We had an extraordinary housesitting experience at Sue and Andre’s oceanfront home. Their pets, Oliver and Milo, were the sweetest companions. Sue and Andre warmly welcomed us with a big family dinner and generously offered us rides whenever needed. Their kindness and hospitality knew no bounds as they patiently answered all our questions. Additionally, their children were always willing to lend a helping hand. We thoroughly enjoyed both the company of the family and the unforgettable experience.
Jamie and Tina welcomed us over prior to our stay so we could meet Lupita and Juanita and learn more about the house and neighborhood. They were so kind and welcoming and made us a delicious home cooked meal. They introduced us to neighbors and took us around on one of their normal walk routes so we would be more comfortable with the area. Lupita and Juanita are truly such great dogs. They were sad to see their parents go but within a day or two had completely warmed up to us and wanted to be everywhere we were. They are easy going dogs and go with the flow. They love their morning and evening walks. We took them out to dinner with us a couple times and they stayed right by our sides the whole time. Lupita gets silly sometimes and barks at you to play with her, she loved little games of wrestling. Juanita was curling up in my lap every night by the beginning of our second week. Juanita gets a small pill but either crushed up in her food or with some peanut up and she eats it right up no problem. Both are so sweet and loving and just overall well trained dogs. The neighborhood is a great area to walk around, everyone is friendly and says hello. You’re also within walking distance to restaurants, live music, shops and so much more. Everything you could need is within a 10-15 minute drive if not walkable. The house is so cozy and comfortable. They have a nice fenced in yard, a little patio that’s perfect for breakfast or any meal. A nice big hammock in the back to relax on and read. Plenty of room in the dining area to spread out a yoga mat or two. Comfy couch to watch tv on. Every house has their little quirks but Jamie and Tina made sure to go over all the ins and outs so we really knew everything there was to know before they left and we really felt comfortable staying. We would highly recommend staying with Lupita and Juanita. We feel we’ve made two great new friends in Jamie and Tina and hopefully we’ll be back to visit the four of them soon.
One of my nicest sits ever.! Chris and Barri were just brilliant with their explanations of how their little piece of Paradise all works. I arrived early to enjoy great company and lovely meals. Murphy the beautiful Red Lab is very loving and gentle..plus well trained for walkies. And he just lives the beach and playing ball, you will tire before he does.. (1 1/2 hours for me...) Mr Darcy is just soft and loving, enjoys a cuddle..or a sit on top of you..... a rare treat with cats. I just loved my stay in Beautiful Buderim..a very lovely part of Australia. Thank you Chris and Barri.. a very special sit 😀
We instantly fell in love with Gracie. She's such a cute pup with amazing energy. She will spend hours and hours chasing the ball along one of the gorgeous beaches on Waiheke. Then she will cuddle up for a snooze. All the other dogs on the beach want to hang with Gracie, but she's so focused on playing ball. Vicki was a warm, welcoming and generous host. We would love to return one day.
Rita and Anton, thank you for allowing me to come and visit with Hester and Homer, your house is just as beautiful as i remember it, I never tire of looking at the view from the floor to ceiling windows. I lucked out and saw a few deer wander by. Everything was very comfortable and relaxing hope to see you again soon.

Our pups had a nice experience at Camp Bow Wow! Although, boarding dogs is never cheap, they are much more accommodating Camp Bow Wow than other establishments and give their over night staying dogs free access to their doggie daycare, unlike other places, in the area, who charge the full fee for doggie daycare, if you don't want your dog locked up in their kennel the whole time. Also, noticed they had older workers here who paid more attention to the dogs then at another place, where saw the workers on video, while checking on our dogs, looking disinterested and paying more attention to their phone screens than the dogs and the dogs were visibly bored. Not so at Camp Bow Wow! The folks there do a better job at engaging the dogs and keeping them happy! 😊
My Luna bear has been going to camp Bow Wow for 4 yrs now and it's her second home. The staff at camp Bow Wow has always made Luna and myself feel comfortable. She loves going to daycare and boarding. They are the own facility I trust with caring, loving and taking care of my Luna bear. They always go above and beyond and make it appoint to check in with me. Now having a new furry addition Oreo, who is a senior dog the staff takes extra care of him and gives him alot of love.
Eatontown Camp Bow Wow always takes great care of our Girl CC! We know she is in caring hands and we love getting daily pictures, updates & of course the report card when we pick her up!

AJ has provided excellent service for myself and my dogs for over over 12 years now! I have a very hectic work schedule and AJ is always there for my pup when I can’t be. He’s flexible and able to help out even if it is last minute. There isn’t anything AJ won’t do to ensure your dogs get the best care and for that reason I would highly recommend his services.

Our whole family loves Dogtopia. She has been going for 3 years and she just turned 3, they have been amazing for us. Pepper loves school, she’s very attached to my husband and I but as soon as we get into the building, pepper runs to the workers.
My dogs love this place and I love how tired they are after. 😂 They get lots of socialization with both dogs and the incredibly friendly staff. I often take advantage of the add-ons available like brain games, treats, and one on one time for the pups. I've boarded them a few times, too. It's awesome to be able to check on them through the webcams for when you're being a worry wort on vacation. ☺️

I cannot say enough great things about Dogtopia! This is the first official daycare I’ve ever trusted with my little Frenchie. Bri and the entire staff are extremely accommodating, friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. I love that you can watch your dog on the cameras throughout the day, but know they are in good hands regardless. I also love the fact that they do boarding and grooming all in the same place and are very flexible to work around my schedule. My Frenchie loves it here and always has the best day ever🐾

Quincy has been going to Dogtopia for several months now and I cannot say more wonderful, positive things. The staff is extremely welcoming and Quincy absolutely loves them all. She is a very energetic pup and the staff works so so well with her – “Thank You Everyone” – as soon as we turn into the parking lot, Quincy immediately perks her head up and can’t wait to get inside to be with everyone, including her furry friends. I love how they do so many different activities with the dogs and incorporates events into each week. The facility is so so clean and their hours are very accommodating for everyone’s scheduling needs. We are all so happy to have Quincy at Dogtopia of Shrewsbury – highly recommended!

I have a pup who is nervous in new places and around new people. She was not a fit for two other doggy daycares in the area. Purr n Pooch staff worked wonders with her. She was a “hallway dog” until she was comfortable enough for the play yard and the staff were so patient with her. She has been going for about a year and has graduated from the puppy yard to playing with the big dogs. She is so happy and confident when she goes to Purr n Pooch! She is so excited when she sees her favorite humans here and I am so comfortable leaving her here because the staff seem just as excited to see her. She did a 4night stay recently and she was very well cared for and I could not be happier with the love they give her when I am away!
A little disappointed with my experience. I’ve taken my pup here a few times. My first experience with the evaluation was great, loved that they gave a little report card to take home on how she did. When I took my dog here for her first full day of day care, I was surprised when I didn’t receive any pictures as most places do that. When I asked for pictures, they said that they only send them on their evaluation day which did not happen for me. They agreed to send me pictures this time but said they only do it when your dog is boarded or else it is an additional charge. I found that strange but I agreed to their terms. This past weekend, I boarded my dog and by the next day, I still didn’t receive any pictures. So I called and the woman said I would receive them soon. I also asked if she could send me a pictures of the room my dog was staying in. The woman said they don’t typically do that because the dogs could appear sad in the pictures. Which is fine, I understand, the dog is away from home. I then asked if I could get a picture even without my dog in the room? She asked if I ever took a tour, I did not, she said I can take one when I picked up my dog. An hour or so later, I did receive pictures, which I attached and they were not very good. I did not receive a picture of where she was sleeping. It also appears that my dog is by herself? I will say that there was 1 picture that included another small dog, which looked terrified, I will not attach because I don’t know the owner. I texted the number back as it came in as an iMessage and said, “Thank you! Is she separated from the other dogs?” No reply. When it came time to pick her up, we asked why it’s so hard to send pictures? The woman said they don’t really send them unless people ask. She then said she would remove the charge for us which was shocking because I was told they would only charge if pictures were requested during daycare?! We asked why no one replied to the message and they said, “if I had any questions I could have called.” It was also concerning why there was no validation as to why my dog was separated from the other dogs as she gets along with other dogs at dog parks, even big dogs like German Shepherds. Is it possible she was scared that day? Yes. But not even a ball or toy in sight for her to play with?! Yes, this a complaint about pictures. In this generation, everyone knows how to take a picture, especially considering it came from an iPhone, and if that’s too hard, maybe send a video? I don’t like that my dog looked like she was in an abandoned alley way with no explanation and when asked about pictures, they made it seem like that was a crazy request.
Such a warm and friendly place! I have been taking my 2 dogs, Izzy (10 year old golden doodle) and Ellie (2 year old Berniedoodle) for years now. They are groomed regularly and board or play for the day as well. What sums it up best is when I pull up into the parking lot and they start jumping around the car excitedly. I can barely hold on to them as they race toward the front door. That’s the most positive review that I could ever imagine! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and quite patient as the lobby can get busy and they need to accommodate both owners and pets! They answer any and all questions, and even remind me when one of my girls is due for a vaccine. Overall, I could not be happier with my many experiences at Purr and Pooch. Their facilities are spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff is efficient, knowledgeable and kind. It’s quite obvious how much they love animals! It’s obvious that they really get to know the animals in their care. I feel completely confident leaving my dogs for grooming and boarding. And that’s what’s most important to us. A place that treats animals well, and offers amenities that make them feel comfortable when we can’t be with them.
My dogs ( 1 year old lab- max and 5 year old golden- sonny) have been to purr n pooch in tinton falls for day care before and one night for boarding to get used to being there overnight in preparation for our 7 day vacation. We decided to board them together in the same room- best decision we ever made. They came back calm and zonked out from the week but most importantly, happy. Being together must have really helped them during the 7 days. They also came home bathed and smelling great. Thank you purr n pooch for taking care of our boys like we would ourselves. We will definitely be using you again for our next vacation !
My dog loves this place. He's placed with the ruff (ha-ha) and tumble group of other hard playing dogs, so he's able to get it out of his system. They have a pool for the warmer months. The front desk seems hassled and maybe a little surly, but the place can be very busy and full of dogs and owners behaving badly. I cut them some slack. They must have a high turnover rate. Ps: they will not board FIV+ cats. Found that out the hard way.

WOW what a place. I dropped my dog off and on pickup I asked about any notes about my senior dogs stay. Staff kindly read that at drop off there was noted to be a drop of blood (immediately my heart dropped) on her but it was later confirmed that it was not blood but instead red candy stuck to her. This is by far the best place if you are worried about your senior dog when you are away....I question now if it is possibly safer and better than my home which has 2 kids who are clearly sticking things to the dog. Kudos to all the staff from start to finish at the pooch.
This place is great and very accommodating. We had a reservation for our dogs during Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, due to illness in the family, we had to cancel our travel plans. When I informed them that we would be canceling our dogs stay, they refunded our “nonrefundable” deposit because of the circumstances. We have always been very happy with their services, but their act of kindness was above and beyond.
Our sweet pup, Cosette, needed day care for 7 days while we had our house painted. It was 2 years since Cosette needed doggie day care! The first day she was tentative at drop off. Everyday she seemed happier than the previous day. Yesterday she was groomed to cute perfection and today she was pulling to get inside. I may need to schedule once a week to keep her this happy!!! Very disappointed with the level of service we received (or didn’t receive). My family has been bringing our dogs for over 15 years and now I started to bring my dog for boarding. This place use to be the best of the best and has become terrible really fast. Sadly is not facilities is the customer service, which doesn’t cost anything to fix. This last overnight boarding stay when we picked our dog up we questioned why we did not get any add-ons we requested at check-in. We were told nothing was added on and got nothing else other than a bland apology, there was nothing further said for the staff making a big mistake. While our dog is happy to go, the customer service has been less than up to par with a “luxury resort” especially from what it used to be. We use to recommend this place to family and friends but between this and other safety concerns with previous stays this will be the last time we bring our dog here. They’ve had too many mistakes and too many chances.

My dog knows wagging tails as the fun place she goes to meet her friends. I am worry free leaving my Madam B at a loving home where she is safe and happy!! She is truely wagging her tail after a day at April's and I get to enjoy the video of her play day.
I was searching for a place to board my dog recently and came across Wagging Tails. What a find! April is absolutely perfect and a true dog lover. The arrangements were exactly what I was looking for – no kennels or dog runs, a whole lot of social interaction between the dogs, an acre to run – he loved it! The dogs are treated like family and get personal attention from April. I would highly recommend Wagging Tails to anyone who needs a good, caring, loving place for their pet(s).

I am so pleased with Scott and his team at River Run Pet Sitters. I was staying in Long Branch for a long weekend and needed a dog walker for multiple visits. From the moment I contacted him he handled my dog walking needs professionally and with great understanding Then he teamed me and my 18 week old puppy up with Donna. She is a dream!! She treated us with such warmth and care . She really went above and beyond with my little guy. This was an A+ experience. I highly recommend River Run and Donna . It felt so good to know that my puppy was being taken care of so beautifully .
I can't say enough good things about River Run! We adopted a rescue 3 years ago and brought in River Run to provide daily walks. The dog walkers have been just awesome with our Luna. So much so she's grown quite attached to her favorite dog walker, Katie. When Katie is out, the owner, Scott, will walk Luna. It's a pretty special company when the owner fills in!! They take great care of Luna, always making sure she's happy and comfortable on her walks. I trust them with my Luna. Dogs are a great judge of character...she knows good people when she sniffs them! I highly recommend Scot and his team!
Scott and his team are very nice and caring. Scott stayed with my dogs overnight. Before he stayed at our house he came to our home and met our dogs. After Scott left I immediately felt more comfortable leaving my dogs home. He stayed in touch with us throughout the stay and Was amazing with my needy dogs. Deer Path Kennels is a great place to bring your dog whether you are going to work for the day or out of town on vacation. The kennels are spotless, the dogs are friendly, and the owner is caring and extremely knowledgeable. Whether you have a calm older dog that you want to get out of the house for the day or a high energy pup that NEEDS to get out of the house for the day, Steve is great at making sure they go home happy and want to come back. I can't tell you how happy I am to have found someone who is as caring as he is intelligent. I've learned so much from him. If you're in the market for a great place to leave your dog, you are in luck! Before finding Deer Path, I had tried every other kennel in this area and deer path is far superior to any of them. My dog and I are so lucky to have such a wonderful place nearby.
After researching a few kennels in the area - we decided to go with Deer Path Kennels. Before coming to visit, Steve was more than willing to talk on the phone to get a sense of what Millie, our Vizsla, was like. We were able to arrange a visit so Steve and Beth could meet Millie before starting doggie day care a couple of days each week. More recently, we've started boarding her for overnight stays. The kennels and outside play area are extremely well maintained. I personally appreciate that Steve takes a few minutes with us at drop off/pick up to share tips for us to work on with Millie or just generally how she did. You can tell that both Steve and Beth truly care about the dogs and the dogs love being their (plenty of wagging tails all around). Millie has enjoyed everyday she has spent there for the past 6 months and can't think of a better place for her to enjoy some play time/socialization with other dogs. The family friendly feel can't be beat- we love Deer Path Kennels.
We have never had to kennel our dogs in the past. This was a horrible first experience. Steve was not a friendly person for having a business of 25 years. When asking questions about not having cameras or what does he do in case the dogs get aggressive. He was agitated by my questions and side stepped the actual question. I asked how many times do you let the dogs out of the kennel during the day and he replied a few times. He didn’t express I let them out about 4-5 times a day for about 30 mins or so. We left with the sense that the dogs are in the kennel for a good few hours at a time. Maybe if he offered more of an in site of his facility it would have been a better experience. This is a small family owned kennel and such a FANTASTIC place. The kennels are spotless, you could eat off the floors. May Lab puppy just LOVES going each weekday for daycare and I know that he is well cared for and I can have ease of mind. The owners are wonderful and really care that each dog left in their care get the best care, exercise and rest.
Steve and Beth are incredible! Lucy loves to go for the day or overnights. I never worry about her playing with other dogs of the appropriate size and disposition. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
DEER PATH KENNELS provides a clean, safe and fun retreat for your pet. We have been bringing our two Frenchies there for a number of years and We would never bring them any where else. They love it there. They are always so excited to see Steve.
This morning we went to drop off my dog. First thing, Steve was an extremely cold and nasty person for being around happy dogs all day. He quickly took my dogs food and threw it next to the garage. He didn't even look at my dog and had a shady manor, walking over telling my family he's upset with them and that we broke contract. First of all, we never signed any paper work. We were already upset to drop off our dog for 9 days, let alone having a terrible feeling to give our dog over to this man. I was going to pick him up a day early and he snapped, saying he needed two weeks notice and that we would still be charged. His manorisms made me worried for my dog to be in hands of someone who couldn't care less about my baby. The scary thing is when we told him we will take our business elsewhere, he didn't even hesitate. So happy we left that terrible place that no beloved dog should ever have to go.
I would not leave my precious Winston anywhere else. Steve and his wife treat your family member like their own. Kennels are spotless, and the dogs have land to run about and play.
We and our Frenchie absolutely love Heather! Louie is always well cared for and spoiled with so much love and fun adventures. She is consistently on time, and keeps us updated by sending us pictures as well as posting on her social media. It’s comforting knowing when we’re away that Louie is hanging with Heather. She is the best!
I adopted Stella about a month ago from a kill shelter in Brooklyn. While Stella has been a great rescue, I am working with her on her issues with other dogs. I needed a service that will be able to stay with Stella while I'm traveling since I cannot put her in a "pet hotel". Heather and Company have been the best. The love, affection and care they have showed Stella has definitely taken away the stress/anxiety when I am traveling knowing she is in good hands. I absolutely appreciate that they take Stella on adventures when looking after her.
Rovernight NJ was a game changer for us - and Heather is the BEST! Our pup is too old / anxious to be boarded so Heather stayed in our home and essentially gave our pup his own vacation! She spoiled him with love and attention and kept us very updated with adorable photos, videos (and she has a wonderful insta account where updates go) and details of his day. We felt so happy while away knowing our pup was taken such good care of. She also handled our trash on trash day and brought in packages. 10 / 10 would recommend!
Heather is simply the best! Going away for any reason has been so stressful trying to find the right fit for our Molly. Heather took the worrying away with her positive and caring attitude. She treats our dog as her own and updates us with fun videos and pics so we know she is happy and in the best hands possible. She is communicative and professional. I can't say enough wonderful things about Heather and Rovernight!
Teddy and Lola had the best care during my destination wedding week! We received photos and messages checking in and letting us know they’re doing well. They had so much fun! Usually they don’t walk but now they’re loving daytime walks since they explored with Heather! Our biggest stressor was finding someone to watch them while we were away and we are so thankful!
I can’t say enough positive things about Rovernight NJ! I needed last minute dog sitting and Heather was responsive, empathetic and beyond motivated to help us! She made the process so easy and I had no stress leaving town. She’s a gem and the way she runs her company is amazing!!!
We're so lucky to have found Rovernight. We have a rescue pup who is super anxious and fear aggressive. We travel for work and it's not possible for us to drop her at a kennel or even use a walking service. We needed a special person to give her time to adjust and recognize her limitations. We have used Rovernight for week-long overnight house stays, daily walks, and feedings. One of our dogs is older and tends to struggle with separation anxiety, while the other is a fast-growing Newfoundland puppy. They require high-level care and attention, which can be very hard to find someone that can accommodate our needs. We had a few nightmare experiences in the past with dog walkers stealing from us and making an absolute mess of our home to the point where we had to cut our trips short or rush home from work due to these terrible circumstances. However, when we met Heather, owner, and operator of Rovernight NJ, we were amazed at how professional, friendly, warm, and loving she is! Heather took the time to come over for a first-time visit to meet and greet our pups and asked detailed questions about their needs, preferences, likes and dislikes, food servings, allergies, etc. Every time we use Rovernight, our home is kept safe, very clean, and secure during her stay, and she cuddles and cares for our pups as if we were home with them. She provided great long walks and playtime in the local parks, even bringing them to a pool and on trail hikes! Her level of care and visits exceed our expectations. Our pups are in the absolute best care every second of the day and are incredibly happy to be with her. Heather provided daily text updates and the most adorable pictures without us having to check in or worry. We love to travel overseas but paused many trips due to not having trustworthy care but ever since we met Heather and started using Rovernight NJ; we can travel freely without a care in the world! We know our pups are in the absolute best hands and feel so thankful to of found Rovenight NJ!
Rover Night was the best dog sitting service I have ever used. My sweet pup, Muffy stayed with Heather, her husband and their dog for ten days and Muffy was treated like a queen while she was there. Heather offers a truly premium service when it comes to pet care and I am so glad I used her. I felt so at ease and good while my precious baby was with her - we received constant updates and photos and Muffy was on vacation too! She enjoyed their backyard, walks and hanging out watching TV and snuggling. We will use Heather and her company again and again. She is simply the best!

If you are looking for a place for your pups to feel like home and for someone to love and care for them close to what you do, then you’ve found it with Dawn! My pups boarded for a week with her(the longest they’ve ever been away from us) and they came home happy and healthy and clearly loved! Dawn and her associate David are knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful, and truly dog whisperers. Upon meeting both of them my pups were instantly calm and snuggled up to them as if they were family. Dawn provided me with updates and pictures while we were away, and I could always see that they were happy, which made me feel at ease. I feel blessed to have found Dawn and David, and even though we are moving close to an hour away, I will be traveling to bring my pups to her if we go away again. I am writing to recommend Dawn for any cat or other pet sitting position. Dawn took care of our cat Nemo for 3 weeks while we were in Italy and we returned to find Nemo happy and healthy. Dawn provided daily updates with photos and made sure that Nemo was visited 2 times a day and spent extra time on each visit. I have been using Dawn for my 3 big crazy hyper dogs for nearly a year now intermittently for trips etc. last year she really helped me out very last minute when I had a death in the family and needed to travel across country without warning and on a holiday week! I was so thankful and appreciative to have such a flexible/understanding/caring Pet sitter to make it work at all costs even if it was a lot to add on her plate! I love the photo and text updates and my pups come home happy and exercised so I don’t ever have to worry when I am away. The absolute best. Five stars in service, reliability, and building a relationship with my dog. Mike genuinely cares about my dog’s well-being and also my well-being of being a paranoid dog mama! So I guess five stars in patience too! Mike always communicates and takes pictures while he is with my dog so I always know what’s going on.
We only trust Mike with our 2 year old Frenchie!! He takes such good care of our boy while we’re away! We love his updates with daily pictures and videos of our dog having fun at Mike’s Motel!
They took amazing care of my dog! They messaged me daily on how she was doing. My pup got three walks a day and I'm told she was very well behaved. My dog was in very good hands. If I need boarding again in the future I'll definitely use Mike again. I highly recommend!
I have been trusting Mike with my pup for a good 5 or so years now. I will not leave her with anyone else (not even my family!) He is responsive, sends updates, photos. An all around great guy. Now that my dog is older and not as healthy, he is the only one I would Consider taking her for the day/night and administering her medication or tending to any needs she may have in the future. You can tell he loves her as much as she loves him. Highly recommended.

Mike, was very nice and genuine. I found him on the Rover app and asked about his prices to watch my two dogs while I was away. He accommodated me and my dogs. Was in constant contact with me throughout the weekend. I definitely recommend him to anyone.
