I am so glad that I found Destiny! One of my dogs is very anxious and she handles her so well. She sends me pictures and updates about the dogs every day. She also is super responsive and flexible with drop off and pick up times for me which I appreciate so much. I highly recommend her to anyone in the area, and have already recommended her to my friends!

Destiny has been wonderful and our Trixie loves going to visit! She's got a great set up in the back yard and will share posts or pics of your puppers throughout his or her stay. We've used her for boarding services a few times in the past year and she's always been accommodating. Destiny is wonderful to work with and I would recommend her to anyone in the area!

I was so nervous to put my puppy in daycare, and I wasn't sure how I could trust someone else with her. But once we met Destiny, I knew she would take such good care of my baby! Destiny is so professional, reliable, trustworthy, extremely responsive and communicative, and most importantly she loves my puppy so much. Mia lights up when she sees Destiny, and it makes me so happy! I work a very demanding schedule, so I don't get to socialize my girl, and I can't really get her outside to play, so the days that Mia is at Destiny's Daycare are perfect! She has so much fun playing with all her friends, gets all her energy out, and comes home happy and exhausted! I 1,000% recommend Destiny's Dog Daycare/Boarding! Wouldn't trust anyone else. 🙂

Over Thanksgiving I had to board my 4 year old German shepherd for the very first time. Destiny did a meet and greet with us and explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable trusting her with my fur baby. During my dogs stay she sent me pictures and updates everyday, she made the whole process easy and comfortable. My dog is staying again in 2 weeks! Thanks Destiny!

I am so grateful I found Destiny. Madison LOVES going there, whether for the day or overnight. Destiny provides plenty of fun and exercise. When I pick Maddie up, she sleeps the entire way home and most of the following day! As they say, “a tired dog is a happy dog” I love my dog and we spend most of our time together. It's very comforting to know she is in good hands and having fun when we are apart. I wouldn't bring her anywhere else.

We had a terrific experience today with Destiny Dog Daycare. Last minute need to be in Connecticut from Long Island and day boarding for our Mini Golden Doodle. Destiny was professional, sent us a video of Piper, friendly and knowledgeable with pets. Our dog Piper had a great day with Destiny. We highly recommend her and her Dog Daycare!!!👍👍👍👍👍

I had to fly last minute and I was so happy to quickly get my dog set up for boarding With Destiny's Dog Daycare/Boarding. He (my dog)absolutely loved it, and I loved being able to see pictures of him while I traveled. And Destiny was so kind and helpful.

Destiny is amazing with my fur baby Onyx. He loves going to her when I’m away. The last time he came home he started eating his dog food without regular food additions. Prior to his visit he was a picky eater. #bestdoggydaycare

What a magical place! I have two difficult rescue dogs - Bob Wiley and Other Bob - and it has been tough to find a safe, clean, worry-free place for them to stay when I need to overnight for work. The Bobs have stayed three times now and I couldn't be more thrilled with Townhouse. Bob Wiley was even groomed there, which is miraculous given his surly disposition sometimes. The staff has been very patient and worked really hard to make my dogs comfortable and happy. Sarah is a rock star who loves dogs and has gone above and beyond to make sure the Bobs are ok. Thank you, Townhouse! The stress of boarding my dogs is gone.

I have boarded my dog, had him trained and continue to have him groomed @ Townhouse. My experiences with each have been great but I must rave about the trainer as she really took her time with my dog who was a big puller. He was 65lbs, at the time & walks were not very pleasant. I now enjoy our 4/5 mile walks, so a huge thank you to Yolanda!!!

Im writing this review in behalf of my family! My family and I just recently went on vacation and decided to board our dog with Townhouse. We were a little nervous about it but the staff there was so friendly. One of the employees, Abby, took the time to walk us through the process and assured us that our dog would be perfectly cared for. I cannot express how reassuring it was to see our dog playing on the instagram stories and even updates via text. I will definitely be boarding them here again.

I wish I could write something more positive, but unfortunately I am not able to. My dog recently stayed here for the first time for just 1 night, and came home with an illness related to unsanitary conditions that she had no signs of before going. The timing of it was so clearly linked to her stay at Town House for Dogs & Cats and ended up resulting in a very rough time for our dog + a decent amount in Vet bills. Avoid at all costs. We've had our dog stay at Dogtopia kennels in the area previously and never had this issue.

We love to take our girl here for grooming service. We have a Siberian husky with longer and thicker hair than the short hair huskies since she’s half wooly. It has been so difficult for us to find a groomer that can get her cleaned and brushed thoroughly. At other place we tried, she came home still with lots of loose hair and we had to brush her again ourselves. Townhouse really does a good job and we have been using them for grooming service since 2019.

I have utilized the services of Townhouse for Dogs for over 20 years and three different Labrador Retrievers. We are very fortunate to have a dog care facility like Townhouse in the middle of Westport. The staff has always been very supportive and caring with our family dogs. The kennel and grounds continued to add improvements every year. After the unfortunate fire over a year ago; substantial facility upgrades were needed and done. The staff is always most accommodating and since ownership has changed noticeable marketing and activities have changed in a most positive manner. Again I feel very fortunate to have Townhouse for Dogs as a second home for our family dog 👍🏼💗❗️

Our dog Alice couldn’t love her time at Townhouse more. They take amazing care of her for both short and long stays. We had to leave her there for two weeks and they even sent us email updates. The staff is amazing and you can tell they really love animals and care about their clients.

My family had my dog stay there for one night and he came back needing to go to the bathroom so bad and he was so depressed. It was obvious that the animals there were not be well taken care of and I hope no other animals ever have to go through the pain that my dog went through being here.

Very unprofessional people. This facility cares about their clients but not their employees. As a family member of a previously employed staff member this private company thrives off of emotion. No professionalism at all. Very rude managers and poorly ran. This facility might display a family-oriented facade but treat their team members like the pets they keep in their kennels.

My dog Maybee is always happy to be at Townhouse. Once she gets out of the car and realizes where we are she practically runs to the door for a playtime day or for boarding. She is always welcomed with kindness and is happy when I pick her up! I know she has a good time and is well cared for. We've been customers for over 30 years and 5 of our dogs have benefitted! A year has passed since I wrote the review and I still feel the same way about TH for Dogs and Cats. The staff is the best. Maybe is always happy to visit her home away from home!

Our dogs have been loving their walks at the Active Dog property, our walkers are friendly, energetic and enthusiastic, the property looks perfect for walks and hikes and our dogs are tired but happy when they come back. We are very fortunate to have found this service!

We have 3 pups, big (very), medium and small. Each with very different personalities. Active Dog is full of staff members who get to know each one of your dogs individually and meets them where they are. In our house, we say the word “hike” and our pups jump up and down from excitement knowing who’s coming to the door. Our little one has always been a very anxious dog. Now she’s transformed into a social butterfly. We love Active Dog and recommend their services to everyone!

Our 6 month old portuguese water dog, Josie, has started hiking with Active Dog and she absolutely loves it! We've been so impressed with the entire experience between the ease of scheduling, pick up & drop off and the daily videos we get to see of our pup on the hike! We've noticed that on days that Josie goes on hikes she's also such a better behaved dog. This has been the best thing for her. Highly recommend!

We have been sending our dog on hikes with Active Dog for more years than I can remember and have adored everything about the amazing community of hikers, boarders, managers and owners. Cannot recommend them highly enough. 20/10!!!

Active Dog has been a life saver for our dog, Emmett! With so much energy and almost too strong of a puller to walk on a leash, we needed an alternative exercise program for him. Active Dog stepped in picking him up 3 days a week and we now have a much happier, calmer dog with amazing hikers that provide pictures and a video after each hike. We highly recommend Active Dog - we absolutely love it!

I live near where they hike and so many dogs have gotten lost. 3 within the past 2 weeks. Tired of them driving by asking if I've seen the dog/ having dogs show up at my house. Poor dogs- is off leash worth the risk? We have wild coyotes and bears around here. Pls do better!

Highly recommend Active Dog! We started using the service about 3 months ago for our now 1 year old rescue and it has been great both for us and for our puppy. He is very high energy and even 4 walks a day wasn’t enough. I also work full time from home and it was getting hard for me to manage him at the same time but I wanted to avoid boarding. This is such a great alternative to that -he’s gone most of the morning and loves his hikes-he comes home happy and tired. The staff are kind, highly reliable, and very flexible and responsive.

I cannot say enough good things about Active Dog. My fiance and I have a 2.5 year old, 45lb beagle/foxhound mix (Hugo). He is very very active and needs a lot of stimulation. We recently moved from Miami back to the north east and were desperate to find a way for him to get outside in a way that worked with our work schedules, and that we were comfortable with. We have worked very hard training Hugo from an early age so we are very specific about where we will send him and who we will leave him with. We don't do doggy day cares and don't want to send him where he will learn or be around bad behaviors exhibited by other dogs. It took us a few months but once we found Active Dog we were immensely grateful -- Hugo has been going for the last few months now. They will pick up your dog (door to door service), and bring them to a large fenced in farm where the dogs "hike" and can run off leash. Rain, snow or shine they rarely cancel unless there is a storm that wouldn't be good conditions for the dogs to be in. Hugo has arrived home dirty only a handful of times but it's absolutely a price we are willing to pay! If we took him on a walk ourselves we would need to wipe his paws either way :) Active Dog is also fantastic about sending photos and videos every day (our favorite part of their service)! Now, Hugo, has learned how to be off leash and they have continued to work on his recall. We were never able to hike with him before and now we are! The only thing we haven't tried is their boarding service, but I would feel comfortable sending Hugo if I needed to. The staff is incredibly kind and always responsive via their app. As a dog parent who treats their pet as their only child I'm happy Hugo has a second home he can go to and where I know he will be safe. If you're considering sending your dog here don't give it another thought - do it! Attached is a photo of Hugo on his most recent hike with his pals - having the time of his life!

I have used this service for a couple of years and highly recommend it. They come to your home and pick up your dog and take him on a hike with other dogs and drop him back off at your home. Good customer service and dog hikers are really nice and friendly with dog. Great pricing and service. Cant beat that.

Justine is amazing with our dogs. They are both show dogs (Keeshonden) so it’s important for us to know they are being carefully looked after. Justine treats our furry babies like they are hers. Our boys always enjoy their time with Justine. She’s the best!!!

Trustworthy, reliable, flexible, and love dogs of all shapes, sizes, ages and temperaments! My dogs love the Comforts of Home sitters, they are always so excited to see them. I am constantly changing my schedule; adding and subtracting days during the week...they are superb at keeping track of your needs and your dogs' needs. They are also great communicators...if anything is wrong (dog seems sick, dog limps during a walk, etc.) they always let me know. It's so great for us dog owners who can't be at home all the time to know that we have someone we can count on to keep our dogs happy and healthy in our absence.

Justine has been helping us with dog walking & boarding services for about 2.5 years. She has been 100% reliable with mid-day dog walks; Justine was even coming twice a day during the puppy stage. She has a beautiful home with a large fenced in yard where she boards the dogs. My dog (Abby) has stayed more nights than I can count and she always comes home happy! Abby gets plenty of exercise and time with other dogs while she’s there; I never have to worry about her. Besides that, Justine is flexible with scheduling and has always been able to meet our needs or even last minute requests. She is a true animal lover at heart and cares for the dogs like her own. Justine has even coached us through some challenging behaviors our dog exhibited. I am so grateful to have a knowledgeable, loving, and dependable resource like Justine!

Do not send your dog to Bone and Bark Inn. They do not check for pet immunization records after repeatedly asking owner where and how we to send/upload our dog’s medical records. You are unable to see what is going on inside and it makes sense because our dog smelled and was completely filthy. AWFUL

I have been Volunteering my time here when I can. Maria and Raz are great people and do so much for the dogs. I would leave my dogs here if I needed to.

My dog had never been boarded and struggled with it and Raz took care of her like she was his own. She is a high anxiety dog and he handled her needs with so much patience

Nothing short of a doggy 5 star experience!!! Raz and Maria are incredibly accommodating and when the dog sitters open the gate to greet the dogs, they know each one by name. A few days ago we woke up in bed in the morning as usual: me, my husband and our border collie/shepard mix, Casey. When we said, “Do you want to go play with the puppies at Bone and Bark?” she flew off the bed, raced to the door and ran around in circles until she could get into the car. Each time we pick her up, she’s happy and thoroughly exhausted, no better combination for an active, snuggly pup! We wouldn’t consider leaving Casey anywhere else! Lisa and Alan (Fairfield, CT)

Maria and Ras were simply excellent and went way out of their way to take care of Bane as we dealt with our rather traumatic move overseas. I recommend them and their staff hands down with no reservations whatsoever.

We have boarded our Lucy at B&B several times. She loves it there and Maria and Raz and their staff are great. She's been moping around ever since we picked her up two days ago because she misses her doggie friends. Lucy loves staying at B&B and we are so happy to leave her at a place where she is safe and well taken care of. Would highly recommend B&B Inn.

We can't say enough great things about this amazing doggy inn! Our puppy bolts out of the car as soon as we pull in and we need to carry him into our house after a fun filled day of playing. We have also done boarding there and he loves that as well! Maria and Raz are the best and we highly recommend!!!

Love having Bone and Bark Inn as a comfortable and safe place for my pup to stay during the day. Raz, Maria, and the whole team have taken the time to build a connection with my pup. She’s gone from being apprehensive at drop off to crying of excitement when we pull in and she sees other pups out in the yard. The personal experience and outdoor play yards set Bone and Bark Inn apart from the chain doggy daycares in the area, highly recommend!

Our newly adopted good boy needed socialization and we are so happy to have found Bone and Bark! Raz and Maria obviously care about the well being of each dog and structure the experience to benefit each of their needs. He isn’t stuck in a cage like you get at other places. Our whole family will benefit from the regular daycare and occasional boarding.

I was told they did not crate dogs unless they were crated at home, and our dog was created and injured herself because she is not used to being in a crate. Also I had left instructions for them to put drops in our other dog’s ears, and they did not follow those instructions. They might be fine for day care, but if you are BOARDING GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Lee has been taking care of our 3.5 year old Yellow Lab since he was 2 months old. She always keeps us updated on how he's doing on his daily walks and she has even matched him up with a few other dogs for play dates to keep him active while we are at work. Lee is very reliable, rain or shine she is there for our dog and on several occasions she has been able to stop by on short notice when we were held up at work. We highly recommend her.

I have been using Lee’s dog walking services for our mini golden doodle since we moved to Southport two years ago. She is incredibly reliable, professional, and most importantly, amazing with our dog. Lee has gone above and beyond for our dog, even picking him up in the middle of a bad storm when we weren’t home to make sure he wasn’t alone. She is a wonderful person and I have no hesitation recommending her to everyone I know.

Lee is the best!! Very professional. Licensed and insured, which is a huge advantage over most in the area. She’s great with keeping in touch: texting photos, and letting me know how my pups are doing in her care. She’s always greeted enthusiastically by my dogs. They love her! I know all 3 are in very good hands when Lee is with them. It has allowed me to go on vacations with a peace of mind I haven’t had in a very long time. The animals are her number one priority. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Lee is wonderful. She is responsible, thorough, reliable and my puppies love her. I've used her for two overnight visits, in addition to multiple daytime potty and play visits. I feel completely comfortable knowing our dogs - and our home - are in good hands. She recently went above and beyond in trying to resolve an issue with our garage door opening on it's own, as she wanted to make sure the house was secure while we were away. I really appreciated her contact and follow up throughout. Lee takes in mail and packages, as well as recyling/trash bins. She's also a great puppy photographer and has sent me a few awesome pics from her visits. I highly recommend Lee and isitistay!

We were very fortunate to come across Lee’s dog services. She has been such a life saver to us being new residents of the Fairfield area our little pug Leila has needed a daily routine. She is also very creative and thoughtful with the beautiful cards she has made for Christmas and Valentines with our darling Leila’s photo. An excellent photographer for dogs! Lee has made our move to Fairfield a much more comforting knowing that we can rely on her to walk of our precious fur Baby ~ Leila.

I was lucky to find Lee just before my trip away over the weekend. I needed someone to look after my cat and fish while I was away. Lee was very professional, friendly, and showed above care in making sure my cat and fish were looked after. She even came in when my flight had been delayed to make sure my pets were ok. I have used iSit. iStay for over a year for my 1 year old samoyed. Lee is extremely professional, conscientious and amazing person! She sends texts with images of my dog when we are on vacation or a daily walk. She also leaves me detailed notes upon my return about how the visits went each day. She is always super flexible about last minute changes/adjustments, even going the extra mile with bring in my mail and my recycling bins, she leaves lights on and alerts me of packages I receive. iSit. iStay is a great and reliable company! We don’t know what we would do without Lee!! I highly recommend her pet sitting and dog walking service.

I contacted Lisa right when we got our puppy, Moxie. She sent me a detailed questionnaire and all vaccines needed to attend. The questionnaire made me confident and proved they wanted to learn about the dogs in advance. Once our puppy was old enough to join, I reached out to Lisa because I was concerned that Moxie was scared when meeting new dogs, especially puppies, and due to her being too young + covid, she had not met as many. I was probably more worried than necessary, but Lisa NEVER made me feel that way. She spent lots of time talking with me about a plan to make sure Moxie and I were comfortable. She had us come in the evening after most dogs had left, and she knew that the dogs that would be there were good dogs for Moxie to meet. It went very well and Lisa assured me that Moxie's behavior was normal for a puppy and nothing to cause concern. Lisa suggested a specific day for Moxie to start coming based on personality matches with the other dogs. Now Moxie goes at least once a week and sometimes three. Moxie gets very excited and I can barely stop her from jumping out of the car to get in. She has boundless energy and Dawg On It helps with that, but above all, we know Moxie is safe and happy, while we can get some work done at home! We love this place! A great community of well-behaved dogs, and a great family that supervises them. We go twice a week and use their boarding service when we travel!

Hands down the best doggy daycare!!! After our beautiful boy Jack came into our lives we started searching for care when I started back to work. We searched and tried out many but were unhappy with the lack of outdoor space, overcrowding and membership prices! When we found Dawg on It, it was like a dream come true! My wife and I took a tour one evening with Al and their daughter who helps out when she is isn't away at school. They were so knowledgeable and friendly! Originally we had wanted to send Jack everyday but then Al told us why that wasnt a good idea for our puppys body and how too much exercise could do more harm than good because he is young. We had tourned other facilities and they NEVER mentioned that. Seemed like other places just want your $$. We felt so comfortable like we were talking to family. We send Jack to "school" 2 days a week and he loves it! He gets so excited in the morning to see his friends and races toward the dooR! and he always comes home super tired! Al and or Lisa send us updates along with pictures and videos. We love to see what our boy does during the day! If you are looking for somewhere safe, dependable and loving to send your fur baby, please look no further. ThIs is Jacks home away from home!

Al, Lisa & co do a wonderful job at Dawg On It and from the first time you meet them, it becomes very evident they are passionate about what they do. Our Ms Tinsley loves being there with her friends and knows she will always be treated well. We are so happy we found this place.

We are so grateful to have found Dawg On It for our terrier mix puppy! The team is so loving and kind to all the animals (and their owners, too). They are quick to respond to texts and are so flexible. The entire facility is clean and set up for the dogs to run and play safely, rain or shine. Our puppy's best days are the days she goes to Dawg On It!

I must share and sing praises for Cat Cottage!! Recently boarded our kitty while away on vacation, and could not be happier with the care and attention she received. Jess is terrific!! She is thoughtful and caring, and kept us very well apprised on how our little darling was doing. In the area, there are few options for boarding cats, especially at an exclusively cat facility. I am so pleased and thankful I found Cat Cottage!

Cat Cottage is my girl kitty's new home away from home. She was safe and sound and well taken care of by Jess, who kept me updated daily with pictures, videos, and calls while I was away for a week on vacation. I cannot thank Jess enough for keeping my fur baby calm and peaceful while I was away. The catio, I believe, is the best part of the Cat Cottage, and the prices are affordable for the stay. It is a beautiful cat-boarding facility in the Wilton area. My fur baby and I will definitely be coming back for our needs. Once again thank you so much Jess!!!

I have been taking my Yorkie and Havanese and always having issues with them SHAVING my Havanese to the skin. I am so upset as it is in her file not to shave her, I reminded them when I dropped her off and she was there 8 hours! To come back with no grooming just shaved like a farm animal. They even cut the hair off her ears and tail down to skin.

As usual, the folks at Passage East treated my baby, Gracie, with love and attention. From drop off to pickup, I LOVE Passage East. I’ve been using them for more than five years and each time I bring Gracie back, her tail is wagging as she greets the staff.

Everyone at Passage East really cares about their clients (the dogs AND the dog parents!). They are attentive, communicative, and have a true love of dogs. We had a great experience and will be back soon!

My dog loves Passage East so much that his tail wags whenever we pull into their driveway. I bring him for both daycare and boarding and he always has a great time. Great location, great staff and a lot of happy dogs! P.S. I also get his nails trimmed and occasional bath, they do a good job with both!

When I forgot to check if my dog's tests were up to date, Passage East staff patiently held a tentative spot for him, and, once the tests were in (at the absolute last minute--don't make this mistake!!), welcomed him for a fun 24 hour stay. A huge dog party! He loved it!

I've been taking my dog here for 3 years for boarding and daycare. We moved an hour and 15 minutes away and I still make the drive to bring him to passage east for holidays and vacations. It's his home away from home. He absolutely loves it here. Passage East is always well staffed and reliable. I've heard horror stories from friends about other daycares, so I likely will never trust anyone else with my pup. I know he's in good hands and super happy here.

My dog and I had tried several kennels before we realized Passage East was the perfect place for him! Dogs are treated as a member of the family here, not just a pet. Every time I picked my pup up he was always so happy and even almost reluctant to leave the friendly staff behind! They offer day care, grooming, boarding, and even training! From staff professionalism to facility cleanliness, this canine retreat is unbeatable!

Erica is fantastic and a life saver! We were fortunate to recently adopt a 2 1/2 year old bulldog, Maisie. She had been in a shelter for over six months, so she is still a bit skittish around new people. Maisie has adjusted well in our home, but we had two long planned trips that we hadn't thought about, that's when Erica saved the day! She was able to come to our home and care for Maisie while we were away. Maisie loves her walks with Erica! Knowing Erica was taking good care of her reduced our anxiety about being away for Maisie.

My dogs have unique care requirements. Erica didn't miss a beat and took wonderful care of our two dogs. We will continue to use them for every vacation. Editing to update post. Erica continues to provide wonderful care for our two Jack Russells.

Erica did a fantastic job caring for our cats. The best part was being able to see photos and news of them on her Facebook page. Especially appreciated her being available on holidays and on short notice. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Erica is amazing and I’m so glad I found her! She takes such good care of our boy Baxter. We have had Bax there for day care and more recently for overnights and for the first time I am not worried about him while we are away! She posts pics and sends updates which we love and he gets so excited when we pull down the street. That is the ultimate test and compliment in my eyes. He truly loves being there. We would definitely recommend Erica and we are already repeat customers. There is no one else I trust to watch our boy more than her!!

This was the first time we ever left the care of our 3 cats to a “stranger”. Erica came over, met all of us, took notes, and was friendly, yet professional. Two of our cats require medication, one of which is medicated every 12 hours and is clever at hiding. This was no problem for Erica! Erica was great at keeping in touch with me over the week sending photos & updates. She also responded quickly to my texts with questions & changes. Upon return our home felt normal, as if we never left. Although there was some grumbling amongst the felines inquiring as to what I did with Erica! Cats! 😺

I'm so happy that we used Scratch 'N Sniff while we went away on vacation. Our dog has a lot of anxiety and taking him with us wasn't an option for this trip. Erica was super accommodating. She was able to make visits to our house so Rocky would be comfortable in his normal environment. She was able to give him his medication, which typically is difficult with him. We were given frequent updates and pictures to make sure we were at ease and knew he was doing well. She even brought in our mail and watered our flowers for us. We will definitely be using this pet service for any trips we take in the future.

Erica does a phenomenal job with your family's pets! We know that when our pup needs somewhere to go that Erica is reliable, professional, and provides high quality service. We never worry about our dog when she is in Erica's care...she is treated like a member of the family. We love that our dog loves going there to see her friends. Recently got married and needed someone to watch our dog Blue for a few days, Erica is always the first to pop in mind! Her professionalism and great care for our pup is unmatched! She constantly posts pictures during his stay on her facebook page and keeps us updated with texts. Highly recommend and will use again and again

Erica was the absolute best !!! She came to my rescue at the last minute and provided such good care to my kitty. I was able to go away on vacation and feel 100% secure that everything was taken care of. Erica came to our home to help us with training our 9 month old German Shepherd puppy. She is very knowledgeable and immediately got our puppy to respond to her commands.
