This was my first sit through TH. I have sat for pets over 50+ times on Rover. This sit made me realize that I need to get paid for sits less than two weeks. Nataly was responsive and the dogs were sweet. However the dogs peed and pooped in the house no matter how often I took them out. None of this was disclosed in the meet and greet. When I brought it up with Nataly she responded that one of the dogs was a foster so basically it didn't matter. This has never happened on sits before. When I have had older pets who peed the owners let me know and had diapers available. It was pouring rain on 4 of the 6 days I sat the dogs and I guess they didn't like the rain. There was no washing machine or dryer in the house and no microwave. This was not a fair exchange for me. The only thing it had to offer was a bed with 3 dogs in it.
Liz & Alfredo have a beautiful property and a very cute cat called Sofia who was a joy to look after. Great communication and with the seaside and all amenities in walking distance.
Well, what can I say… !? Stan and Wilfred are such beautiful doggies, it was such a pleasure to be able to look after them for the week. It’s hardly a coincidence that Jane and Richard are also lovely, thoughtful and welcoming. Montee, my own rescue dog came along to join and make friends. Very thankful to have met you all and we look forward to helping out again!
This was our first house sit and it went extremely well. We really enjoyed spending time with all three pets. They were exceptionally well-behaved and really like people. The cats use a self-cleaning litter box so we never had to clean it. They both love to snuggle and really enjoy the outdoors. Bella is an adorable, affectionate dog. We really enjoyed taking her for daily walks and watching her spring to life with excitement for the duration of the walk. We also thoroughly enjoyed exploring both Boise and Meridian. Would definitely recommend this sit and would do it again.
Marilyn and her precious, lovely Pup are well worth a sit. The wonderful water view and home situated next to amazing Fort Worden and the beach provide for a fantastic stay!
Sian's house sit was nothing short of delightful! Her home is comfortable and charming with everything you need. Perfect for someone who enjoys quiet or writing. Perry and I quickly became besties she's a very sweet Kitty. Sian is a fabulous host, we had great conversations before, during and after the assignment and she had prepared maps and folders of the incredible area with plenty of walks and hikes around and took me on a tour so I could yu ld get my bearings of where I was. I definitely recommend a car so you can explore for half days and come back as needed for Perry as there are beautiful places abound. Communication has been fun and easy and I'm looking forward to coming back in March! Highly recommend Sian and her Wales house sit! Thank you Sian. See you soon!!! xo
