Dee and Alan were very friendly and welcoming! Their house is beautiful and we felt at home right away. Lottie and Millie were absolutely joys to look after. Lottie loves a cuddle and will be your best friend straight away. Millie will let you know when she wants a cuddle or a pat 😁we will miss them dearly!
Tempe and Sealey, the two resident cats, have a lovely home in which to roam. They make use of the main floor, and the lower level, including hiding out on the ducts of the heating system and other nifty spots. They are well able to climb up and get down by themselves. Their home is clean, with a beautiful kitchen and comfortable living room. The beds were quite nice, too. The house is tucked into a neighborhood of families, but was extremely quiet and enjoyable. The cats were really mellow and easy to take care of. Amy and Bill were very welcoming, kind and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this cat and house sit.
Had a nice time at Lili and Jonny's place. Gorgeous home and Stevie is a lovely cat . She's such a sweet little cat and super easy going, friendly company. Info was really well done, and the welcome and hospitality from Lili and Jonny was wonderful.
This will be your best housesit! We booked this housesit to fill a gap we had in between two other housesits and are so happy that we did! Griffin is THE most amazing dog ever. He just turned a year old during the time that we were there and is the perfect balance between playful and relaxed (when you need a minute to do some work from home or watch tele) and are more than happy to just lay with his head in your lap as long as he can be around some human love! :-) Canterbury is a beautiful little town with old castles and churches and walks everywhere and the high street is a must visit for cute restaurants, tea rooms and shopping. Kajsa and Mike were amazing hosts. We were only able to arrive a day after they already left and they were happy to accommodate us by leaving Griffin with another sitter for a day until we arrived. They are SUPER organised hosts and left us full details of all we needed to know around the house plus a fantastic guide to Canterbury and surrounding areas. If you are prepared to fall in love with Griffin and a beautiful little town, we highly recommend this sit!!! You will not regret it.
Zoey is sweet, playful, and loves to cuddle. She loves chasing squirrels and it’s entertaining to watch her. She is food motivated and follows commands well. She likes snuggling under a blanket and joined us for nightly slumber parties. She was eager to be near us in whatever room we were in. We really enjoyed spending time with her! Steffan and Kaitlyn are nice, accommodating, and easy to contact and communicate with. They made us feel welcome in their home and we enjoyed exploring the places they recommended. Their neighborhood is safe and peaceful. The house is spacious, comfortable (especially the living room couch!), and has plenty of sources of entertainment (tennis court, pool, video games, movies, streaming channels, board games, and more). The kitchen is well-equipped. And there was plenty of space for our things in the guest bedroom and bathroom. We had a great time and would happily return. Thank you Steffan, Kaitlyn, and Zoey!
This was an enjoyable and super easy doggie sit, since Remus is an awesome dog. Remus was playful, easy going, enjoyed short jogs and walks exploring the area landmarks and parks, enjoyed cuddling, and was extremely well behaved (Remus even lets you know when it's time to go potty). It was also nice meeting/chatting with Lan. Lan was welcoming and provided a nice home tour on video and a detailed doc with all the relevant information about the home and Remus. She was always available too to answer any questions. Lan was even nice enough to extend the pet sit until I started my next cat sit a couple of days later. :) About the place, I stayed in the unit below and the two bedroom unit was super comfortable, fully equipped and modern. Behind the unit, I had access to a small backyard that was nice for Remus to use at night too. As described by Lan, the home boasts lots of cool amenities (even a hot tub). The location was also great, within walking distance to the Space Needle, plenty of parks and stores, and Lake Union. I would absolutely enjoy repeating this pet sit and highly recommend it!
