If you want an EXTRAORDINARILY excellent house sitter, then hire Mary. I cannot say enough good things about her. First, she takes her responsibilities VERY seriously, making sure she understands every detail of pet feeding, watering, house care, and so forth. Next, having owned a pet store, and having a deep love for all animals, she is unusually knowledgeable about all "creatures." Our dog even played tag with her: he does this ONLY if he really loves and trusts the person-- usually only with us. Our pet conures cuddled with her under her jacket:" another sign of trust and affection. And, her housekeeping is perfect: I returned to an immaculate house -- always soothing when one is tired, after a complicated trip. We can't wait to have her back again. And mind you: we are getting pressure to do so from all our pets, as well!
Bryan and Dana were excellent house sitters - they were incredibly friendly, clean and communicative. They left our home cleaner than they found it, sent daily updates and took great care of our two energetic pups! They were a pleasure to host, and we would highly recommend them!
