She met my dog and cat before the trip and asked about their schedule, food, what they like, treats, etc. Both animals took to her immediately - animals are a great judge of character. She took excellent care of both animals and sent pictures every day. She even reached out when my dog wasn't eating all her food to make sure this wasn't out of character. I didn't have to worry about my animals with Rena taking care of them. I highly recommend her!
