A brilliant house sit. Zorra is an angel and I had a super time giving her cuddles on demand. She has such a sweet nature. The house was amazing and was absolutely immaculate. Maggie left me really clear instructions on how things worked. Super location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our sit with Pepper. He is very easy to care for, and warmed to us quickly - enjoying lap time by our second evening with him. He loves to be brushed, and was happy to climb to the top of his cat tree for evening treat time. The home was very clean and welcoming. Kitchen is fully equipped with anything you would require, the guest suite is very comfortable and peaceful, and the pool and yard area are very well maintained. Regina's instructions for upkeep of the pool were clear and easy to follow. The neighborhood is lovely - great walking trails right outside the door. There is also a very nice community center within a short drive, with pickleball courts, pool, and a fitness center for a very affordable daily drop in rate. We highly recommend this sit, and hope we have the opportunity to return again in the future!
Well, what can we say? What a sensational house sit! Jonathan & Phil offered us bottomless hospitality, from picking us up and dropping us off; offering us breakfast, dinner & drinks; and of course, allowing us to look after the indomitable Fanny the Wonder-dog for the weekend. This is a truly priceless sit in a beautifully and uniquely curated home with a doting and loving brown-eyed girl. We also loved meeting her dads, and felt we arrived as strangers and left as friends. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for inviting us into your special world - we'd return in a heartbeat! To everyone else - jump at the chance to visit, if you're offered the opportunity. We highly recommend.
Tom the dog is very loving, affectionate and calm. His recall is excellent. Isle of Wight is an absolute paradise for walkers and I enjoyed our adventures with Tom discovering this beautiful island. The house was very comfortable and big with a nice big garden. During the tourist season it is an award winning hotel/B&B so it was a privilege to stay in a such place. Joan cooked a very delicious supper on my arrival which was of a restaurant quality. The house is very close to the sea promenade and a big park/forest is just around the corner. Communication was prompt and welcome guide is very clear. Joan and Chris were very kind and accommodating with every aspect of my stay taken care off to ensure my comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this house sitting.
We thoroughly enjoyed this house sit. Georgia was super friendly from the start and gave us loads of information about what to do and where to eat etc. The apartment was very close to the airport. We had lots of communication throughout. The cats are absolutely gorgeous!! Very easy to look after and both have their own lovely personalities. The apartment is very modern & comfortable with everything you need. We walked all over Dusseldorf and also got a train to Cologne one day which was also very easy. We had a delicious meal in the Sushi restaurant at the top of the Rhein Tower with fantastic views of the city. I would thoroughly recommend this sit. Thank you for having us.
I loved everything about this house sit. Tracey and Sharon are wonderful hosts. Organized, welcoming with excellent communication before, during and after the sit! Sharon made a wonderful meal to welcome my arrival. In addition to a complete written guide, they walked me through everything so I could see the guide in action. They have created a loving space in Chattanooga and they have so much love for their fur babies. I couldn't help but fall in love with Milo and Jackson too! Mr. Milo is a great walking buddy and he loves his morning walk. The neighborhood has great hills and every morning walk was like the first time. He is a very easy going fellow and a great communicator. While independent, he also would come and check on me in the office especially when it was getting close to dinner time. He didn't whine or cry just gave me a little look to know he was getting a little hungry. He is great on the hiking trails and does great at the dog park and loves to go in the car. Jackson loves his time on the screen porch but doesn't beg to go out. He loves sitting in a window watching the world go by. He is also mischievous. Several times he "pounced" me from his sleeve as I walked by. He is very playful and loved to chase the string. Every night when I brought him in for the night, he flopped and rolled on his back for belly rubs. The house is perfect. Clean, organized with everything you need to live comfortably. The location is great. A quick drive to downtown, everything you need close by but in a wonderful walking neighborhood. Also close to so many hiking trails it was hard to choose where to go! I also did a kayak trip on the river which was so awesome and only an 8 minute drive away! I'm grateful for the 5 weeks I spent with Tracey and Sharon's fur babies and hope to make a return trip! I highly recommend this sit.
