Always comfortable with leaving my pet. Excellent carrying service.
Great
This is the best place in Whittier. Where your pets are treated like their own.
Tracy was great with my dog, Luna! She was very nervous and fearful since it was her first time to try daycare and boarding. It took us two visits (prior to the actual day of boarding) to get our dog accustomed to the environment and she eventually warmed up and was able to enjoy playtime with the other pets there! Will definitely come back with Luna when we're in town. Tracy is very knowledgeable about dogs. Highly recommend this place. They also have a live feed where you can watch your dogs on video during daycare!
Amazing training & day care facility! We took our puppy here for the training class and we were satisfied with the service. The price was worth every penny. We received a friendly welcome each time and the training material was very informative. Josh was awesome and took the time to help everyone individually and as a class. The training was so great that we went back also for individual training sessions. I would definitely recommend this place for your puppy's or dog's training and day care.
We take our dog there two to three times a week to run and play with other dogs she love it there and they take great care of all the dogs there.
A hidden gem for all your dogs' needs. Tracy and team are awesome. Love the communication.
I’ve been bringing my dog to Pampered Paws for grooming at least 7 years now (maybe longer??). I have a pekingese and prefer his hair cut a certain way. Summer always does a great job and my boy is so clean and soft after 😊😊 My dog also isn’t the friendliest when we’re around people but we’ve never had a problem here. Even though I have moved to LA, I still make the drive to bring him here because they’re the best!!
Super good at what they do. They treat the dogs like they care for your kids. Open to hear the customers suggestions about cutting dog’s hair shorter. They write notes, and can remember to lookup their index card to conform with the old note about your dog’s haircut for the next time the dog is dropped off for a haircut. Everyone there is great, my dog Caboose is a shitzu Maltese, hairy doggy, and friendly. Surely would know if something was wrong with him (male dog hehe) but always leaves calm and happy when he gets picked up. I would be exhausted in the afternoon, but the staff there is always friendly. They seem to have a boarding school. Am glad to be their customer.
This place is amazing! I drive the 20 miles up from Irvine, where dog services are a dime a dozen, because the staff and the owners are truly dog people and are always involved in the day to day. This is one of those rare places where the staff actually know how to groom a doodle without having to shave them down like most places do - so many groomers shave doodles with the excuse that they’re matted but never bother to de-matt the dog and give them a chance. Simply, one of the best dog grooming places ever.
I love boarding my dog at Pampered Paws in La Habra. The staff knows my dog and her personality. When I pick her up I receive a report on how she interacted with staff and other dogs, and what she ate while she was there. I can observe my dog interacting and she is happy with her tail wagging. Thank you so much Tracy, and your staff for taking such good care of Brenda.
Koda LOVES daycare AND boarding with Tracy and his team at pampered paws! I started sending Koda for daycare once a week over a year ago. Koda had some separation anxiety to start as he had never been away from home, but they patiently helped Koda to overcome it and within a month, Koda couldn’t wait to go back each week and eventually for overnights. Knowing that they have 24/7 staffing on site brings such peace of mind, especially if your fur baby needs to do an extended stay. Koda now loses his mind as soon as the words “daycare” are spoken and wiggles with excitement the whole ride there. I can’t recommend them enough!
I just brought my puppy home from daycare and he is so happy! He had lots of play time and made new friends. He ate, had dessert courtesy of Pampered Paws, went potty and is sleeping. Tracy and his staff are awesome! It's obvious how much they love and sincerely care for dogs. Their boarding facilities priorities the dog's needs. We will be using their boarding services soon and we will have the peace of mind that our furbaby will be in good, loving hands at Pampered Paws 🐾 😀
Reliable and loving caregiver for your pets, my cat loves her.
Awesome pet sitter, highly recommend.
Reliable, trust worthy and worth it.
