I had the most wonderful time house sitting for Mary and Richard and taking care of their adorable fur babies Ted and Reggie! Communication in the run up to the sit was fantastic, we had a video call beforehand to get to know each other and learn a bit more about the boys who are clearly VERY loved. Mary put together a great Welcome Guide with everything I needed to know about the home and caring for the kitties :) Mary and Richards beautiful & cozy home is situated in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac, tucked away yet still super close to a big supermarket, petrol station and restaurants. I was told beforehand that there would be builders present working on the driveway during my stay but this didn't cause any disruption at all and I was happy to provide them with cups of tea & coffee, I think they bothered the little ones more than anything as the cat flap had to stay closed while they worked haha! On to the gents themselves who each have their own adorable little personalities, Reggie is definitely the more "reserved" of the two and takes a little time to suss you out which I fully respect ;) But it didn't take long for him to settle down next to me in front of the tv in the evening :) And Teddy, haha what a funny character who loves to have a full on conversation with you and all the belly rubs! Both were an absolute dream to look after, they have open access to the garden (once the builders left) which is very secure and I could hear them popping in and out during the night. Thank you both for trusting me with the care of your boys and home, I'd be so happy to sit for you again and highly recommend this sit to others!
Matt & Susú, thank you for the opportunity to take care of your well appointed beautiful home and the main attractions Nacho & Blue. Your attention to detail in the guide was one of a kind plus it was very easy & fun to communicate with you. It was love at first sight with Nacho and Blue. Everyday on our sit, we loved how engaging, playful, obedient and cuddly they were. The fun began with their morning wake up kisses, the outdoor play time and evening was filled with snuggles. The only difficulty we had, was agreeing who took the cutest pictures to send of the boys. Matt and Susú dogs are well behaved and a delight to spend time with. It was hard to leave them when our sit ended. We are happy to recommend this sit to future sitters.
