Ashley is a great house guest and pet sitter! She communicated very clearly while setting up the reservation and during her stay. It was a very beautiful experience, Millie the cat is the sweetest, she loves to cuddles in the sofa, being outside and eating. So she is very easy to take care of. Catherine and her family were very welcoming, they made me feel like home. The house is big and comfortable, there is a good TV and all the streaming services that you need. The kitchen is really comfortable if you like to cook. The location is excellent, you can go everywhere as the tram stop is crossing the street. The city of antwerpen is beautiful, if you don't know it you should come. Their son came back early and he helped a lot to understand some things about the city, recommended me places to go, so it was really nice. On my last night, the took me out for a meal, and make me tried some very good beers. They even let me stay for one more night as I had an appointment on the other day, and left things for breakfast. I would really recommend this sit. I would be glad to come back and take care of millie any time! Thank you for everything!
We had a wonderful time looking after Rosies three little dogs in Cirecester. We had a delicious dinner with Rosie on the evening of our arrival and she is extremely warm and friendly. We enjoyed our long walks with the dogs and discovering their sweet natures. The dynamic between them is so fascinating – the big brother Monty who is always looking out for little Minnie and then little Maisie who is just a feisty little cutie who always wants to be in on the action and makes her feelings known and despite her small stature she has such a big personality – they made us laugh so often. We loved their energy and that we could have long walks with them and they didn’t tire. We also loved exploring the little towns close to Rosies house and we got great instructions from Rosie about the local attractions. The garden is spectacular, park like and really beautiful which brought us lots of joy. Thank you Rosie for having us take care of your sweet pups and your home.
Joby has a lovely home that was extremely comfortable for my daughter and I to stay in. His fur babies are the sweetest snuggle bugs one could ask for. I highly recommend their home for future sitters. Joby was organized and had all of the instructions well laid out for me. I would sit again anytime!
Deena was a most gracious and welcoming host and made sure I had everything I needed for caring for her gorgeous dogs, handsome wee tortoise and friendly chickens. I spent wonderful days walking and playing in nearby parks with Deena's two dogs who were an absolute dream off the lead with perfect recall. The compulsory snuggles after walks were very welcome too! Deena's chickens were easy to care for due to her set-up at the back of the lovely garden. Wonderful owner, clear comprehensive instructions and wonderful pets!
Penny was very accomodating to our needs from day 1 making the stay easy and enjoyable. She not only transported us to and from the train station but also opened her home to us the night prior to commencement of the sit, which helped our transition prior to the start date. Penny has a lovely comfortable home in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay and Jasper, Gus and Alfie where a joy to care for.
Valentino was a joy to sit. The home is a nice stroll into Hammersmith and really close to the underground to go into the city. Communication was really clear from start to finish and Amy left a thorough guide for the sit. Valentino was really good company, and though not the cuddliest cat I’ve sat with, was more than happy to spend good companion time on the terrace or playing with toys

We used golden leash recently over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a great experience. The sitter showed up exactly at the times promised, sent lots of videos and pictures and left little notes in the app. Gave me a great peace of mind while traveling. We called Sue last minute. My husband had back surgery. Only a week after his surgery, I threw my back out. She has many clients in our building. That's how we found her and now I see why. She knew how desperate we were and made time for our pups that day. We told her one of girls pulls really bad. So she showed up with a harness for us to try. It worked like a charm. As if that weren't enough, our girls absolutely love her! In short, this is one hell of great service/business, that goes above and beyond. This place is a DOGGIE DAYDREAM COME TRUE!!!! Absolutely WONDERFULl!!! The amenities provided for the dogs are unbelievable..comfort everywhere you look. Steps for the little ones to access all the levels of dive-right-in..roll-in-the-blankets..buddy-snuggling take-a-nap, smell-so-good areas. The yard(s) are PERFECT and turf covered...no mud on rainy days. The most beautiful large oak smack dab in the middle of it all serves for chase or hide-and-seek, as well as providing lovely shade and birds chirping everywhere. There's a large deck and several hammocks and cushioned mats scattered about for sunning or just chilling. This place is all about pampering...and PEACE OF MIND. A very HAPPY environment with access to so many different areas. Dogs are engaged all day with each other or alone...never boring. Don't even get me started on the cat accommodations!!!! OmG, simply stated...OUT of this WORLD!!!! Sue is awesome, by the way, and very knowing and vigilant. Most definitely, the BEST discovery in my animal loving lifetime! A totally FEEL-GOOD experience.

Needed a last minute solution to dog sitting, decided to try Judy’s from a friend referral, I was asked if interested in a complementary dog grooming, which turned out great. Apprently being new and upcoming business they have this promo for so many days of dog sitting or so. When I came to pick up Lady (my dog) she was outdoors and ready to go without any wait. Of course I will use again. Only problem was dog wasn’t that excited to see me as she was with previous sitters.
We recently used Judy's pet to dog sit while we were on vacation for a week. They did an amazing job. They kept us updated with daily texts and pictures. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend and will use them again.

We have been using weekly daycare and occasional boarding services at Cubby’s for the past 3-4 years. Every. Single. Encounter. that we have with their staff is pleasant and professional. They take amazing care of our dog and we are so grateful for the entire team they have assembled.
Said simply, Cubby’s provides caring and confidence. They are professional and comprehensive in how they evaluate dogs for their services and communicate. And because of that, they instill confidence that your furry kid is in good hands. At the same time, you can just tell they truly care. Every one of their staff are there because they love dogs and care about their well-being. I also like that there’s consistency of the core staff, which is important for them as a business but also build your confidence that they “know your pup”. My dog always comes home exhausted - almost “drunk” exhausted! He loves to go and you can tell he has fun. They organize the pups by play and interaction style, not just big and small dogs. They offer tours and let you see the spaces your pup will be in.
My dog and I recently took a confidence building class with Sasha and it was top notch!! This was my first experience with Cubby’s. Sasha is an amazing trainer! Her love for dogs and passion for helping humans handle their canine companions more skillfully is unmistakable. Thanks to Sasha’s ability to quickly notice and clearly communicate about barriers/problematic patterns and missteps and then tailor practical skills and homework to correct and overcome them, both my dog and I grew tremendously from this course. Sasha also takes the time to explain the psychology behind her directives so you are not wondering about the logic behind them. This class was really just a lot of fun thanks to the fact that the trainer seems to put her whole heart into it. Not to mention great value for the price. I would take another class with her again in a heartbeat. Thank you Sasha!!!

Took our French Bulldog for the 1st time , TERRIBLE experience!!!! She was panting so hard when I picked her up that I was terrified!!! She was probably out in the hot sun with nobody paying attention to her!!! When you pick up your dog , the people don’t even acknowledge that you’re there, they turn the other way!!!! AWFUL experience!!!
Absolutely love Cubby's! Great staff, super friendly and our dogs seem to like them. They do great work grooming our dogs and have great prices. They can get a bit busy so make sure you schedule accordingly.
Our son Dutch is an only child and we wanted a fun and safe place to occasionally send him, where he could bond and play with other dogs. We are so happy we discovered Cubby’s Canine Castle! Because our boy had never played with other dogs, he was a little shy at first. The staff at Cubby’s realized this and took the time to slowly integrate him with the pack, as opposed to just tossing him in and having him figure it out on his own. They actually took the time to make it a positive experience for him. During those few weeks they called me several times to update me on his progress. He’s so happy when he goes there. He comes home completely drained from playing all day. (Lucky for us). I was a little nervous at first, but after a few weeks I’m completely satisfied with my decision. In addition to using their daycare services I’ll be utilizing them for boarding this spring. We could not be more pleased. The staff at Cubby’s really care for the pets they take care of. All of the employees are extremely kind and friendly. Thank you to the staff!

Soph N Bean legends Jacques and Lori recently looked after our two kitties. They were diligent with their care and took time to send us text photo updates from each visit. Jacques and Lori provide loving, personalize care for my furry babies. They love and treat my pets like they were their own. This allows me to travel worry free knowing my pets are well cared for. Jacques and Lori are fantastic! They took such great care of our 16 yo kitty Julia for a week while we were away. Gave her medication with food every visit, and took time to pet her, brush her and play with her! Sent texts with pics every visit, even went out of their way to get more bird seed for our bird feeder, because the birds (and squirrels lol) greatly entertain our kitty. We will absolutely use their services again soon, and feel so much better about leaving our cat alone for an extended period knowing she'll be well cared for. We cannot recommend Soph N Bean highly enough!

Jacques of Soph N Bean was tremendous with our cat Penny. She hadn't been left alone for more than a couple of nights in her life so I was very worried how she would handle us being away; Jacques texted each day with a photo and update of Penny which helped us enjoy vacation free of worry. Great service! We have 2 cats, one "feisty" diabetic who needs insulin shots which can be tricky to accomplish. We had struggled to find a service to to handle this which limited our ability to go on vacations. Jacques was great, always on time and provided updates and pictures/videos after each visit. Soph N Bean was very accommodating, professional and organized, and allowed us to have a relaxed, worry free vacation, highly recommended!
Absolutely, hands down, the best boarding, daycare, grooming and rescue in the area. Victoria is the kindest, gentlest, compassionate person I have left my boys with since moving back to the Philly area. She sent use updates and pictures everyday and I felt completely at ease with her and her husband from our first meeting. Mickey and Rocky came home exhausted in that “we had a great time way”!!! Found EnVi on Google. Read some reviews and went to go do a meet and greet with our 4 lb HavaPoo named Scrappy-Do. The owners house was awesome. She had a great set-up with lots of employees and plenty of room for the dogs. We were told to bring whatever she is comfortable with, we brought her sleeping crate and some toys. The owner texted pics of scrappy every day. We felt very comfortable leaving her with ENVi. (Victoria). On our day of pickup there were lots of happy dogs playing about. The whole experience was very smooth. I highly recommend EnVi. Here a oic of Victoria and a lot of happy dogs about .
They are life saviors. Gus frequents their day care and I also board him there when I travel. For context, Gus is a 2 year old white English bulldog. For non-bulldog owners, it means I have a high maintenance dog that can’t be outside for long during summer months because it’s hot and he can have a heat stroke; it means that he’s on medications more often than he’s not; or that he’s recovering after yet another surgery… Through all of that, I have 0 hesitation to leave Gus with them and never think twice if Gus is okay. Considering how careful/attentive one needs to be to keep my dog healthy, they are more than on it. I never had a single issue. As a matter of fact, I had to board Gus just last week due to work travel and he was 2 weeks after serious leg surgery. They are a Godsend and I don’t know what I would do without them.
My Doberman puppy Athena has only been boarded and at the doggy day care a handful of times but ENVI is a God sent! Victoria is so flexible and understanding with time it’s so helpful for anyone with a unsteady schedule. And my pup comes home so tired and we’ll taken care of for such a affordable price! I recommend everyone I Can about them. Definitely a place you want your dog to be at if you want a peace of mind that they are in good hands. I cannot recommend ENVI enough!

I have a larger puppy Bernese and he’s sometimes anxious. They were so good with him and kind. He looked fabulous. They gave him the entire royal treatment and took great care of him. They know how to work well with animals and are very careful and attentive.
I had to leave my baby (cat) for 2 weeks and was so nervous about leaving him anywhere but Hickory Inn really took care of him and emailed me with updates whenever I asked. They took wonderful care of my little angel and I highly recommend! The whole team was so nice and I could tell they cared a lot about our little furry friends. Thank you! <3
We have been boarding our boys and girls (Shih Tzus) at Hickory Inn for decades! We appreciate their loving care and wouldn't think of having someone else take care of them!
Never had an issue. Our dog is always clean and happy when we pick him up. Staff are friendly and courteous and respectful. They take him out a lot and don't keep him in the cage all weekend. Many walks and time with other pets. Our dog has a cough and we noted it and they saw that and took him for a medical checkup. They said it's an allergy and aren't alarmed by it. They are attentive to what conditions he has. The prices are to be expected. You pay for good care of your pet.
The staff is great and my dog enjoys her stay. They are connected to the hospital in case of an emergency. Many options for treats, bath and nail clippings for an additional fee.
Benny has been staying at Hickory since he was a Puppy. Anytime I go out of town, I know he's being taken care of. The staff that I have met over the years are great. A few faces have come and gone over the past nine years but most have been around a while. My only complaint is when they started changing their price structure around, but the new owner seems to be going back to the way it was before on pricing. He also is already improving other areas that were outdated (such as going digital vs paper). Update: it's been 11 years and Benny is still happy at Hickory. As with many places inflation has hit the price but I am still happy to leave Benny in their care because I know he is taken care of.
My name is Callie Wilder. I own 2 toy poodles. One is 6 months the other is a year. I went on vacation for 8 days December 23rd to 31st, 2012. I want to publicly say that it was a pleasant experience. I was permitted to bring their toys and food. I called three different times during the week to check on them, and they were doing fine. The staff is very friendly and the facility is very safe and clean. I was reluctant at first to use Hickory Pet Inn because of negative reviews on various sites. However,I would highly recommend this facility to any dog or cat owner. My dogs were clean, well feed, happy and in excellent health when I picked them up after an 8 day stay at the Inn. I will use them again in the future.

Great service and convenient location. We have boarded our large shepherd/husky dog here at least a dozen times. They require all dogs to be up-to-date on vaccines and shots. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Always a good experience for my large dog (100+ lbs). Employees are great and always take care of my best friend while I'm away. Price is kinda standard... Wish add-ons were a bit cheaper apart from standard boarding. Should be a bit more full-service.
Marissa did an amazing job. This was our first time ever having someone other than family watch our dogs and we were absolutely blown away. Her attention to detail and love for animals makes her the absolute best choice in pet care. She respected my home and my two dogs. We asked for pet care and got so much more than that. We found someone who cares as much about my dogs as I do. We found our permanent pet sitter hands down. We can't wait for our next trip away to use her again!
Just finished a 2-week vacation overseas with Marissa and her team caring for 2 elderly Shepards in our home. This is the first time we used Pampered Pups. Marissa and her staff has been a game changer for us. For 20 years we took our dogs to a wonderful kennel. We live on a busy street and we always worried about pups getting away from sitters. Our Newfies are almost 11 and 14 and we thought they’d be happier in their own home while we were away. All of the people who have taken care of them since we started are just awesome. Amazing communication with the staff and Marissa. We have traveled a lot in the last few months only because our dogs are in such great care. Thankyou Marissa and staff! A literal life saver. I was using another service while I was away, and quickly became uncomfortable with the care I felt my puppy was getting. I called Marissa in literal tears, left a message and she got back to me in less than 5 minutes. I was so worried it was too late to use her services in this emergent last minute situation. She calmed my nerves, got me on the books immediately for the next day, and made me feel comfortable and assured my baby would be cared for. I can definitely be an overbearing nervous dog mom, and she didn’t make me feel bad or overbearing at all. Marissa actually validated my feelings and took the extra steps to text and keep me in the loop the next day. I cannot recommend her services enough! her responsiveness, understanding, the updated, the photos, all of it. 10/10 highly recommend.
Pampered Pups and Marissa exceeded our expectations!! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our dogs to be able to stay in their comfy home and have someone to come in to take care of them while we were gone. We received daily updates and plenty of great pics of our dogs (fish and frogs too!) that made us feel so comfortable that they were in good hands. Excellent app to use for pet info and communication and very fair rates. Loved our whole experience with Marissa and will be booking again soon!
We were in a pinch with our puppies and cats, family vacation at risk. I posted on Facebook asking for help and was referred to Pampered Pups by Marissa. While she was on vacation Marissa organized coverage for us. This enabled our family to spend the 4th of July at the beach house with our full extended family. We were nervous as we always take the dogs with us and have friends check in on the cats while we are gone. After reading the reviews we felt confident. Now here we are a week later writing our own 5 star review. Michele, our dog sitter was amazing. She brought toys for the dogs, sent pictures of them having fun in the backyard and on walks. Our cats were taken care of, even our small fish were happy. Thank you so much, Michele. You made us comfortable to the point that we could relax and enjoy our time away. See you next time!!!
I have used Pampered Pups for twice-a-day cat care, once for an overnight trip and once for a weeklong trip, and both times were great! I really appreciate the pictures and summaries that are sent after every visit. My cat has minor health issues, so I am thankful to have in-home pet sitting that keeps her happy and healthy, and helps me not to worry about her. So grateful to have Pampered Pets in my town.
We've been taking our dogs for years to a wonderful kennel. They are older and we didn't have the heart to not leave them at home where they are happiest. Our first experience with Marissa and her team was outstanding. Morgan took such good care of our dogs..pics and reports several times per day. We felt so comfortable and reassured. They had 3 visits per day and I know they were happy to be in their own home. We cannot express our gratitude enough. Highly recommended!!!
I have used Pampered Pups by Marissa many times over the past few years for both day walks and overnight stays. I have had the pleasure of meeting and using many different sitters. Every experience has been wonderful!! Last week Michelle stayed over and watched my three pups for four nights and days. She is amazing and gave 200%. She is very professional and genuinely loves her job and my dogs. My pups were spoiled and given tons of love and attention. The house was immaculate and the pups happy and healthy. I would definitely recommend Pampered Pups (I’m already booked for July) and if you’re lucky you will get Michellle 😊
I decided to bring my boys for an evaluation here, and everything went spectacularly!! They had a blast! We previously were going to a smaller daycare. Playtime Pet Resort of KoP is so much bigger, my boys have much more room to play! The outside area is really fantastic! We are two days in, and the boys are loving it!! Everyone is friendly and happy to see the boys when we get there. I love that when you are boarding, there is someone there overnight, the pups are never left alone!
We absolutely love Playtime Pet Resort @ King of Prussia! We found it when we knew we'd be traveling from NYC to see our daughter in Philadelphia and planned to bring our dog with us. We wanted him to have a great day but didn't know anything about doggy day care options in the area. Until we came upon the Playtime Pet Resort website and then made a call! The resort is amazing (and it really feels like a resort!). It is beautifully appointed with every detail taken into account. Super clean and really with everything you could think of being present (treats for pets, collars, etc.). We were there in December and the holiday decorations were stunning. Our doodle loved it! The staff sent pictures along with his report card. Everyone made him - and us - feel extremely welcome and cared for. We MOST highly recommend the King of Prussia Playtime Pet Resort. Kudos to the team there who handled everything like pros!! Thank you!
Our 7 month old Great Dane, Diego, had his evaluation today. I was extremely pleased with how professional and hospitable everyone was and impressed with my tour. It was clean and the dogs seemed really well cared for and happy. I was kept informed of how Diego was doing throughout the day and loved the report card I received. When I picked him up, his tail was wagging and he didn’t want to come home! Looking forward to many more playtimes, boarding and grooming. Thank you!!
this was my first time putting my dog in daycare. i think $35 isn't bad. it was pretty last minute; we scheduled the evaluation for the day before we needed her first daycare day. i was pretty worried because i adopted her only a few months ago and she definitely has a lot of separation anxiety. surprisingly, everything turned out fine! i received detailed report cards with photos of her and her new friends. she did come back smelling very strongly (no way to sugarcoat it), but a bath fixed that right up. i guess there's not much they can do about that. i would recommend playtime pet resort!
Playtime Pet Resort in Downtown is the best. The facility is so clean and welcoming. The staff are amazing, especially Christina and Karleigh. My dogs love the personalized attention and we love knowing that "our babies" are safe and well cared for. I would recommend them to any and all owners.
I cannot recommend Playtime Pet resort highly enough. The level of care and attention to detail is outstanding, and it is clear that the staff go above and beyond to ensure that every pet has a positive and enjoyable experience. Murphy returned home happy, healthy, and clearly well-cared for. The resort itself is immaculate and well-maintained. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for pets to move around. I was particularly impressed with the outdoor play areas, which are secure and filled with engaging activities to keep pets entertained. Thank you, Playtime Pet resort for providing such a wonderful home away from home for Murphy. We will definitely be returning for future stays!
My pup loves Playtime Pet Resort so much, we can’t say the name without him getting excited!! They always make sure he is comfortable and having fun. If there are any questions, they are great about contacting you for open communication. I always know he’s in good care when we travel or for just a day of fun with his friends.
We took our dog here for an evaluation. This was the first time we had him to a boarding place. We heard so many great things about Play Time that we decided to try. I received a text with a link to his report card and we were so happy to see that he was having a great time. We made reservations that day to board him for 2 day while we were getting married. Playtime Pet Resort in Downingtown is one of favorite places! The people are so professional and friendly, the facility is clean and organized, and it’s easy to see that the staff and management really care for the dogs. They are also conveniently located, open 365 days a year, and have someone on-site 24/7. My pup comes home happy, tired, and I feel comfortable that he has been well cared for while he is there.
