This was our first time using zeewoi and Jessie and Tom far exceeded our expectations! They are so sweet, caring, and thoughtful, and treated our sweet 12-year-old golden retriever like he was their own. Throughout their stay, they kept us updated with pictures, and were not afraid to ask questions with any concerns and to make sure all of Fenway's needs were met. We were very anxious about leaving Fenway for an extended period of time with strangers, and we are now concerned that he would prefer them over us 🤗 If you are so fortunate to have Jessie and Tom available to sit at your house, you will not be disappointed!

Thank you so much Ashley and Nick! Couldn't have asked for a better first zeewoi experience. They met us early before the stay to go with us on a walk with our puppy River, familiarize themselves with the area - even though they are experienced pros it made us feel a lot better we could make the handoff that way - and from then on it was only more and more positive! Our pup gets a little anxious when we're gone and he ended up throwing up the first night, they handled it without skipping a beat and were super empathetic and loving to him throughout the stay. They were so wonderfully communicative, sending lots of pictures every day and giving updates on his recovery from the anxiety sickness. They were also both simply a pleasure to be around in person for the few moments we chatted before and after the stay, left us some food when we got back from our 5-hour drive home, thoughtful in every way...Hopefully our paths cross again, 100% would have them stay any time, River says so too big time! My dog loves this place. Friendly staff, great service, and lots of opportunities for fun in the curriculum. I love that the spa and board service are also at the same place.
Our dog has been going for a few months now and we are very satisfied with the facility, staff, and services here. Our pup has improved significantly in interacting with other dogs and is less scared of other dogs now. Webcams are great for checking up on him but we also appreciate the progress reports from staff. Some days, there are a lot of dogs but the facility is big enough and we feel reassured that our dog is watched and cared for.
