Unfortunately, I left instructions not to record in my home without explicit written consent. It was not requested by Jewel and I did not give consent to record in my home. This violated my request and my home is now publicly available to be viewed on her YouTube channel - My profile and my welcome pack that was emailed and printed were shared with Jewel. She received the instructions in 3 ways. I feel violated! She took really good care of my Belle… sent photos and stayed in contact with me by asking questions if she was unsure of something. If you’re ok with your home being recorded and public I will say she is an excellent house sitter. My toilet was clogged with whatever was left in there and the home I designed after spending 100k remodeling is shown as a backdrop in her YouTube channel. I just want others to be aware of this in case you’re private or do not want your home on display without your consent.

Margaret and her boyfriend stayed at my house while I was out of the country for 3 weeks. It seemed like a good fit but was booked very last minute because the sitters originally scheduled had a medical emergency and had to cancel. My welcome document in zeewoi is very detailed and I have had only phenomenal experiences with past sitters. I let them know my Golden is a food hound and will eat any food left out (we have tried training... he's very sweet but is a counter surfer). I received a text in the middle of the night that he ate an entire pizza they left on the counter and were not sure what to do, so they took him to the ER and incurred a $700 bill (which I paid). I am a veterinarian. He did not need to go to an ER. But moving on about a week or so later - very few updates in 2 weeks until I received another middle of the night text that she would need to leave to meet her boyfriend (who had already left) in FL because his Grandfather was ill. She said she arranged for my mother (whose phone number she had) to take over caring for the dogs. I asked her to let me know when she would be leaving so I could make arrangements for a petsitter because my Mom was not the best choice. Then I came to find out from my Mom that she called her AFTER leaving my pets at home on her way to the airport in an Uber!!!! She literally abandoned my pets and home, called my Mom after leaving hoping she would take over AND THEN texted me in the middle of the night in a foreign country!!!! She failed to respond to any of the messages sent by Zeewoi to explain herself. As if that wasn't bad enough, when my Mom did arrive to walk my dogs my house was a total mess! Dirty linens, the floor hadn't been vacuumed at all and dog hair was everywhere, there were dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher... I left her a SPOTLESS home and she left my house dirty, my dogs uncared for and cost me a $700 vet bill and another housekeeping visit. I sincerely hope she will never be allowed to accept another sit with this organization or any other.

Rachel was wonderful with our dog Luna and we enjoyed chatting with her before we left on our trip. She sent numerous updates, helped keep our pipes from freezing during a cold spell, and left the house looking great. We'd gladly have her come stay again!

Navil kept in excellent communication prior to arrival and during her stay. She was very capable and responsible in the house and multiple animals management. And she left a very tidy house with all the linens already laundered(!) It was so wonderful to return to a clean home, and happy animals.

Fetlange did an excellent job keeping us informed and sending pictures. She paid great attention to detail. Was flexible on scheduling and sent wonderful updates on our fur babies. she even made sure our pup got her new medicine in daily. We came back to a clean home and very happy spoiled pups (I heard they took advantage of endless belly rubs). Fetlange seems reliable, honest, and caring. We would definitely use again & highly recommend for sitting your pets.

Windy has sat for us twice and has honestly become a dear friend and member of our pack. Our pups absolutely adore her and we know they are in capable and loving hands while we are away. Our house always looks better when we come home than when we left. We also get pictures and updates daily that make us laugh and know our pups are in the best possible hands. We would recommend Windy to anyone and are grateful to have her in our lives.

Jinnie took great care of our cat Suki and they became firm friends during her stay. Jinnie was communicative and organised prior to the visit which helped. She was friendly and we had some lovely chats when we returned home.

I wish I could give 10 stars!! Jim, Leslie, Logan and little Piper the Morkie were OUTSTANDING in every regard!! I had never had a family stay before but it was perfect for me and for Halo. Logan, their 13-year old, was an instant best friend to Halo, playing with her on the floor and in the backyard and going on outdoor adventures together, all of which set my mind at ease when I was half way around the world. They sent the cutest photo and video! As for little Piper, she is the cutest, happiest, shed-less, bark-less, most well behaved little munchkin on the planet!! I’m so grateful for her making Halo feel at ease and now they are new BFFs! My big WOW was that Jim surprised me by fixing a doorknob that had previously been removed and installed two toilet seats that a teenage rebel guest had broken! THANK YOU JIM!! This is a very special family that I now call friends. I hope to have them stay again…I told them to let me know when they wanted to come back to the area because I could find somewhere to go! I was a little worried that Halo had packed her bags to go with them!

Laura and her family were wonderful sitters. She was very communicative and we could leave our Toby without even meeting her! She kept in contact the entire time we were away. The house was clean when we came home- despite the fact that she has 3-year-old twins and a 9-year-old! Toby was well cared for and happy when we arrived home.

This was a good sit in a really nice neighborhood in the outskirts of Seattle. Very quiet and out of the city hustle. But only a short ride to the attractions. It was walking distance to trails in discovery park and the Ballard locks. Hazel is a sweet puppy, always exploring with her mouth. She loves hanging in the backyard chewing rocks. Earl is a very confident, handsome cat. He was shy the first 24 hours then he ruled the roost. He booped noses with the dogs and then told them to back off when he was done. James was always within reach and they even let me have friends visit. I would totally sit here again.

We absolutely loved our stay with Winnie and Koda! 
Both dogs were very well behaved and did great throughout the entire stay. Koda is a huge cuddler, so that is a bonus! We were able to bring our dogs, and they had an awesome time playing with Winnie and Koda everyday. I would definitely recommend this sit to anyone looking to check out the area!

Evan and Irene's place was genuinely a home for me. They were absolutely a delight to meet and gave me everything I needed to take care of Leeloo and Indy, who were so much fun to watch, walk, and lounge with. Indy had some troubles during the stay but Evan and Irene went out of their way to help as much as possible and it did not degrade from the experience whatsoever. I couldn't have had a better time and I hope to return soon
