Jacinta was so communicative and helpful whenever we needed it. The home was very comfortable and the area was naturally incredible. The dogs were very well behaved and were a joy to be around. When walked they listened and were very respondent to what we wanted to do. Our kids loved the dogs and had so much fun playing fetch and cuddling. Highly recommend Jacinta and Angus, Lola and Zeik. A thoroughly enjoyable stay with Dennis. Sara and Christian made me very welcome; house was comfortable and spacious with every facility one could wish for oneself and Dennis; super easy to keep clean and everything was to hand. Village was truly peaceful and local dog walks on the hill lovely providing Dennis with a perfect opportunity to let off steam! Highly recommend this sit.
Kath's home was so welcoming when I arrived - as were her labs. Coco and Kizi are sweet natured and settled quite quickly with me around. They were very well behaved when I walked them. They love to play together. My stay was very comfortable in a lovely neighborhood. Communications with Kath were clear and prompt. I'd definitely love to care for Coco and Kizi again.
Due to unforeseen circumstances Tatyana and Pavel had to change the exact dates of our sit but were excellent about communicating and it worked out well for all of us. Once we arrived Zuri was in heat and instead of throwing us in the deep end they stuck around. If you’re lucky they might buy you dinner, but if you’re REALLY lucky Pavel will cook! They have a great espresso machine and hot pot, and they were sweet and generous and didn’t want us to replace the whole bag of coffee we demolished. We had some electric issues while they were away which worked to our advantage because we got to meet Miguel who helps them out while they are away. We were excited to explore Espinhal but it didn’t really happen, the town closes down for Christmas. We’d really like to go back to explore when anything might be open. It is an excellent location to make it to Tomar, Fatima, Coimbra, Conimbriga Ruins (be sure to see the map and make your way to the nearby waterfall), and nearby caves and karst features! We were often glad there were two of us on the sit because they can be a bit overwhelming since they are so big and it was nice to have someone run interference. Unless you pull fully loaded semi tractor trailers in your spare time, don’t even attempt to walk them both by yourself, these doggos are made for pulling. Also, don’t expect to get away with being slow to walk or feed them, Zuri gets VERY vocal and will explain the error in your ways. Zuri and Yugen are great dogs and will be excited to welcome you back from your day trips. They are playful, cuddly, and goofy.
April's home and fur family were wonderful! Rusty, Holo, and Hermes were just the sweetest taking snuggle turns, the pups were very well behaved on our walks, and April was very kind. I would love to sit for them again!

Over the last 3-4 years, we’ve utilized just about every service they offer- daycare, training, dog walks, grooming, boarding and social club (a genius feature). Our little corgi has been going to Henry Loves Betty since she was about a year old and she feels safe, is always exceedingly well cared for and I know they are sneaking in training sessions because she is so polite, responsive and social. We’ve moved 2 hours away and still try to bring our dog for grooming, boarding and daycare a few times a month. This team truly cares deeply for your pet and with our busy schedules we our so grateful that they are responsive and really work to help us manage our schedules without compromising quality of care for our fur baby. Social club has helped make Peach a braver pup and explore more! I love seeing her play in puddles, and become less adverse to water and rain because she’s had outdoor adventure fun with other dogs. Also, the community of pet parents and owners are so wonderful! Doggy birthdays, celebrating wins and just saying hi and asking about your pets when they see them. Love this place. They really care for your pups and enrich them. Cannot recommend daycare enough and their grooming is perfection. Our puppy comes back from daycare more obedient and tired.
I've trusted Aislinn to groom my two dogs for over two years. She handles them with love and care as if they were her own. They leave happy and clean, smelling yummy and adorned in a new bandana. I am able to drop them off at their appointment time and pick them up right after they are finished so I don't have to leave them all day.
Our dog has never left a groom happier! We have a excitable and sometimes nervous Bernese Mountain Dog and Aislinn does a great job with him every time.
Henry Loves Betty has been a lifesaver since getting my dog Keene as a puppy last March. I can’t imagine going through the potty training stage without the help of their puppy program and daily walks. Now that he’s a bit older, I love sending him to daycare or social club to help keep him entertained and well socialized. They always give such thorough updates and I love getting pictures of Keene while I’m at work. I was SO happy to hear when they started offering dog grooming. Being that Keene is a doodle, I knew I’d need to find a trustworthy and reliable groomer for him to see regularly. Keene started first with a few puppy trims to get him comfortable with being groomed and handled, and then transitioned into getting full, adult cuts. My favorite thing about their grooming is that it’s only Aislinn and your dog there when they’re getting groomed. This not only allows for less distractions that could overwhelmed an uncomfortable dog, but means that Aislinn’s full attention is on your dog. Keene and I have both had such positive experiences with her grooming—with him being so excited to see her and “hangout”, and me always being impressed with how great he looks after. Overall, the whole staff is phenomenal at HLB! They are all so knowledgeable and truly treat your dog with so much love. If you’re considering using any of HLB’s services, I highly recommend—you will not be disappointed!!
Nothing but wonderful praise for Paula and the loving care and attention she always gives to Zoey when she’s boarding! I used to worry about Zoey being stuck in a kennel for days on end with no exercise, love and attention. Not anymore! We bring our dog all the way from Saratoga to get groomed by Aislinn. No matter the condition of his hair, she always has him looking perfect and exactly the way we want it every single time, all in a very timely manner! I will never bring my dog anywhere else as long as I live around here and she is still grooming! The shop is in a perfect location. Although being in the heart of Troy, there is never any issue with parking. There are plenty of places to eat, relax, shop, etc all in walking distance while your dog is getting groomed. If you’re in need of a groomer, especially if they are some sort of doodle, this is the spot!
We recently moved to Troy and needed drop-in service for our cats. Henry Loves Betty is the best local choice for us. The prices are about the same as private sitters, but the service is more professional. It's also reassuring to know that if a sitter has an emergency and can't make it, they will find someone who can. The sitter was excellent. We received an update with photos every visit. I will use them again.
This is the best doggy daycare place ever. We love the owner and all the staff so much. They truly treat all the pups with love and care, and go above and beyond on everything! The daycare facility is always well kept and clean. Our dog loves going to daycare so much that when we are going towards the direction of Troy she starts being impatient. They post videos and photos of the pack playing almost daily on their Instagram story which is super cute and amazing. They also offer boarding service that's very reasonably priced. We were worried about boarding our dog at first because she had bad experiences with boarding before, but she absolutely loves boarding with HLB. Paula would even pick up our dog to board and drop her off which is super convenient for us. We receive daily updates and photos of her as well. We've recommended Henry loves Betty to many people because this is a truly wonderful place for dogs to hang out with each other.
Miles per mutt is amazing!! They take such good care of my dogs! When we had pesticides put down and I forgot they were coming they took it upon themselves to walk the dogs for 24 hours instead of letting them out in our fenced in yard. They send a text with photos everytime they visit. They picked up after the dogs in the yard which was so incredibly nice. They got the mail for us and even cleaned the dogs water bowls and dishes. They really go over and beyond! I highly recommend them! So easily to schedule too! I send them a text for requested dates and times and then they send me the invoice pretty quickly so I know what the charge will be. They are fully insured which was a nice reassurance. I love that when I leave I don’t have to worry about my home or my pets when I hire miles per mutt!

Ravin and Nick have been incredible with our golden retriever puppy! They have been walking her for about six months now, and we are so grateful to have found Miles Per Mutt. Our first meeting with Ravin was very impressive; she was able to show us contracts, service package options, insurance, references - the works! Not many dog walkers show that kind of professionalism. During our time with them, Ravin and Nick have been responsive, punctual, and very reliable. Ravin and her team have cared for my 10 year old lab/ hound mix twice now. Both times were for a duration of 10 days. I never once had to worry about my dog as I knew she was in great hands. Ravin sent photos and texted updates at every visit. My dog has anxiety issues but I was 100% comfortable leaving her in Ravin’s care. I knew when I got home from my trip that she was so well cared for as she was relaxed and not overly anxious when I came through the door! I highly recommend Miles Per Mutt!!
Ravin takes care of my 2 cats when I travel. I never worry about their care as I receive texts and pictures every visit. One cat is a diva and is a very difficult eater. Hello from the Trudeau's, We have a beautiful young dog and 2 kitties that Ravin has been taken care of while we are away. It's been difficult as we've have a critically ill granddaughter that required us to off leave in a few days as well as cancel due to covid hospital protocol announced at last minute. She has understood and been competent throughout. I'm very attached to my 'furrkids' and Ravin sends photos of them, (well the dog. Cats hide), which is a comfort. When she has an emergency she has her friend Nick it her sister to help out and cover. I feel like I can rely on her. She is a very good business person as well. She sends invoices and confirmations. I would recommend her to anyone.
