Chante was a brilliant house and pet sitter. She was easy to talk to, considerate, replied quickly to messages and kept us updated whilst we were away. I felt confident leaving Woody with Chante due to her experience with other dogs, especially big dogs! The house was lovely and tidy on our return and Woody was happy and settled. Thank you Chante.

Patricia was a great communicator while we were away and tended our cat as if her own. I would recommend her to anyone.

This was our first experience with zeewoi and it could not have been better. Jim, Alyssa and Asher were the best! They looked after Harry and our home like it was their own. I think Asher and Harry became new best friends! We came home to a clean place but more importantly a very calm dog. We also had an issue with our water heater and Jim managed to fix it without having to call someone. We would not hesitate, and in fact, hope to have them again if they are willing to come! Thanks to all three of you for your concerted effort to ensure Harry was well looked after.

This was our very first experience having a house/pet sitter. We were not at all disappointed. Roch and Diane arrived the night before we left so that we could have a good walk-around. While we were away they communicated well, sending pictures and videos to let us know how Sasha was doing. When we arrived home, all was in order. The house was tidy and Sasha was very well cared for. An added pleasure was the fact that Roch had prepared a wonderful welcome home meal for us. Roch and Diane left the day after our return, so we also had a good debrief. We would not hesitate to ask Roch and Diane to sit for us again in the future.

Terry kept in contact with us the entire trip even sending pictures of our girls. When we returned the house was clean and our dogs were very content and did not seem at all stressed out. I felt secure that Terry could take care of any issue that might come up ( luckily none did). I would not hesitate to have him come back again

Heather did an awesome job taking care of my apartment and cats! She was super responsive, asked questions when needed, and was very understanding when I forgot to share my welcome guide and we had to work through that hiccup. The cats seemed to relax pretty quickly with her too :) Happy to have her back anytime

Sharon was a very reliable sitter, she showed up on time and was available to stay longer when there was a possibility of our return being delayed by a day or two. This was a big relief, knowing that our dog Charlie and cat Asterix wouldn't be left without care. Due to flight changes, we actually returned a day earlier, which Sharon gracefully accepted. Communication with Sharon was excellent, before and during the sit. She was always prompt at replying, provided us with anecdotes and pictures of the "kids" and walked or played in the yard with Charlie. She visited family in the area while being mindful of our pets' needs and wasn't absent for too long. Sharon washed the guestroom's bedding before she left and provided us with feedback on Charlie and Asterix's adventures (one having visited the neighbours' dogs and the other having came home past his curfew a few times!). Sharon handled the situation perfectly and we would welcome her again as a sitter. Thank you, Sharon, for having taken good care of Charlie and Asterix!

Jacqueline was great with our senior kitty and left the house very tidy.

Jenna and Reid are the perfect housesitters! They took excellent care of our dogs Betsey and Molly. They easily learned and followed the dog’s eating and medication routines and gave them plenty of time to play and lots of attention. They arrived early as we had an early morning flight. Communication was very good and they were very aware of what needed to be done while we were away. We could tell our dogs were happy since we got many updates with videos and photos. They were very friendly and we instantly felt comfortable leaving our home and our pups in their hands. We came home to two happy dogs and a tidy clean house. We would highly recommend. Jenna and Reid are the real deal pro pet sitters who genuinely love dogs.

Amy and Darryl recently watched our dog, Theo for a full week while we were on an international trip, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care they provided! They ensured Theo received all his meds and prescription food on schedule, which was a huge relief for us. They were responsive, sending us regular updates and photos of Theo, which made us feel confident that he was in great hands. On the first night of their sit, our apartment AC unit broke (during a heat wave, no less), but Amy and Darryl handled the situation with generous understanding and patience. We put them up in a hotel until a replacement AC unit could be installed 2 days later; they managed to move Theo, his meds/food, and their belongings back and forth from the hotel. They took great care of our home — everything was clean and tidy upon our return. We were especially touched by their kind note and the sweet gift they left upon their departure. We would absolutely recommend Amy and Darryl to anyone looking for reliable, caring pet sitters, and we hope they can sit for Theo again in the future!

I would highly recommend Wendy for dog sitting and housesitting. Wendy was excellent with communication starting with confirmation of the pet sit. She was very good with our dog Bruno. He got lots of walks, and when he tired out, Wendy would carry him! She showered Bruno with lots of love and sent many photos our way to let us know that he was doing well. Wendy took excellent care of our home, and I honestly think it was cleaner when we got back than when we left. Thanks again Wendy!!

Annie was the best sitter for my elderly dog and home. In our first encounter (over Zoom), I could tell she was completely competent and trustworthy. This is my first experience with zeewoi and I couldn't be happier with the service and with Annie! She was the best sitter I could have ever imagined, and I never worried for one second while I was in Europe. She sent pictures daily, and my dog was extremely well cared for. When I returned home, my place was tidy and clean; she even changed the sheets! My dog was calm, and I could tell she was well cared for by her relaxed demeanor. I am going to tell my friends about Annie, and I won't hesitate for a second to ask her to sit for us again, nor should you!

Holly was a wonderful house and pet sitter! She actually came a day before we traveled, so I had the chance to get to know her better and familiarize her with the house and dogs. She's a lovely girl who loves animals, and took great care of our home and the dogs. Would highly recommend her and would absolutely use her again if she's ever back in the SF area.

Doreen and her sister Sheila took care of my two cats well I was away for 20 days. Doreen was easy to communicate with before and during the sit and we kept in touch via WhatsApp. When I returned the cats were calm and happy and my house was in order. I would be happy to have them back again.

Beth and Brian are such wonderful people and sitters. We would have them back in a heartbeat. They took great care of Ramona and our house. Everything was cleaner than we left it and they were good communicators before, during, and after the sit.

I was very unhappy with the communication from Theo. After confirming the sit, messages would take at least 24 hours to get responses or sometimes not even. This caused me a lot of anxiety and did not create a lot of trust before the visit. On the day of arrival, Theo was uncontactable, leading to a delay in meeting, causing me to be late to get my flight. During the stay, I received updates on Kitcat every 1-3 days, which was the bare minimum. Other normal updates that are expected during a stay (post as requested, the flat, anything that happens that the host should be aware of) were not given. Some situations arose during their stay, and an accident happened leading to some damage caused, which Theo didn't tell me about and I only found out after I got home and asked them about it. Theo did pay for the damage after it was requested. They left the garden doors unlocked after checking out, which was a huge security risk. When I let them know, they didn't acknowledge it. There was some mess in the kitchen still from the accident, and there was a dead mouse in the bedroom, even after I had alerted them on the first or second day to be super vigilant about this. This made me unsure about the level of care given to Kitcat and the flat.

I recently hired had Ksenia looking after my cat while I was away, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. She’s very kind and seems to know her way around cats, which put me at ease. She sent a video update almost every day, which I really appreciated and found reassuring. That said, there were a couple of areas where I think things could improve. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive updates for the last two days, and there were times when I reached out but received replies a bit slowly. It would have been great to have a bit more communication throughout, just to feel more connected to how my cat was doing. When I returned, I noticed my cat was unusually needy for cuddles, which lasted for over a week. It made me wonder if he didn’t get as much attention as he’s used to while I was gone. He’s usually quite independent, so this behavior was surprising. Overall, I think Ksenia is great with pets, and with a little more consistent communication and time spent with the cat, the experience would be even better.
