As a new dog owner with a full time job and a puppy full of energy, I needed a good place to take Parker some weekdays so that he could play while I was at work. D Dogs Lodge had been recommended to me by a few of my friends of mine and it does not disappoint! Their screening process and playtime group organization reassured me as an owner that my dog was going to be happy and healthy when staying at D Dogs Lodge. The staff is very friendly and the owner Katia goes above and beyond to get to know each and every dog individually, she knows every dogs names, play style, and personality making for a great daycare host. I would say my favorite thing about keeping Parker at D Dogs Lodge are the live cameras and daily Facebook pictures of playtime.

D Dog's Lodge is the best kennel we have ever used. It is small, has a generous staff to dog ratio, and the staff absolutely love the dogs. The dogs get loads of playtime and come home tired and happy. Those are the qualities that should appeal to anyone, but there are other, unique things about D Dog's that speak to a very picky person like me: It is spotless and never smells like dog. The owner is very strict about the dogs having all their shots and being healthy. The staff have never messed up dispensing the medications our dogs need. The dogs are on camera in their suites and in the play areas, and we can look in on them by app at any time. Bottom line, there is no better kennel than D Dog's!

I was recommended to D Dog Lodge and boarded my two dogs this past week. Found them to be professional, organized and caring. Loved the owners kindness and patience toward my babies…and found her staff to be the same. So glad I found them.

This place is incredible. Melissa, Katya and all the staff have gone above and beyond for my dog and his various needs. I am so comfortable with them, they treat him like a king. Grooming is also great. Highly recommend

We LOVE D Dogs! We have 2 small dogs that have been going to D Dogs for 2 years and when we turn onto their street they get so excited! They love everyone who works there! Every employee is kind, sweet and loves animals! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My husband and i moved to winter park and a week later our jobs sent us to Texas for training. We had no idea what we wanted to do with the dogs. They have never been on a plane before so we didn’t want to go that route and unfortunately we have no family here. Our best option was to have them boarded. Katia and her wonderful staff took great care of them. Since this was their first time being boarded I called a few times everyday to check on them. Every time I called the front desk girl greeted me with such kindness, she could tell I was worried about them. I thank her for her wonderful updates. I will definitely be using them again.

Gretchen has grown up at DDogs since she was just a nippy puppy without a backyard fence. Although she is now an extra big girl & the fence is installed, Wednesday is her day to ride in the truck to go to her favorite place to be with friends. She gives it 4-paws + 1-tail up = 5-stars.

I have been a regular here for daycare and boarding. I truly cannot say enough good things about D Dogs lodge, all of the staff, and of course Katya. She has been so kind, considerate, and truly caring with my pup as if she were her own. She has been flexible with me working with me with my work hours and post op periods for my dog. She has gone above and beyond and has shown the highest moral character. I would recommend D dogs lodge to anyone. The staff are amazing too. You can tell they all love dogs and I know my dog loves it there because within a few weeks of going to daycare she was wagging her tail and so excited to go in.

I know I can always count on Roll Over! Our Rottie Fiona is always happy to stay! They keep us updated everyday with pictures and how she is feeling which makes us feel better about having to leave her behind! If she lives this place, we love this place 😊 …

We've been with Nanny La since the beginning and she is still my go-to for my dogs daycare and boarding. My Sadie loves her and all the friends she has at doggie day care. Thru the highs and lows of being a woman owned small business, Nanny La has always been there for us and Sadie. Sadie and I are proud to support a local, fantastic, non chain, pet care facility. ❤️

Where do I start??!! Roll Over is exceptional! Our 2 year old has been here almost daily since he turned 3 months old. He has been treated like her own and we never worry while he’s in her care. His breed is known for separation anxiety and therefore he is never (ever) left alone at home. The environment that has been created here is secure and fun for our boy. Our dog eagerly looks forward to each visit, and we truly value the individualized care he receives. In fact, when our boy hurt his tail, she went way over and above for months to help us treat and wrap his wound daily which helped us tremendously. I highly recommend Roll Over for both daycare and boarding. I can’t imagine a more suitable place for our beloved pup!

I LOVE taking my dog Winter here! The staff are very kind people & they take care of your animals. Winter always comes home happy & tired from all the playing! Its very affordable. I got these photos from Winters "Report Card", how stinking cute?!

So I decided to take some time after the incident before writing this review. After moving to Florida, I found Roll Over due to the closeness to my new place. I took my dog here several times with no incident. One time, when picking him up, I was told that my dog suddenly had a UTI and blood was found in his urine. I had dropped off a perfectly healthy dog and I have a habit of monitoring his bowel movements and not once was there blood in his urine. Not even after. That should've been what I needed to never take him there again, but you know what they say about hindsight. In July, I took my baby there again as I was going out of town for my birthday celebration. Again, I dropped off a perfectly healthy dog. And not even a full 24hrs later, I'm getting a call that my dog needs to be rushed to the Emergency vet because they think he may be going into kidney failure. I'm sure anyone who loves their pets can understand how terrifying and confusing a call like that can be. It quickly became one of my worse birthdays. On my way to the Emergency vet I'm getting updates, but while the vet was telling me one thing Lanina (the owner of Roll Over) was giving me her own diagnostic. She kept trying to push the kidney failure narrative. She seems to like giving medical diagnostics despite not being a vet. In the end, it was ruled to be heat exhaustion/heat stroke. The owner then tried to say that the hospital staff were trying to make her look bad. I asked for all video footage with my dog from the time I dropped him off to when they had to take him take him to the vet... I have yet to receive it. Instead, she showed me partial videos where my dog was outside for minimal amount of time claiming that there was no way he caught heat stroke in that short amount of time. I would've liked to receive the full comprehensive videos so I could make that judgement for myself. I was never given the opportunity. 2 weeks after the incident I get a text. You'd think it would be to check on the well being of my dog, but it was not. Instead, she wanted to know about the collar and leash that was used to take my dog to the ER vet. Needless to say, I have learned my lesson. My dog will not be returning to Roll Over. I cannot and will not risk my dog like that again.

Found this cute place thinking I'd be able to support a local business. I made a reservation to drop my dog off for a temperament test for 4.5 hours on November 13th, 2023 at 10 AM before they could babysit him for my trip. Took my baby there and waited for 30 minutes. The sign still said "closed" at 10:30 AM even though business hours are from 9 AM to 7:30 PM. I rang the bell, called their number multiple times but no answers. I left a voicemail for them to call me back because I didn't want to wait around all morning. Not only that they didn't call me back but they also cancelled my dog's reservation without informing me. Updated: The owner personally reached out to me informing me of their recent hospitalization and handled the situation accordingly. I'd like to give Roll Over another chance.

Sent my 8 month old pup for day care and could not be happier with the service! She was picked up at home promptly and dropped off to our front door at the end of the day. Copper is extremely high energy and does not do well being alone, making it very time consuming to make sure she gets enough exercise. But 40 minutes after coming home, she was spent! And I love that she gets to interact with other dogs!

We absolutely love Roll Over. The nannies are all so dedicated and clearly love their jobs and all the fur children. Their caring clearly shows in every interaction! This is so different from my previous experiences with doggie daycare and boarding. Benji gets to play his heart out all day long. He is so excited to come here and he comes home happy and tired. The report cards are wonderful- I honestly get more info on how Benji is doing than what I would get sometimes from my kids’ daycare. We have also used the transportation services and they are reliable and prompt. Wow, could not ask for better care for Benji (and a better experience for us). Thank you to the whole Roll Over team. You are so appreciated.

My dog, Levi, loves to go to Roll Over because the staff treats him like he is their own. They know how to handle his loud personality and his playfulness. Even though there are closer dog-boarding facilities where I live, I rather drive the extra time so that my dog can feel comfortable.

I've been taking my dog here since I adopted her 6 years ago and she loves it! She is always so excited to be here, so I know they're taking great care of her!

We have been customers of Must Love Dogs since they opened their Maitland location 10 years ago. We were impressed, from day 1, seeing their facilities with large outdoor play areas, seeing the individual large kennels for each dog to sleep in, and talking with the staff and the owner about their care practices, especially managing various dog behaviors. Even though we only need to use their doggy daycare and boarding services a few times a year, they always enthusiastically greet our pup by name when she walks in the door, even when we are walk-ins without an appointment. This always surprises me in a good way, as I feel it'd be easy to forget her name with all the clients they have and our infrequent need we have to use them. They truly make us feel like family. Our dog loves going there, is excited to walk in, and is happily tired at the end of the day. We have tried other doggy daycare facilities, and none compare in terms of facilities and care. I cannot recommend them enough, including Dave (the owner,) and his team. Thank you Must Love Dogs!

The greatest people! My fur babies jump for joy on the days that they go to daycare T must love dogs! Jen and the rest of the staff know my pups by name and take such good care of them. I highly recommend for day care or boarding. Your fur kids are always in good hands.

I struggled with whether I should write this review. My dog has been going to Must Love Dogs for probably 7 or 8 years. He commonly comes home with nicks and scratches, but I chalked it up to rough housing or just playing outside a lot. We chose Must Love Dogs because of the way they presented their supervisory and safety protocols. We were told if a dog ever bites, even if it’s been coming there for 10 years, that dog will not be allowed back. The lack of a live view camera like other daycare/boarding facilities offer, was a red flag but one I ignored. I ultimately decided to share my experience so that others can be on notice. Our dog was recently bitten during a boarding stay. Of course, that is always a risk you take when putting dogs together. However, it’s my concern with how it was handled that is what leads me to write this. They never notified us when the incident happened. They never gave us a chance to be aware of the attack, evaluate the situation and decide how to handle it. Being uninformed, we never had the option to see our dog, send a vet to check him, or to go pick him up. When we arrived the next day for our scheduled pick up, we were informed of the attack, but never got a clear explanation of how it happened. Initially, we were told it was “food aggression”. When I responded that dogs are never supposed to be together when fed, I was told they weren’t. So, then I asked if they could see each other through the kennel and was shown a picture of a block wall between the kennels. I asked again how it could be food aggression and, after playing 20 questions, was never given a clear explanation of what actually occurred. They informed me that a note was put in the computer to not put the two dogs in kennels next to each other in the future, which goes against my understanding that once a dog bites they are not allowed back in the facility. Why would anyone risk putting them together again in the same playroom? My dog had/has (still healing) 4 puncture wounds around his shoulder. He was alternating from hopping on three legs to limping for several days. Fortunately, the vet felt no treatment was needed other than some heat to help as the soreness heals. Again, there is always a risk when putting animals together, but it’s how this whole situation was handled that causes us to not return to Must Love Dogs.

I had an issue that at the end of the day, falls under the category of "dogs will be dogs". Nonetheless, I appreciate that Dave and the team went above and beyond to make it right. At the end of the day, that is all I can ask of any business owner. I gladly recommend MLD to my network.

Must Love Dogs lives up to their name! They cared for our two big dogs as if they were their own, giving them so much love and attention. To top it off, they went above and beyond by serving a Thanksgiving dinner with all the fixings—our pups were treated like royalty! Highly recommend their exceptional care and personal touch.

My dogs favorite place to be if he's not with me! Highly trustworthy and responsive to concerns. Great energy and the dogs are always happy! The grooming is great (my dog doesn't need a haircut ever but I'm sure it's great!)

This facility, and all it encompasses (including the staff) has played such an important role in the health and safety of my kids. I bring them in almost everyday, and every morning they run I’m excited to see their friends and play. When I pick them up they are happy, and worn out. One of my dogs has unfortunately had two medical emergencies, and I couldn’t ask for a better response. Without asking, I was offered help to better support my puppy and her needs. The results have been amazing, it has really been a team effort. I truly feel they are loved and well cared for. This place gives me such a piece of mind, and I don’t feel guilty for having to leave them so frequently. Hands down the best group of dog people around.

Had to find a boarding option with very little notice and discovered Pet Play Town. We were able to drop our pup off the same day and they took excellent care of our sassy chihuahua. Thank you Pet Play Town!

My three pups love Pet Play Town! Beth and the staff are really knowledgeable dog people. I trust them with my pack. I really like that I can ask questions about all things dog, even nutrition, grooming, etc, and they can give me answers or point me in the right direction. The enrichment activities are so fun! Bowling, water play, hamburger day, and so many more. I use them for grooming, daycare and boarding.

My dog suki is never without me. I was afraid to leave her anywhere since I never do and she's old her sight is going as well as her hearing. The owner of the establishment was worried to leave her in the kennel and took her home for safe keeping. It was much appreciated. The front desk clerk was friendly proffesional and accommodating as well. The prices are also very reasonable and my suki smelled so good when I picked her up. I highly recommend pet play town

It is a brand new business for your four legged friends. It offers doggie daycare and boarding for cats and dogs. The best amenity is the back yard. The outside is huge with a ton of running space. It has a tiny "doggy pool" of your furry friend likes the water. Very clean and the sleeping arrangements are very accommodating. Great local place in Maitland!

We had our first day at Pet Play Town and my Golden Retriever loved it! She was so happy when I picked her up and she slept so hard when we got home; just what we wanted! We use to have a yard, but we don’t anymore after moving to this area. PPT has a HUGE backyard with little doggie pools and toys for them to play with. There is also a large indoor area for when it is hot or rainy out. Everything I saw on my tour of the building was very clean, and all of the dogs were energetic and happy. We were going to another daycare in the area, but Pet Play Town is better quality at a better price. We will most certainly be taking our dog here from now on!

The staff at Paws Abound never ceases to amaze me with their professionalism and care that they take with my pets. I get them groomed here and I am always happy with the results. The owner Marci is great to work with, and the groomer Kasey does such good work and communicates everything with me that I need to know. I highly recommend Paws Abound for grooming or daycare services if you are looking for them in Orlando.

I've been taking my golden doodle to Paws Abound for grooming for a few months now -- Kasey does a seriously amazing job and makes my pup feel very comfortable. Paws Abound is so efficient and their staff makes myself and my pet feel super welcome. 10/10 would recommend! And again, shout out to Kasey for always working with my schedule and making my girl look her best!

The team at Paws Abound is amazing. The difference I have seen since I started bringing my puppy there has been incredible. His confidence has soared and his behavior has improved immensely. I really believe it is the low dog to handler ratio and personal attention they give to each dog that sets them apart. Paws Abound and the people who work there have become part of our family! Watching how excited my labrador retriever gets when I drop him off or when he sees the people who work there, tells me everything I need to know. We take advantage of several of Paws Abound services including daycare, boarding, and dog walking. I travel quite a bit so it's refreshing knowing that I'm leaving my son with trusted professionals who treat him as their own pet/family member! I love that when he's boarding, he actually gets to stay at someone's home rather than in a kennel. Everyone has been super easy to work with at Paws Abound and you can tell they love the animals they work with. I highly recommend any of their services!

Paws Abound is awesome! My dog has been going for several months now and she loves it. She is so excited when we pull in to the parking lot each day. The staff is wonderful and very caring. My dog is older and has been sick a couple of times and the Paws Abound team was so concerned and texted just to check on her each time. You don't get that kind of thoughtfulness much nowadays. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.

Moved back into this area a couple of months ago and found PawsAbound while looking around for a pet sitter. I have a difficult 10 year old terrier whose a good boy at heart and a 5 month old sheltie. My terrier needed a last minute pet sitter due to me leaving for military duty at a sudden notice. Marci came through and took such good care of him in the two days I was gone. I was impressed with her reliability and dedication. I’ve also utilized PetsAbound for grooming and they’ve done an awesome job. I just register my 5 month old for training starting Sep 9 and were really excited! Anna was great, and very patient with Tucker, even though he kept investigating things in the lobby. The lobby is spacious and clean and the evaluation was quick. I look forward to bringing Tucker back tomorrow for a full day daycare! Full day daycare was great by all reports. Tucker seemed very calm for the most part when we got home but he did want to play for a little bit after dinner so he wasn't quite as worn out as I thought he may be. Nicole's written report about his friends made and his behavior was very encouraging and helpful and she obviously knows all the dogs and showed us pictures of Tucker with his new friends - boys and girls.

I was looking for a doggy day care this morning for my Binky. The one we usually go to was closed today. I called a few and was told if it was my dogs first time they wouldn't take her. I had called Hounds Town first and it went to voicemail. I didn't leave a message. After all the rejections I had reserved myself to the fact that my dog would have to stay home all day alone. The phone rang and Hounds Town called me back. Not only did they accept my dog. They told me that today was FREE!!! WOW! PRAISE GOD! When I arrived Libby was so kind. She told me they needed to do an aggression test to see how well she would interact with other dogs. The guy working with said he would get Onyx. I said Onyx? Is his owners name Walker? It turned out that it was indeed the same dog. Onyx and Binky play together in our complex dog park and know each other. Onyx came out and was all over Binky! I was convinced I was in the right place. Do I recommend this place? Absolutely 💯! The staff are all great. My dog had a great time. They post pics on FB so you can see how your dog is doing. Hands down, far and away, one of the best boarding places I have ever used. The staff is top notch, skilled, and professional. They truly have gotten to know and love our two boxers and make me feel like they are in the hands of people who really care when we have to be away for work (which for last few months and the next few weeks is a lot). You can trust this place to treat your pet like you would and our dogs have such a great time they get excited every time they realize that is where they are going. 6 out of 5 stars!

Loved how clean this place was. Felt immediately like I could trust them and appreciated the updates for his first day drop off. He did have a great time according to photos and looking forward to going back.

So glad I found this place! A great group of people, they really care about my dog and his well being. My rescue is very timid with people- and when he gets dropped off here he runs right in and isn’t afraid of the employees- which says a lot. Going here regularly has helped him come out of his shell. My Bailey has the BEST time every Friday at Hounds Town!! They take such good care of her and you can tell how much the staff loves these dogs!

After looking do months to find a new doggie day, i finally found Hounds Town. The place is beautiful and smells clean not like poop and pee. Was so excited to see how tired they were once we picked them. This was one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Ranger’s is the best!! They truly care about your pet and they take such good care of our little girl. She has been to other Pet day care places but she loves coming to Rangers!!

I absolutely love this place!! Charlie is always happy when he leaves and we are always so well received. In the 3 years I've been using their services we have never has any incidents with boarding or his grooming. I will add that their service is excellent they recognize us when we come in. We have also taken their training classes and Jen has always been so helpful with tips and informative sessions. I'm so happy i found this place. Went in for a visit to check out the location to see if it was a good fit for my dog while I travelled. While the location in itself looks great, unfortunately it sucks that they won’t take new clients except ONCE A YEAR and that’s in January. Not very smart business to turn new clients away especially when searching for month long service!!

I absolutely love this place but more importantly my fur baby loves it! They knew him by name on day one! They are so caring and loving to all the dogs. Odin has been going here for doggy daycare for over a year and we haven’t had one single issue with the staff or other dogs there. They have strict protocols and give the dogs breaks when needed. I highly recommend this place!

Our boys love this place! They are always so excited to visit whether it is to board, play in the daycare or go to the groomer for a nice bath. However, my fiancée and I love this place as much as they do. I had called a few months ago to schedule the boys for "baby watch" boarding. We were expecting and were supposed to go sometime mid to end of September. However our baby ended up coming 9 weeks early. This was completely unexpected not to mention I also had to be admitted for a month as well for health reasons. We called Rangers and explained the situation and they made accommodations right away. I also had to change our pickup date twice because I still wasn't able to be discharged from the hospital as originally planned. I can't thank Rangers enough for always making my boys feel right at home, and for what they did for my family. You seriously will not find a better place to take your fur-children. Thank you Rangers!

I have been using Rangers for both boarding and dog daycare for years. I love them! My dogs love them! The Staff and Owners will treat your pet like it is their own.

I have been using Rangers services for 4 years now and I can say it is one of the best if not the best doggy daycare in Orlando. The owners and staff are very well organized and the environment is very clean. I own high drive dogs that need space to run, be engaged, and safe; Rangers checks all those boxes and more.

I reached out to this place for day care, after my dog started showing signs of separation anxiety. Living in a condo, having a barking dog can be frowned upon by neighbors. I have been going now for a week with my dogs. Not only do I love it, but the greyhounds come home exhausted... I’m so grateful for the opportunity to go here and go off to work and not stress. I’m looking forward to trying the array of other services they offer. The staff is super friendly, the place is clean, and they are very organized. Thanks rangers! You guys rock!

My sweet English Lab Max loved his time here. He's a 100lbs of sweetness and rambunctiousness so I was worried if he would feel sad or not fit in with the other dogs. He had swim lessons and enrichment club which he did very well. The staff is so friendly and genuinely love each animal. He was there for 10 days during our Europe trip. We also had the cat sitting service come for our cat and that went very well also. It is a difficult thing to choose a pet boarding facility but I highly recommend Rocky's. You can rest assured your pet will be well loved and entertained. Thank you Rocky's for taking care of my 2 beloved babies.

The staff at Rocky’s Retreat took very good care of our Ellie. We had to board her for a couple of days while we had some work done at our house. She was able to socialize with dogs her size and the staff sent us pictures and videos of her stay each day. They also sent a report card of what she did during her stay and just loved and cuddled her. Ellie and us were very happy with her care. 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

I am very happy that I found Rocky’s Retreat in Orlando, FL to do the Hydroterapy treatment in my dog Fouad, the staff is very friendly and the instructor EVA is amazing, she perform her job with care, patient and she is very knowledgeable. Rocky’s Retreat is great! I’ve been taking my dogs here for years, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. With 3 high energy cattle dogs, one of them being special needs, it can be hard to find sitters that I trust to meet their needs. I know my dogs love their time here though! I also appreciate the daily report cards and photos.

Great place! They offer a tour of the facility(something not offered at our previous daycare) and they were thorough when explaining the pricing, packages, and how the day is structured for your doggo. Joy (their dog trainer) is amazing. She listens carefully to what you'd like your dog to be working on and I'm already seeing improvement after 2 visits You'll get notes and a report card on how your fur baby is doing and cute pics of them w/ their new friends too!

I wanted to update my review and put some more recent pictures : Our relationship with Rocky’s continues and we love the staff even more. sQooby has continue to board with Rocky’s sometimes as long as a month and when we pick him up he looks healthy and extremely happy. He recently had a birthday and the staff went all out I could not have been happier with the results. Eva was amazing and made wonderful pup cakes and treats for all his party attendees. We just can’t say enough of Rocky’s, the staff is amazing and caring, they offer so many options and amenities and will go out there way to make sure your pup is comfortable. So happy to have found Rocky’s Retreat for my 3 year old American Pitt. We needed somewhere for him to stay for 3 nights and it’s always stressful trying to find a place where I know he would be comfortable and not discriminated against due to his breed. He was treated so well and also had a swim class that by the pictures I could tell he enjoyed very much. I love the daily updates it made me feel so comfortable and at ease. My husband and I were able to walk him up to his beautiful and spacious suite. I’m thankful to have found Rocky’s Retreat and thankful for the hardworking staff there. He’s found his new home away from home ♥️

Love them!! Amazing and highly recommended! We’ve been bringing our dog Molly to this water therapy center for years, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Eva, Molly’s therapist, is fantastic! Every session, she’s friendly attentive and great with Molly, making each visit enjoyable and beneficial. Molly’s overall health, especially her joints, has improved tremendously since we started the therapy. April, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure that the therapy is customized to Molly’s specific needs. The personalized care and attention are what sets this place apart. We truly love and appreciate everything they do for Molly. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for professional and caring dog therapy services!

At Rocky’s Retreat, treated with the upmost respect and care!!! They care deeply about the pets first and foremost. Lots of playtime, interaction and love. Rocky’s Retreat is the best! Our rescue dog, Winnie, is very shy, fearful of other dogs, and anxious due to her previous owners. The staff at Rocky’s make sure she is still given lots of love and kept separated from dogs as requested! They give us peace of mind with the daily report cards and you can tell they all truly care and love the animals that stay with them. April and Billy are amazing and have gone out of their way to make sure that Winnie is comfortable during her stay!
