Brittany was a fabulous sitter. She was the very first house sitter we’ve partnered with and she made us feel comfortable and prepared. She was wonderful with our cats and left the house cleaner than she found it. It was a great experience!

We had an amazing experience with Sarah! She took wonderful care of Sadie, taking her on regular walks and keeping her happy. She is incredibly sweet, and it was comforting to know our doggie was in such good hands. She also kept us updated with photos and messages, which was much appreciated. Our home was left in immaculate condition, just as we left it. We highly recommend her and would love to have her house sit for us again!

Jodie gave wonderful care to our Boomer. She kept us informed with pictures and messages during our absence. We highly recommend Jodie for the care of your pet, besides being a lovely young lady! Thank you Jodie!

We had a lovely experience house/dog sitting for Alison and Brian for 3 weeks. Alison was so kind, sweet, and accommodating. The dogs, Molly and Lucy, were well-behaved and a joy to take care of, however, Lucy is not very good on the lead/leash and she pulled a lot. They are super cute and love cuddles. They did bark a lot but that's expected from terriers.

Alison also did a great job checking in with us and making sure we were doing well. The area they live in is very calm and quiet and there are lots of trails and walking route options.

The cleanliness of the house could be improved. Although it was tidy, it was unfortunately a bit dirty, which detracted from the overall experience. Also, we would say if you're staying longer than a few days we would recommend having a car is necessary as the house is located quite a distance from the downtown area of the city. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk from their house but it doesn't run very late in the evenings and on the weekends and if you'd like to stay in town later, you could end up walking 45 minutes back.

Despite the cleanliness issue, we would still recommend this house sitting opportunity, as I'm sure the owners would be open to improving in that area. Thank you for the opportunity to care for your home and pets! Your kindness was much appreciated and we wish you all the best. :) Jackie and Melisa

Thor and Whiskey are literally the 'Laurel & Hardy' of the pet world. They are a dynamic duo that will immediately capture your heart - which is helpful since they also capture all the space in the bed, follow you into the bathroom, surround you on the couch, insist on walking you to the maibox.....they LOVE to be with you.

They easily adapt for when you need to leave - and really, spend most of the day napping - this preservation of energy allows them to eat with gumption :D

They are very food motivated, especially Thor - and he likes to sit in front of the fridge or under your feet as you prepare food - he is smart - he knows where food is dropped. :D

Both puppers DO shed quite a bit - goes with the territory and it was definitely worse in the 95 degree heat - but there is a handy vacuum on each level of the house.

Whiskey is the 'lookout' - (Thor is too fat to get up in the window LOL) and will absolutely let you know when anyone walks by - it can be startling if you are zoned out reading etc. :D

Tim and Wheeler were just the most kind and hospitable people! I felt right at home and had plenty of information to feel confident on this sit. They provided a welcome binder and also invited me to help myself to whatever they had there - including giving me some amazing coffee beans to use!

The neighborhood was great - everyone is walking all the time, lots of families, there is an elementary school around the corner - and a fantastic walking trail nearby. The grocery is a 12 minute walk - and I actually drove my car to the East Falls Church metro station to park (its 10 min away) to then hop on the metro train to go into DC and that worked FABULOUSLY well - I was at the National Archives 35 min after leaving the house, as opposed to i taking an hour if I would have taken the bus to the Metro station.

This was a great opportunity to shower these goofy pets with love, and then see the nations capital.

Highly recommend!
