Ted was wonderful. He was very easy to deal with and kept us up to date all through the time we were away. The trip threw us a couple of curves and Ted was gracious and accommodating with some unexpected adjustments. Shilo was looked after very well. We think he misses Ted! On top of this, we came back to our house with it looking immaculate. We highly recommend Ted and hope he will be able to look after Shilo again some time in the future. Our minds were at ease and we were able to have a wonderful time away without worrying about Shilo, just missing him.

Rachel was great. We organised relatively last minute but Rachel was helpful and communicative. The house was clean and tidy when we got back and the cats seemed relaxed and happy! Would definitely recommend Rachel!

This was our very first experience having a house/pet sitter. We were not at all disappointed. Roch and Diane arrived the night before we left so that we could have a good walk-around. While we were away they communicated well, sending pictures and videos to let us know how Sasha was doing. When we arrived home, all was in order. The house was tidy and Sasha was very well cared for. An added pleasure was the fact that Roch had prepared a wonderful welcome home meal for us. Roch and Diane left the day after our return, so we also had a good debrief. We would not hesitate to ask Roch and Diane to sit for us again in the future.

Dwain and Bobbi were just fantastic! They took the best care of our two babies so wonderfully. Woody already misses them both as he sat by the gate after they left yesterday, like he was waiting for them to come back. They sent constant updates on both our boys throughout our time away. We came back to a super clean home with fresh linen on the bed, and a home cooked delicious dinner. What a treat after the long trip. What an absolutely fantastic couple! Would love to have them stay again in the future! Thank you once again for everything.

Everything was perfect! The family was so kind and gentle. The house was probably cleaner than how we left it. They were not afraid to ask something when they wanted to know something. We think our dog was very happy that they were looking after her. They can always come back again.

Ginger was happy and healthy when I returned, and the house was cleaner than when I left. Elizabeth texted me regularly to stay in touch and with the occasional appropriate question. She was pleasant and easy to deal with, and by all objective measures is conscientious and reliable. She is everything I want in a pet and house sitter, and I would feel fortunate to be able to use her services in the future. I regret that just by the nature of this arrangement I wasn't able to spend more time with her, she is also a very interesting, pleasant and friendly person.

From the moment we met Maria it was great to see Benji take a liking to her. You can immediately sense and see her love of animals and how caring and nurturing she is with them. She is very personable and calm, and she put us at ease knowing we wouldn’t have to worry about anything at home while we were away. She took great care of Benji with feedings, administering his medication and giving him plenty of outdoor time and attention. She communicated with us regularly and we came home to a spotless house. We would love to have Maria come back and look after Benji and our home the next time we travel. Thank you Maria!

Setting up the sit was easy with Nora. She was responsive and efficient and I feel like we wrapped up the details very quickly. She also accommodated my very early arrival time and an extremely late return time. But more importantly, she did an amazing job caring for my pets. I could tell my dog, Nellie, got all the love and attention she craves. The house was perfectly clean and my pets were so happy. I hope Nora applies for a sit at my house again. She is a treasure.
