I had difficulty getting Angie to pre walk the sit even though she lives in the area and is frequently near my house. I guess she thinks this isn't important but when it comes to trust it is important to meet the sitter and walk them though the property and meet the pets. I think I had better experience with other sitters. She also had her boyfriend spend the night which was not pre arranged. Her communication was spotty and i did not receive any pictures of our pets. Just a picture of our neighbors pig. The house was in good shape, and the dog was walked. Not sure the cat litter was cleaned.
Danelle took excellent care of our 2 older cats and our 75 lb golden retriever. She even made friends with our grouchy cat! She left our house clean and tidy and checked our houseplants while we were gone. This was our first sitter with TH and Danelle was very experienced and courteous which put us at ease.
Jen did a fine job caring for our home and our cats while we were far away for a week! Her presence allowed our cats to maintain their routine of going in and out as they please and we had the comfort of knowing they were not alone. We returned home to a tidy house and happy cats!
