Dog Sitters in East Melbourne

We are so fortunate to have had Marita looking after our dogs and house while we were away. She ensured that she arrived a few hours before we left and on meeting her we immediately felt confident that she would be an excellent sitter, and we were not wrong! She sent us daily updates and photos of the dogs who obviously thought she was wonderful! The house was immaculate when we returned, the pot plants were thriving and the dogs were happy and to top it off she had prepared us a delicious meal which was much appreciated after two days of driving. In a word Marita was fabulous.

Peta was great! On time, low fuss and everything went very well.

We couldn't have asked for a better person to watch our collie girl than Denise! 🌟 Denise was a joy from the very start - her kind and caring nature was evident from our first intro call, and it was all the more present after meeting in person. Her communication was outstanding and we got so many lovely photos of Lucy on daily adventures! Denise was patient with her as she can take a day or so to warm up to new people, but they formed the sweetest bond very quickly. Lucy is a super active dog and Denise took her on so many hikes which we (and Lucy) are so appreciative of! She was also fully understanding of any reactivity from Lucy which can happen from time to time, and is well equipped based on experience with her own pups. The house was left in excellent condition and perhaps even cleaner than we left it! We would highly recommend Denise as a sitter and would welcome her back any time.

Cassie is a wonderfully warm and easy going person who took fantastic care of our home and our dogs. She is a great communicator and took initiative as well. I would not hesitate to recommend her and hopefully she may still be in Melbourne when we next go away.

My cat had an excellent time with Bethany! Bethany was very reliable, communicative and left the place very clean. I would definitely recommend her to anyone; you will feel relaxed while you are away!

Holly and Mitch were great sitters for Sam and Joey. They gave them loads of cuddles and attention and looked after all their needs. Sam needs 2 pills a day and they reliably gave them. When Sam’s leg developed a red patch they asked if they should take him to the vet, and I was glad they did. They took Sam and the problem was sorted. Holly and Mitch responded quickly whenever I contacted them and sent lots of photos. They very kindly cooked us dinner when we got back from our long haul trip. Reliable, easy to be with, great dog people! I’d happily have them back again.

Phoebe and Fred were great communicators. They arrived when I asked, looked after the house as if it was their own and got on well with our dog (Tex). I’d happily recommend them for any house or dog sits!

We were delighted to have Jean Baptiste and Emilie in our home. They are genuine animal lovers who took great care of our pets and with our house. It was also wonderful to meet travellers from France. I would recommend them to anyone.

For this sit, it was Holly and her partner Brinn. I was mostly in touch with Holly, who was very communicative and easy to make plans with. I briefly met her and Brinn when they arrived, and felt very comfortable leaving Susan in their care! I came back home to a tidy flat and a happy cat. Would definitely recommend these two as sitters! No troubles whatsoever and a pleasant experience all around.

Sharona was so caring and reliable, my dog seemed very contented and relaxed. Lots of photos and updates received and the house was left very clean and tidy . We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Sharona

We were really, really lucky to have Holly take care of the house and our cat Pixie. She was so attentive to everything, and sent frequent pictures of Pixie being spoiled throughout the stay which really helped us to spend time away without worrying about her. Pixie takes some time to adjust to new people, but she seemed to adapt so quickly to Holly as if we hadn’t even left. Pixie was in such great hands, and so was the house. Thanks again Holly, we’d love to have you back anytime!

Jacqui was very flexibel and communicated well with us before and during the sit. She really loves animals and cared very well for our furry babies. Unfortunately, the plants were neglected and needed water and the house wasn’t as tidy as we left it but these are things I am sure Jacqui can work and improve on. Thanks Jacqui for your care😊
