I had a nice time sitting for Max and Greta. They were wonderful! They have to be separated to eat since Max loves to eat, but both cats are friendly so this wasn’t much trouble. Judith had great instructions about the care of the kitties and house. The neighborhood is quiet, pretty and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bus lines. Anne and Ivan were great hosts! I loved their home and their two cats - Anne and Ivan even left me a great list of suggestions for local things to do in the area and made sure I had everything I needed. I had to commute to Manhattan most days during my stay and it was a convenient subway ride from a nearby stop! Definitely recommend this stay!
I had a wonderful time in Natalya's home, with her adorable dog Bonnie over the weekend. Natalya made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. The apartment is spacious and bright, located in a great spot for exploring Madrid, and the building itself is modern. Bonnie is absolutely delightful – affectionate, cute, and a joy to care for. Spending a few days with her was a pleasure. I appreciate the opportunity and thank Natalya for entrusting me with the responsibility. Highly recommended!
I recently had the pleasure of house sitting for Jessica and taking care of her lovely dog, KC. Caring for him was a breeze! With a simple routine of walks, meals, and occasional playtime was all that was needed. KC's well-behaved and low-maintenance nature made the sit even more enjoyable. Before I began, Jessica and I had a chance to meet in person. She gave me a thorough walk through of the house, creating a welcoming environment from the start. Daniel and I had a truly wonderful stay in Linda’s beautiful plantation house. Mini hurricanes and Green Monkeys along with all the flora and fauna you could wish to experience. Linda was generous to a fault and made sure our comfort was accommodated for. We would definitely recommend this sit and would happily return again, should we be invited.

Pet Taxi I used pet taxi to get my dog spayed at Emancipet on Adam's Avenue. Very affordable from West Philadelphia to Northeast twice. Drivers were friendly and didn't mind waiting for check in and check out. I will absolutely use Collar Club pet taxi again and recommend it to friends.
Bree is truly the best! Sadie is our first dog ever and I was so nervous to leave her with anyone when we first got her. Bree was the first person to ever watch her for us, and we are so lucky to have found her! She sends us pictures whenever we ask for them, and when we leave her for the holidays she always gets special treats! Sadie absolutely loves Bree (and almost every time pees on her front steps out of excitement). Bree is super flexible, kind, and we can tell she genuinely loves every dog that comes to The Collar Club!
We hired Bree to house sit for a week in July, with our puppy and cat. Bree was a no-show for our first meet and greet; late for the rescheduled meet and greet; and nearly 2 hours late for the start of house sitting responsibilities. We thought, that’s ok, she is probably just busy. We provided clear written information on caring for the animals and plants. A neighbor texted to say that she had watered the front porch plants as they were getting crispy. I asked Bree if she would like help with the plants, offering that my neighbor could do all the watering. Bree told me that the plants were looking great and all was well. On the morning of our trip home, Bree informed us that she had fallen asleep without crating the puppy, and he had chewed the couch cover. She promised to pay to replace the cover. Accidents happen, we understood, and we were glad she offered to pay for the damaged item. When we returned home, however, we found that the dog had also chewed the rug and destroyed his bed; the dog enrichment puzzles and kongs we had asked Bree to use had not been touched. In addition, many plants were dead, the laundry machine was massively overfilled, and the air conditioning was set to 50 degrees (which could have broken the unit). We were pretty shocked at the state of things. We added up the cost of damage and provided Bree with an itemized list. We asked for less than half of the cost of damages. We heard nothing back, followed up three weeks later, and then received a message stating that we were causing Bree stress but that, yes, she would refund us the requested amount. By the next week, we hadn’t received the refund, so we followed up. Bree replied that her refunds go out net 15 days. We waited 20 days - still nothing. We followed up, and waited another 15 days - still nothing. This is 35 days total. We wrote to Bree that we would resort to small claims court if we didn’t receive the agreed refund. Bree replied that her accountant processes refunds and she has no control over it. So this is where we are. Given the damage and the lack of refund we may have to pursue legal options next week, and we definitely wouldn’t recommend.
We put a $440 deposit down in August to have our dog boarded. Sadly she did not pass an aggressiveness test and owner agreed to refund our money due to our circumstances. Weeks went by and we didnt get a refund even though they said they did it so we filed a complaint with our credit card company. The owner summited to the credit card company their terms of service for no refunds and because we only had text message proof they would not refund the money. We are out $440 and still waiting for them to return it to us
This was the first time my baby has stayed with Bree at the The Collar Club. Normally, both I and my baby have lots of anxiety. But today when we arrived my baby went straight to Bree and acted as if I didn't exist. She had a wonderful time and the anxiety we both normally have didn't occur today. It was as if we had known Bree forever. I will definitely use her services again and will tell others.
Bella is our baby and we changed the reservation twice because we wasn't sure if she would get Great care. Bree is the Best she is so loving and caring with Bella from treating her dry hair and recommending salmon oils to clipping those killer claws and she must of gave her a shower because she slept so good her backyard was full of entertaining for Bella and hubby was pleased I would be using this service forever Thanks Bree 😊🐕
My experience at the collar club was very reassuring and comfortable due to Bree and her diligence and communication with me during our time there. Her professionalism put me at ease at a time of uncertainty with where to have my animal kept, I highly advise using the collar club when in need of leaving your animal with someone responsible professional and caring.
I absolutely LOVE The Collar Club! I’ve been looking for a safe + dependable place for my puppy for when I need day/night care, and they are perfect. My puppy stayed with them for the weekend and everything from booking to pickup was amazing. I got to see real time updates via an app they use, and even got a little report card at pickup time to let me know how he did. Very pleased with their services and I will be returning soon :)
Bree and her team are the best! I take my cat there every time I travel. The communication is quick and efficient, drop off and pick up is easy, and I know my cat is taken care of while there. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Cutie Paws has been watching our cat almost once a month for about two years now. They are incredible and our cat loves them too. Incredibly responsive and trustworthy, and so easy to schedule with. They even gave our cat a toy to keep once because he liked it so much (it's now his favorite toy). Sasha and her crew walked my dog for the first 9 months that I lived in Philly, and they were wonderful. Sasha is very organized and extremely reliable, and she made sure my dog got walks on every occasion. I also had a schedule changing week-to-week, and they were so flexible in accommodating my schedule. They frequently spent more time with my dog when she needed some extra coaxing to leave the house. It's clear that she cares deeply about the animals and her clients who she cares for. I hope they will continue to help out with my doggo when possible; the only reason I am no longer able to use their services is because I moved. I cannot say enough good things about her professionalism and care.

They have been so great and patient with our boy Arlo. He is a high energy and anxious dog, which could make him difficult to manage. They have done amazing job making sure he has a great time while also ensuring he isn't getting overstimulated. They also take the best photos and leave cute updates. I can't ever say enough good things about Bark Park. My dog was there on about a weekly basis, and every time we got close to the building he got so excited! Everyone treated my dog with such love and care, the frequent updates/pictures made me feel at ease (while also making me chuckle, they're very funny!), and Rebecca was always so wonderful in going the extra mile when I needed help. Bark Park really felt like an important part of the community. I've moved and but both my dog and I miss Bark Park dearly. Nowhere else compares!
Bark Park is our pup's second home. I feel incredibly lucky to have them so close to us!! Our pup goes 3 days a week and stays when we are away. I have loved every single person we've met- they are all so caring, sweet and so professional. I cannot speak highly enough about Bark Park!!
There's just so much good about services provided here, I'm not sure where to start? My golden retriever, Odin, has been attending Bark Park West since before he turned one. He's not two years old and gets absolutely thrilled when he realizes that our walk is headed towards this direction. I was simply stunned with the amount of care that was put into his training. Recordings of his obedience training were uploaded and provided for me to review and continue developing upon the skills that he was being taught. Odin used to be an unhinged pro wrestling champion who loved to mount everything and anything when he got overwhelmed. He struggles with it only on rare occasion now, thanks to the training staff! The pictures and day recap summary reports are such a pleasure to read! I'm so grateful for the outstanding work provided by the loving staff!
Our pups (Hilda and Bean) LOVE BarkPark. Daycare is their favorite place. The handlers are incredible and focus on positive-reinforcement training throughout the day. We 100% trust BarkPark to provide them with the absolute best care and enrichment experiences. I cannot recommend them enough (and I do recommend them to everyone in my life with pups in the Philly area). Also, they take the BEST pictures throughout the day and send thoughtful and detailed summaries of the pups experiences during their time there (including which of their friends they played with).
I truly can't say enough good things about BarkPark West! We've been sending Bolin (pictured, with the tiny ears) to daycare for just about a year now, and his ecstatic reaction to pulling up at the front door in the mornings is better than any review I could ever write. The photos and notes the staff send throughout the day are wonderful (seriously, the professional looking photos are an awesome bonus!), and you really get the sense that everyone working there not only knows your dog, but truly cares about them. Bolin had to take a couple of months off from daycare this summer, and when he returned it was so lovely to see how excited the staff were to see him after his absence. Take it from someone who treats her dog like her kid: this is a great place to send your pup.
We have nothing but great things to say about BarkPark West! We started bringing our GSD when she was 6 months and she has been thriving. We started off with weekly half day (until 3PM) sessions and have increased to biweekly full day (from 4PM-7PM) based on our adjusting needs. Rebecca, Linus and Liz have been wonderful and patient teachers. We appreciate and look forward to the updates (usually mid morning and afternoon) on the parent portal and enjoy when we catch her on their Instagram stories. Our GSD is an anxious girl and took time to adjust to daycare. They were well versed in breed specific needs and worked on her issues gradually each week. We've been to the both the South Philly and West locations. For us, BarkPark West is the better of the two based on location and amenities. They have a huge outdoor space, newly remodeld with k9 grass and sprinklers during the summer months. Until recently, South Philly was the only option for Saturday daycare, but West Philly is trialing Saturdays at their location. Bookings are easily made online and options for extra enrichment (puzzles) and grooming can be purchased there too. Membership levels are available for packaged bookings (minimum 7/month up to unlimitied). Daycare isn't for every dog and we appreciate that there is a vetting process, meet and greet and constant supervision of the pack. Issues are addressed personally and recommendations for further training is given. Poppins has met some of her best friends in daycare, as she is really particular with whom she plays with. Most of the dogs are our neighbors in West Philly and one of the few opportunities she gets to play with them in a safe environment free from toys and any resource guarding that may accompany them. We've told friends, coworkers and random dog parents how much we've loved our experince at BarkPark West. It's a welcome respite for busy Pawrents and provides both engagement and play to dogs who need an outlet or companionship.
What a wonderful place! Our Gilly girl loves it here! Lauren is so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! Rebecca has been super accommodating and flexible! They took Gilly in as my wife was in labor. It was so reassuring to know that Gilly has a fun, safe place while we welcomed a new little one to the family.

My dog just started here a week ago and I have already been so impressed. I am pretty picky about what I look for in a daycare and this place has far exceeded any expectation I had! The meet and greet showed how seriously they take getting to know dogs before allowing them in. They were also super patient with my dog and allowed him to integrate with the pack at the rate he was comfortable with. It is clear that everyone who works there is knowledgeable and loves dogs. They are also super communicate and give a full report card and pictures each day. They also have a nice big outdoor space. Highly recommend!
Our 1.5 year old dog has been absolutely loving her time at Z Dog. She’s normally pretty timid, but not at Z Dog. She feels comfortable enough to play all day and is so excited to see the owners. We tried other daycares, but this one takes the cake.
We’ve had a great experience with zdog. Our pup Luna is anxious, and they make a special effort to keep her with smaller groups of dogs so she’s comfortable. Zdog is the only place where she gets along with other dogs, which is great to help her socialize. They’re also always very accommodating of last minute bookings!
I've been with Z Dog for years now and they are by far the best dog care place in South Philly. Owners are responsive to all questions/schedule changes and are available via email, phone, and text whenever I reach out. My dog Lola loves it there and gets a full day of playtime. Makes my life easier when I'm at work knowing she's in great hands. Highly recommend.
Z Dog is a life saver. Since I started daycare for my high energy puppy, she’s been so tired at the end of the day that there’s less chance for mischief at home 😝. She’s happy to go socialize with her friends as well as Natalie, Jose and the rest of the caring staff when I drop her off in the morning. And I get a great, big hug from her when I pick her up in the evening. Highly recommended.
After calling an exhaustive number of doggie day care centers. We found Z dogs for our Pearlie girl. She went for two visits to get acquainted before boarding and it was clear that the owner really cares about the dogs there. Pearl was very well taken care of when she was there, they communicated how she acted and we appreciated that. I want them to do well and I will definitely recommend them to any dog owners I know!
Our dog has been going to Z Dog for a few weeks now and we could not be more pleased with Natalie, Jose and the facility/location. We have put our giant pup in other day cares around the city but none of them compare. Mainly, we love that crate time is not forced upon them. There’s a very nice fenced in yard and the owners/staff post videos of the dogs playing together daily! What really made us feel most comfortable in choosing Z Dog was the tour we given during our orientation. My boyfriend and I are still having to go into work right now and Natalie and Jose have brought us great peace of mind knowing our dog is well taken care of. For that alone, we are forever grateful. I truly cannot recommend Z Dog enough!

For approximately 9 months, Z dog has provided excellent pet care for my rescue dog, Fin. I work 16-18 hr days and they have picked up Fin from my home, watched him play and rest in their daycare, and then dropped him off. When I come home, he is content and seems to have had a fun day. I have appreciated their close communication and flexibility through schedule changes, and we will sorely miss them! I would recommend Zdog pet daycare to anyone in the city with a playful pup!
Whenever Rory is slow to get out in the morning, she immediately perks up once she realizes we’re going to ZDog! I’m glad to know she’s in such loving hands while I’m at work. It’s obvious that everyone there loves dogs and treats the dogs that come like their own. I highly recommend ZDog Daycare.
I have used Z Dog Walkers since I moved here 2 years ago. I have consistently used them for walks, doggy day care and boarding. They are top notch in terms of kindness, dependability and flexibility. I have been in desperate situations when they were there to save me (and my dog Maggie:) and have enjoyed numerous vacations knowing Maggie was in the best hands with Natalie and Jose. I would highly recommend them if you desire the best care for your dog!
Our 7 month old lab puppy was in great hands with Caleb! He sent us a bunch of photos and kept us up to date on how she was doing. She had a blast! We highly recommend Caleb! Caleb was recommended to us by our dear friends and we have never considered anyone else sitting our pupper (Shifu) ever since. I needed someone I could really trust to watch my dog Bowie. Caleb took such good care of him and sent me many pictures which put me at ease. I now wouldn’t trust Bowie with anyone else! We just moved to Philly and we are so lucky that we found Caleb! Not only he takes great care of our pup (Fuller), he also recommends us to so many great spots that we could take our pup. I highly recommend 215petcare for all of your dog walking and dog sitting needs! Caleb has been my reliable and wonderful dog walker for years. My 3 very active pitties absolutely love him! Things can be hectic with my work schedule, but I know I can depend on Caleb’s flexibility to make sure my dogs get a nice walk with playtime while I am gone. He has even been able to stop by on shorter notice when I am out longer than I expected to be. It’s reassuring to know you have a dog walker that truly cares for your pet as much as you do, which is completely true of Caleb. I love all of the nice photos he sends of my dogs from their walks too! I recommend him to everyone and will undoubtedly continue with him for the future!!
Caleb is super reliable and you can tell he loves the dogs he takes care of and they love him. We've used him for 3 years and our dog gets so excited when she sees him coming up the street. Offers walks and day care which is great since our schedule changes on a weekly basis. He is more organized than we are most of the time. Would highly recommend!
Can't say enough about Caleb and 215Petcare. I've have been using Caleb for all my pet walking/sitting needs for a number of years now. From the very first time I met Caleb it was evident how much he loved dogs and how passionate he was about providing nothing but the best care. I trust Caleb with the care of my two pups completely...he treats them like they are his own and even checks in on them during times we haven't seen him in a while. My pups absolutely love spending time with him and his dogs. His place is like a second home to them. Highly recommend Caleb to anyone, he truly has become a part of our family.
Caleb shows genuine affection for the dogs in his care. We recently left our two older dogs with Caleb for 10 days. He regularly sent updates and photos. I highly recommend Caleb and already have requested another 10 day stay in January.
Caleb is so good with my dog! He was very patient as she learned to trust him (she developed a bit of separation anxiety during the pandemic). She clearly adores him now. Caleb is also extremely organized and reliable: always confirms appointments, let’s me know his ETA to pick her up and drop her back, and is easy to communicate with. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
Wag Days is amazing! My dog attended the 3-week puppy preschool and learned so much during his time there. The staff at Wag Days sent updates on his progress and tips on how we can practice at home. They truly care about all the pups that come through. We also love visiting for regular day care now that he has graduated. Couldn’t recommend way days enough!
Our dog started at Wag when she was about 5 months. It's been almost a year now and she can't get out the door fast enough to get to school. Nora and the staff really love the dogs as their own. I love watching the stories and seeing Holly playing with her friends throughout the day. Thank you so much for all the fun safe space you provide the dogs.
We started bringing our puppy to Wag Days last fall to help with her socialization (and get out some of her puppy energy!) and we couldn't be happier with the care she continues to receive. She has so much fun "going to see her friends" and does her excited dog dance when we get within a block of Wag. We love that she gets a mix of indoor and outdoor exercise, has access to enrichment through our membership, and is friendly with all dogs she comes across through the great socialization she gets at Wag. We've also used the home-based boarding and loved that she got to hangout with people she knew from going to Wag while we were away. I also appreciate getting photos of her during the day and being able to check what she and her friends are up to on the Wag Days instagram account. Can't recommend this place enough and feel lucky that it's located in South Philly!
We are a big fans of Wag Days! Our pup Olive is about 10 months now. We originally started with another puppy kindergarten class, and the trainers expressed their concerns with our pups play style -- they weren't sure if she would be a good fit for day care or the dog park. As experienced dog parents, this was really upsetting for us to hear, especially with such a young dog. We were determined to make sure she was properly socialized. My husband had won a free day at Wag in a raffle, and initially I was hesitant to redeem the offer because of the feedback we had. We reached out to Wag Days, explained everything, and they basically said, "We got you. Bring her down, lets have an eval and go from there". Long story short -- Olive crushed her puppy school training with them, has the best time ever at day care when she goes, plays well in the dog park, and has really great leash skills (with lots of treats, she is still a puppy after all). We have had such a great experience with Wag Days, and are really grateful for their help with our pup.
Our dog, Mo, absolutely loves going to Wag Days for daycare! She is basically dragging us to the door to go see her friends and comes home happy and tired from playing! We feel really comforted knowing that they love and care for our dog as much as we would! One of the best decisions we’ve ever made!
Wag Days is excellent for dog boarding and day care! I’ve been taking my dog for 3 years! My dog Biscuit LOVES playing (and getting attention), and they do an excellent job! I love that they give you tons of updates via Instagram and their portal about your dog at day care. I love seeing the enrichment activities they do - you can tell they really care about the dogs at day care! I cannot recommend them enough!
I only trust my pupper with Wag Days! In-home boarding that makes my doggo feel right at home, complete with photo updates while I'm away and lots of love and social time that leaves her completely exhausted when she gets home. Great daycare and dog walking services, too. Quick and flexible scheduling, professional and prompt communication. Highly, highly recommend! My pup LOVES her time with Wag Days, and I do too!
We (and our dog Bogey) are obsessed with Wag Days. They constantly send us pictures via email and also update their Instagram story throughout the day which is really great! Nora the owner is always very responsive if we have questions or concerns. We have also used Wag Days for boarding a couple of times and Bogey always returns happy and exhausted.
Our puppy Cooper did so well with Wag Days. Colby is an awesome trainer and I love all of the videos and pics they take of him during the day. Our pup picked up a tremendous amount of skills while refining some of what he already had in place. Can’t recommend Wag Days enough!
I literally cannot say enough about how wonderful Wag Days is. We have been taking our dog Charlie there for almost two years now & we have never had anything short of an amazing experience. Our pup sprints to daycare when we tell him that’s where he’s going & we feel so at ease knowing he’s happy there and having fun. The staff is amazing & gives frequent updates via pictures throughout the day. Your dog will come home tired & happy!
Amanda is fantastic!! I’ve booked her a few times to watch my kitties for when I’m away on trips. She is always on time, reliable, and keeps me updated on her visits. Amanda gives a thorough report after her visits on their feeding habits, mood, playtime, and much more (with adorable pics). Amanda took amazing care of our three dogs during an overseas vacation. She took great care of our dogs as well as our house, sending multiple pictures and updates of each dog every day. Can’t talk highly enough about Amanda & her business. Not only is she phenomenal with our temperamental, reactive pitty but she is also reliable and communicative. She was happy to work with our family and come for visits a few times before we left her with our dog & when she watched our girl, she always provided us with an overview of her visit, photo updates, and cares to follow up even after we are home to make sure our dog adjusted. Amanda has given us such peace of mind when we are away, which used to never be the case.
My cat (Abby) is very attached to me after my other cat passed. I hadn’t left her alone for about 9 months because I was just super nervous about making her feel sad and lonely. Which means I haven’t been able to travel. But I finally decided to reach out to someone so I can establish care with a new sitter. I found Amanda very easily after a quick Google search and contacted her. She got in touch with me right away, which soon led to a meet and great. She was very nice and Abby took to her right away. She asked all the right questions, and answered all of my (neurotic lol) questions with patience and understanding. I got a good vibe from her so I booked a weekend to try it out. I had her stay the whole weekend with Abby, and she was definitely at my place most of the time. She let me know when she was going out and when she was returning. It really gave me peace of mind. She sent me lots of updates and welcomed me to reach out as much as I wanted because she understood how nervous I was being away from my cat. When I got home Abby was very chill and happy, and my apartment was how I left it. There was even a small thing with my terrible landlord and she handled it with complete professionalism and patience. I would definitely have her stay with Abby again, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for pet care.
Amanda was a godsend when my dog sitter canceled their sit while i was out of town. She did great with communication, my pets and was just wonderful. Recommend.
Amanda is an incredible pet sitter! She is a former vet tech which helps me feel so much more comfortable leaving my older pets who need medications. She always gives regular updates with lots of pictures which is very comforting. So happy to have found her!

Amanda was great with my two cats. I was away for 9 days and had Amanda come over in the mornings to feed and give the cats some attention. Amanda gave me detailed updates and photos everyday about my cats' behavior and habits and really helped keep my mind at ease while I was away. From her updates I could tell that my cats loved having Amanda around! I came back to find my cats happy and ready to fall back in our normal routine. Amanda did a great job and I will definitely use her services again when I travel.
Amanda is great. We recommend her for your pet(s) and we already hired her for another sit! Amanda cared for our cat while we were away for a week. It was our first time leaving our cat, so we were nervous. Amanda set our minds at ease with daily communication that included updates, photos, and videos. I also felt reassured by Amanda's vet tech experience. She is very knowledgeable and I knew that if anything went wrong, our cat would be in capable hands with Amanda there!
Amanda is beyond wonderful! We have a very sweet and loving cat who adores me and my partner but is scared of anyone except us, so finding someone we trust to care for her can be a challenge. Amanda came over for a meet & greet and really took the time to listen about our cat and her responsibilities. She also asked terrific questions and thought of everything in the Google Form we completed before her visits. While we were away, Amanda communicated updates via text, including when she arrived, pictures, and details of everything she did during the visit. Despite our cat being very scared of other people, Amanda did a great job interacting with her, aware that she is very timid, all while completing her tasks. Her updates are extremely thorough, and she went above and beyond and put us at ease so we didn't have to worry about our little cat while we were out of town. She is definitely the best cat sitter we have ever had! She is diligent, compassionate, communicative, and really cares about animals. I would absolutely recommend her!
Ruff House is the best! We’ve taken our golden retriever here for over a year and it’s like his second home. The people are amazing and treat your dog like family. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Ruff House is!

The Ruff House is great! Our dog is always excited to go. We have some day care and boarding and could not have been any happier with our decision. They take great care of our pup and always leaves with a smile on her face!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. All the workers are so kind and my dog absolutely loves it there! He's so excited every morning to go! The first time i picked him up to go home he cried (rude) lol but he is always sad to leave all the fun and comes exhausted! Loves all his friends and is clearly well taken care of.
Baxter loves the care he gets at ruff house! It’s a great environment for him to make new friends, and the daily report cards we received while we were away, complete with pictures and stories of how his days have gone were entertaining and reassuring. Even came home freshly bathed!
Ruff House is the best place for your dog. My dog is leaping out of the car to get inside when I drop him off. Once pick up time arrives, he is nicely tired, and happy. I enjoy that they post on social media to see the doggo's in action during the day. The staff is unmatched! Everyone is friendly, attentive, caring, accommodating and always upbeat- and very responsive via email. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a daycare.
The RHDC has been a life-changing experience for Hank and me. Hank is a young, active husky mix I adopted last year (2023) and very challenging as he is still basically a puppy and needs a lot of activity. The day I took him to RHDC for his evaluation was very stressful for me as I was so afraid he might not pass, but he did with flying colors! RHDC is very careful about introductions and makes sure they are safe and as stress-free as possible for the dogs and their humans. Nowadays Hank goes to day care at least once a week, usually twice, and he loves it so much. He is eager and happy when we arrive at day care in the morning and tired and happy when I pick him up. The RHDC is always trying new things and seeking to improve, including a new option to add "enrichment day care" where your dog can get added attention and hands-on activities. Hank loves it! They often post photos and videos on social media so you can see your pup in action. I've also boarded Hank overnight at RHDC and was very happy with the experience. If you are on the fence about trying day care for your dog, please jump into RHDC and try it out! I can guarantee you that you wont' be sorry and your dog will be much happier.
Great place for dogs! Our dog nearly breaks through the window of the car as we pull up to drop her off on her days at the Ruff House. Caring staff, easy scheduling, and convenient location!
