on our usual WFH days. We highly recommend Pets on the Run. Your dog will thank you!

Our dog Violet has been going on walks with the Pets on the Run team for over 3 years now. Rex, Steven, and the team have been looking after our pups for 2+ years, with a new fella soon to be added to the runs. The pups absolutely love all of the walkers and are VERY excited when they see or hear the van arriving. Knowing that they are having fun and are well cared for provides us with great peace of mind. The support and flexibility of the team when needed is a huge plus.
Ruby loves when Stephen from Pets on the Run turns up and takes her to the local dog park. She gets the chance to run and play with other dogs and comes home tired but happy. I have been using this service once a week for the past 10 months and will continue to do so. I left my cat with Paws Galore over Christmas for nearly a month while travelling overseas. I liked the idea of Milo not to be trapped inside the cage like in most of the other boarding places, but to stay in a similar to home setting. The pet sitter (Marina) had a very good care of Milo! I enjoyed getting the daily photos and videos from them seeing him relaxed and enjoying himself. The pick up and drop off experience was excellent too, as I didn’t have to leave home and travel, which is a great bonus! Thank you Gina for your business!
Paws Galore were great from start to finish, not only will I be using them again but would highly recommend them. Holly was fantastic in keeping me up to date on how my cat Spencer was getting on when he stayed with Janelle, from the photos and videos they became fast friends and he returned a very happy chap. The pick up& drop off service they offer is very convenient and supplying your pets things ensures they have all the home comforts in an unfamiliar environment. This was my first time using a pet sitting service opposed to a cattery, and I wish I tried it sooner!

Gina and the team looked after our beloved Harry on several occasions. What we love about the service is that Gina matching the right dog sitter with the dog. I searched and contacted many services to find an option for my puppy for an upcoming holiday and Paws Galore were just amazing from first contact to post the return of my puppy. They went above and beyond from the moment I made contact searching for someone willing to take a puppy on and from there they took care of everything including scheduling pick up and return. During her stay I received regular photos and updates giving me peace of mind and enabling me to relax during my puppies first stay away from me. It could have not been easier for me and it cost less than a boarding service for such a premium opportunity. It was such a well executed service from beginning to end which shows how well managed and operated this service is. Paws Galore is a fabulous pet sitting service that goes above and beyond. They are so helpful, reliable, and professional and bonus - they even include pickup and drop-off services. I was really nervous leaving my dog Rory the first time as he’s a rescue dog that can get anxious at times. I couldn’t have been happier - The pet sitters treated Rory like their own, provided daily photo updates and messages which really put my mind at ease. Now when I go away, I can travel guilt free knowing that Rory is on holiday too. He’s since gone back at least six times, all of which have been fabulous. If you're looking for a pet sitting service that offers reliable, fantastic care, and peace of mind, then I cannot recommend Paws Galore highly enough!
I've been using Doggy Walking for over a year now and they are excellent! I have 1-on-1 leashed walks for my dog, and the walker checks in and out so I know via email that she's been taken out. It's real peace of mind to know that I'm not having to worry about whether she's been out. As with every business, there have been a few issues along the way, but Cath is super responsive and always find a solution to the problem. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

We booked Pawshake pet sitter for our cat over the Christmas holidays. It was a real positive experience we found trust worthy, reliable sitter to come our house to look after our cat. Pawshake was a easy way to find and book a sitter. Communication through was excellent and the Pawshake website and App was easy to use and navigate.
Shadow was beautifully looked after at short notice. He came home happy and exhausted after playing with Zoe. We'd also done the meet & greet with another carer who was also lovely, but the timing didn't work unfortunately.

Love Pawshake!! Our holiday plans changed last minute and we could not book our Pugalier into the kennels he usually goes to, or find any that had availability. Came across Pawshake and booked him a stay with such a lovely pet sitter called Amanda. He was totally spoilt, had so much fun with her dogs, had visits to the beach, and we were sent videos and photos everyday. He was very well looked after. Oliver did an amazing job on river and benji ( our 2 dogs ) he really took his time on our benji with his winter fur coat and he came back looking like a completely new dog! You can definitely tell oliver loves what he does. Both our doggies came back excited and happy after their grooms. Couldn’t recommend enough we’ll be seeing you again soon 😊
I’m so happy with Charli’s groom today. The old girl is 13 yrs old and this is her first grooming. She looks 10 years younger! Oliver explained to me what he was doing, showed me the length of fur and confirmed I was happy. His facilities were super clean and he was very friendly. He is very quick to respond to enquires. Would recommend to anyone and looking forward to going back soon.

Our much loved dog Scout deserves at least one walk every day and with a busy working family we couldn't always guarantee it. We discovered Northern Beaches Pet Care several years ago and ever since Oliver or one of his team has given her a long walk every day Monday to Friday. It works so well. Oliver has also arranged quality care for Scout when we were away. So caring and reliable, cannot recommend highly enough.
I’m very impressed with the grooming for my two beagles. They were happy and relaxed when I picked them up. Very reasonably priced as well I will definitely be taking them back to Oliver in the future!

Got my dog rusty groomed at Happy tail service and am so exceptionally happy with the service that was provided. The owners were so friendly and attentive to my concerns and spent diligent time on grooming my dog! Normally other groomers just do what they want and rush the service but not at happy tail service! The owners truly do care about their furry customers and I couldn’t recommend this place more!
I could not recommend Happy Tail Service more!! I was nervous as this was my dog’s first groom, and she was also quite nervous in the beginning. They were super patient and so lovely with her that she didn’t want to leave! She was so spoiled and well taken care of, the owners truly love dogs and are such lovely and caring people. The service itself was done fantastically, her cut looks amazing and is exactly what I hoped for! Will definitely be coming back :)

We took our cocker spaniel to be groomed yesterday as we had a good experience the first time. He came home this time with a slice through his ear and his ear covered with blood. He continued to bleed throughout the remainder of the day and now will have a slice through his ear for the rest of his life unless he get stitches. This was a very distressing situation for both my dog and myself - no compensation expect a sorry and prop were provided. Of course we understand mistakes can be made but this was particularly bad and distressing and wanted to pop a warning!! Thank you for the response below but Arrow isn’t my dog, mine was Rory - hope this doesn’t mean multiple incidents happened Thursday 🫣 Thank you for giving us a call to apologise we really do appreciate it ☺️
We boarded our dog at HappyTails for the first time over the long weekend, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Since he tends to be anxious, we were a bit concerned about how he would adjust to a new environment. However, he was so happy when we picked him up! We also appreciated the updates we received during his stay, which really eased our worries. (The photo attached is from his mini photoshoot when we dropped him off!)

I recently took my dog to Happy Tail Service at Gordon for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the experience :) The staff was incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable, making both me and my pup feel comftable. They took the time to discuss my dog's specific grooming needs and preferences. The facility was clean and well-maintained. When I picked up my dog, he looked fantastic—his coat was perfectly trimmed, and he smelled amazing! I highly recommend.
The property is clean and tidy (doesn’t look like a place which keeps many dogs by their level of cleanliness 😆). It has 3 levels for my dogs to run around and play/run/socialise with other dogs. My dogs always come home very tired because I know they have plenty of exercise there while I am away. The owner Bernie sends me a lovely short video of my dogs so that I know they are happy. I would recommend this dog boarding place.
We’ve had our Lab Charlie stay with Gayle on several occasions and it’s always been brilliant. He’s well exercised and always comes back a very happy pup. It’s a far superior experience and setup than other dog boarding houses in our area. Highly recommended.
We had our dog Katie (golden retriever) in Gaye's place for two nights. When my wife went there to pick up, my dog didn't even want to go home with my wife. We were looking for last minute boarding facilities for our pet spoodle Tashi during Christmas. We generally take him with us when we're travelling locally but since this was an overseas trip we were frantically looking for options. MyDogBNB was an absolute blessing. We booked him in with ease and their communication and responsiveness was excellent. They also sent photos to keep us posted on how he was going. It it truly is a home away from home for pets. They took the pains to ensure he was well looked after. Tashi looked happy, calm & relaxed when we picked him up. We are glad that we have finally found a boarding we can go back to now. We just finished our 4 week puppy school with David and it was great! David has so much practical knowledge and tips for anyone with a new puppy. David also welcomed our kids to come along and get involved. Great, friendly atmosphere with a small group of other new puppy owners. Highly recommended.
David’s vast knowledge of animals and their behaviour has helped us with our Cavoodle and now our Bordoodle puppy. He has such a gentle loving nature towards all animals. Highly recommend David
We just completed puppy school for our Golden Retriever with David and we couldn’t be happier. David is a very knowledgeable trainer and his love for all dogs is absolutely heartwarming. We learned so much about body language and how to interact with our puppy. She also learned very important tools like impulse control, recall, how to sit, stay, drop etc. I find that my puppy and I understand each other so much better since doing David’s course. I highly recommend this puppy school for all breeds.
I'm so glad that we found David and his puppy school. I feel much more confident in how to train my pup. We learnt so much over the 4 weeks, and it was also a fun atmosphere. My puppy definitely benefited from the socialisation too. David is very knowledgeable and passionate and gave up his own time at the end of classes to give me additional help and support which I really appreciated.
David has been a wonderful source of knowledge and has helped us welcome our first puppy to the family. I was a very nervous puppy mum. I hadn't had my own fur baby for decades. David put me at ease and taught me and my puppy some very helpful tools for good behaviour and a happy dog and mumma into the future. David has so much knowledge and he sets realistic goals in a friendly and professional manner. You can tell he is passionate about dogs and has a beautiful calm Alsatian. Very happy with David’s (The pawfessionals) puppy school. We took our 10-14 week old bull terrier for the 4 week puppy school and it taught us how to best teach and raise a resilient confident and well mannered dog. Sharky is learning to be calm and we will be able to continue our training at home with him. Would recommend to anyone with a new puppy to learn how to teach them. We will be looking at future training with David and the pawfessionals to continue a raise a good dog.
We highly recommend Mad Dogs and Englishmen Chatswood & Frenchs Forest. Robyn is fabulous! She truly cares about dogs -- this is evidenced by the way she gets to know them. She doesn't just walk the dog, she builds a relationship with them. She knows our dogs personality and all his likes and dislikes, and he absolutely loves her. The best in the biz!!

My dogs have been going with Carlos’ team for about 8 years now and they have loved every single walk. You’ll never see happier dogs than when they come back from their walk - they literally smile. I can’t recommend Carlos and his team enough! My golden retriever, Neena, has been going on walks and daycare with the team for almost two years and she loves every second. As soon as the van arrives to pick her up, she’s gone, without even a glance back! To say they take amazing care of my Neena is an understatement. Alex and Joi are the best! My border collie Tilly needs lots of exercise and stimulation. When she first started walks Tilly was nervous and shy. Now she is confident and runs and jumps into the van without looking back! Every day she waits at the front door for them to arrive to go on her daily adventure. Most days when she comes home she literally makes it only a few steps inside the door before she collapses in happy exhaustion! Mad Dogs Hornsby is a great dog walking service! Our chocolate lab has a great time on his walks. He is always very excited when Alex comes to pick him up and very tired when he gets home. Alex always snaps a photo of him with a big smile and we love to see them on Instagram. This gives us peace of mind because we know our dog will be having fun while we are at work!
Our big boofy boy Q loves his walks with Alex and all his friends at Mad Dogs. He goes crazy when he hears the doorbell. Alex has helped us so much with him- teaching him to play gently with dogs of all sizes and making him much more manageable at home. He’s exhausted when he comes home. Alex does a great job of matching your dog up with similar dogs so playtime is enjoyable. We trust Alex with our fur baby and can totally recommend his service to you. Alex Is friendly, trustworthy and reliable. Q is much happier and settled when he’s been out with the Mad Dog Crew.
Alex, Joi and the team at Mad Dogs Hornsby are the best in the business! They are reliable, flexible, trustworthy and my dog is ecstatic every time the Mad Dog van arrives. Having Eli picked and dropped off for his walks is super convenient and he always returns happy (and exhausted from playing with his friends). Eli has benefited much from the socialisation and training he receives from Alex and Joi - he is confident and relaxed around other dogs and even has some measure of recall (no easy feat with West Highland Terriers)! To top it off, they're good photographers and catch some great action shots of pups at play! We love being part of the Mad Dogs pack.
Alex walked our two big dogs whilst we were overseas. I have never used a dog walker before and was extremely anxious, but I need not have been. My dogs absolutely loved their time with Alex and I felt totally assured that they were safe and well looked after. In fact, after we came back from overseas I would often see Alex in the dog park and my dog Kidogo would actually go and line up with Alex and the dogs he was walking to go home with him! Both my dogs adore seeing him and rush over to see him, tails wagging furiously. I could not recommend Alex high enough and will definitely be using his service again.
Vince, Emily, Darcy and the rest of the Mad Dogs team have been incredibly helpful walking both our dogs. They are always on time with pickup and give our dogs fantastic walks to keep them tired on our working days. They even take the time to socialise our anxious rescue dog. We are very comfortable leaving our dogs with the mad dogs team as we know they are well taken care of. Thanks Mad Dogs!
Alex coming to take my two dogs for a walk is the highlight of their day. They hear the van pull up outside and rush excitedly to the gate to wait for him. Alex is great with both dogs - a young energetic Labrador and an elderly Cavalier King Charles spaniel. The dogs return from their walks happy and tired. Alex has also pet sat for us on several occasions and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. The dogs know him very well and are very happy to be left with him, and we go away confident they are being very well cared for in their own home.
Alex and Joi are simply a dog's (and owner's) best friend! Our pup is well socialised and exercised whenever he is out with the Mad Dogs crew, and he just about trips over himself running to the door when he hears the van pull up. Judging by the amount of licks he gives Alex and Joi when he gets picked up, I'd say that is a testament to how well they take care of each dog, ensuring that they are well looked after, trained and loved. We can't rate Mad Dogs Hornsby highly enough!
Alex and Joi are fantastic! We had just rescued our dog and were still getting to know her personality but they made us feel very confident since the first walk. Now, we are loyal clients and Carlota eagerly waits for her weekly walks with Mad Dogs Hornsby! She always comes back happy and exhausted!
Our GSD puppy has been well taken cared of by Alex and she loves her weekly routines at the dog park with him and 3 other dogs. She still has the separation anxiety which got built up as I stay at home with her most days so we are working on it, with Alex's help and encouragement to her during the walks, we are hopeful she will overcome it soon. He is very responsive and picks up / drops off on time, our puppy comes home tired and gets to rest really well. We are very happy and hope to have a continuous partnership with Mad Dogs Hornsby in helping our puppy grow and be a happy dog throughout her life. Thanks Alex!

We just picked up Bella our Toy Cavoodle this morning after a weeks stay.This is her 2nd stay and I can highly recommend Small Paws in every way.The staff go to extreme levels looking after the dogs with 3 levels of accommodation available and outdoor playtime with the staff.The place is like a holiday for them with interaction with other dogs during the day and playing games with the staff.They also send you pictures and emails of your dog if requested so you can have peace of mind that your dog is in great hands.You won't be disappointed with Small Paws. Bella is looking forward to another stay this Christmas.
Rodney my JR is a regular at Small Paws. I wouldn’t have him anywhere else. He’s now a special needs dog as he became blind. This was the first time our Cavoodle has stayed at small paws, we booked her in for 9 days Right from the day we went for a tour she was so excited to go in with the other small paws furry guests and make new friends. You were put at ease about leaving your dog at small paws, the staff were all friendly, experienced, profesional and their love of animals showed .They have regular health checks and records of her stay on how well she ate, behaved, and in teracted with others . At pickup she was as happy as could be, running around saying hi to all the staff and giving them a cuddle and a lick, she had made so many new friends and I know she would love to stay again and be super happy, and we would be happy also to have found somewhere that we know our furry family member would be loved, cared for and be treated like one of Smallpaws happy family, I can't thank them enough.

I have used SmallPaws a number of times over the past few years for our cavoodle Poppy and I am always happy with the quality of care and accomodation and the friendly staff. More importantly Poppy is happy there despite being a bit of an anxious dog. The staff take great care to help her settle and give her lots of TLC. She always comes home happy and excited at making new doggy friends! I highly recommend!
We left our 5 month old pup with Smallpaws and it is safe to say she had a ball. The staff were lovely, the facilities were fantastic and I loved how they posted on Instagram frequently so we could see her. I would highly recommend them, we will be back :)

SmallPaws Cat Hotel demonstrated a genuine interest in caring for my cat, Romeo, over a period of some 4 weeks. Any arising issue was communicated immediately and resolved to ensure Romeo's continued comfort and wellbeing. I was kept apprised by way of email correspondence and Facebook posts which, not only included photos of how Romeo was spending his day, but, additional comments. Just picked our boys up from Small Paws after a week's holiday. They obviously had a fabulous time as usual. Well fed, well loved and lots of play. They are already looking bored at home!
