Katherine was absolutely fantastic with our two dogs, Rocco and Patch. From the moment she arrived, she had a natural connection with them. Both dogs warmed up to her immediately, and it was evident that they felt comfortable and safe in her care. Katherine kept us updated daily with messages, photos, and videos of the dogs. It was heartwarming to see how much fun they were having and how well they were being cared for. She even went above and beyond when our prepared food ran out, cooking them chicken and rice to ensure they were well-nourished. Upon our return, Katherine was thoughtful enough to stay at the house with the dogs for a few hours before we arrived. This meant that they weren't alone and were able to adjust to our return at a more comfortable pace. Katherine was incredibly reliable and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. She was always punctual, and her communication was clear and timely. The house was left in perfect order, and most importantly, our dogs were happy, relaxed, and well-cared for. We can't recommend Katherine enough. She is a true animal lover, and it's clear that she has a passion for caring for pets. We wish her all the best in her future travels and pet sitting endeavors. Giuseppe was fantastic! Our pup was comfortable with him right away, and we felt very confident that he could safely handle her reactivity around other dogs.
