Janis is a pet owner’s dream! We all want our pets to be cared for and loved, when we are away, in the same manner as we would do for them ourselves. Janis achieves that in every way! I have two cats, one of whom is very shy and picky as to whom she trusts. Janis came in, won them both over and created an environment that gave them the love and care they were used to receiving from me. She was superb in every way and anyone who is lucky enough to have her sit their pets is and will be well rewarded. Thank you, Janis and thank you zeewoi for making my trip so stress free!
This home is in a tranquil and quiet neighborhood of Napa but close enough to downtown for dinning out or just a very short drive for great wine tasting. John and Jolene were excellent hosts, and had put obvious effort into making us feel comfortable and welcomed in their beautiful home. The young dog Moonshine, is so so sweet and was my quiet obedient shadow . I will miss her. I would not hesitate to do this pet sit again if asked, it was a great week.
I literally had the best time during this sit. Lucky and Giorgio are such adorable dogs. Giorgio is like a little shadow following you everywhere and absolutely loves cuddles. Lucky is more independent but still a lovely dog and will come for a cuddle if you give her a little time. The location is amazing..! So close to the beach, shops and train station a 10min walk away. The house is beautiful and a huge garden to play with the dogs and relax in. James and Johnny are excellent hosts and made me feel very welcome and only a text away, great communication throughout and happy to answer any questions. Also they gave me great pointers on where to go in the town. I can't wait to go back..! 😍
This was a really lovely house sit. Catherine was very organised, leaving very detailed info on the cats, her home and surrounding area. Her home is beautifully situated with great sea views. Our weather was very mixed - we did sit on the balcony weather permitting. Great place to enjoy the views and relax. Catherine had cleared a space in the wardrobe for clothes etc - not everyone remembers to do that. House very well organised and very comfortable. Did not see much of Scampi but Squid was really friendly once he got to know you. He was particularly friendly at feeding time or receiving treats. Loved being brushed. A lot of things in the area to see and do - we enjoyed visiting Greenway , Agatha Christie's home and our favourite , Coleton Fishacre. Both are situated very close by. A highly recommended house sit.
I enjoyed looking after Moqui and Remington. They were well-behaved and adorable dogs. Ashley was responsive to my inquiries, and their house was spacious, comfortable, and had high-speed internet. I highly recommend this stay!
What a wonderful stay! Jo and Ruth were the most gracious, welcoming and flexible hosts, and Ruby was a delight - very mellow, didn’t need much of anything, easy to look after and gave good snuggles. Their flat is modern, clean, comfortable and has all the mod cons, a lovely terrace and an excellent gym and pool. Highly recommended!
