My experience with Huan and Mario was fantastic! They were incredibly cooperative, and communication was great. They are nice people. Taking care of Oni and Yoaki was a delight; they are friendly and affectionate pets. I really enjoyed my time with them. They are more than capable of keeping themselves entertained and will come to you for little love breaks during the day. The house has everything you need, and the location is excellent. The pool is fantastic, and the beach is just a 10-minute walk away. Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity. Hope to see you soon ❤️
Savanna was a sweet dog and very easy to please. She enjoyed our walks (almost too much) and just loved having the company. The fenced yard was great to play with her in the afternoons, althought she tends to just want to hold the ball and look at you :). Gina's house was in a nice neighbourhood and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. Thank you for having us!
We had a fantastic time looking after Elsa and Poh. Elsa is an active dog who loves a play and a walk and is very loving. Poh is getting on a bit and so likes sleeping although he loves a play with Elsa too. The house is spotless and comfortable with a large garden for the dogs to play in. Jac is lovely and is highly communicative. Highly recommended.
A wonderful cat-sit in beautiful Bampton with affectionate and intuitive Hyperion and shy but communicative Alaska, a beautiful snow-leopard cat! Their parents Caroline and Christopher were such gracious and generous hosts and went out of their way to make me feel at home in their lovely home the centre of historic Bampton. You will have everything you need on your doorstep, with lots to explore further afield too. If you love meeting warm-hearted, interesting people, and enjoy the company of feline beauties in a quintessential setting, this sit is for you. I would recommend it enthusiastically and would love to return if only to get a chance to read some of the many books that Christopher collects to sell on in support of a range of local and international charities. Thank you C&C for trusting me with you lovely home and pets.
We thoroughly enjoyed our sit for Hannah & Brian. Poppy and Badger were so easy and a joy to spend time with. They look after themselves and get up to all sorts of mischief to keep each other amused - the play fights never cease to entertain! They also loved cuddles and would often be either side of us or in our laps purring away. The house is very light, cosy and clean, with tasteful furniture and nice arrangement. The back garden is a great space, and the front is wild and wonderful with vibrant colour. The area offers some of Seattle’s best, with Chuck’s right on the corner when you feel like sampling the many delicious beers and IPAs. Hannah and Brian are lovely people to sit for, as well as their son Felix. They left clear and concise instructions, books on local hikes and site seeing, and were on hand if we needed anything. We absolutely loved our sit with Lola at Tom’s lovely, clean, and bright home just minutes from the beach! Lola is such an intelligent and big-hearted dog who reveals her personality slowly to you as she gets used to your company and care. She is 100% grooved into her routine, independent around the house, loves cuddles and sweet words, and is almost always down to play. We loved playing “hide-and-seek” with her and her toys around the house, in which you ask her to sit and stay while you “hide” a toy around a corner or in the next room before coming back to her and asking “where is it? Let’s go find the toy!” Her love to play fetch at the beach is contagious and we really enjoyed getting a coffee or hot chocolate to go at the nearby beach cafe and enjoying long, relaxing walks. We would recommend this sit for a couple or at least someone with very good arm strength as if she could teleport herself to the beach instantly, she would. In the meantime, she can be a strong puller and we had to figure out a distraction technique with her ball to be able to safely walk her together. Tom is absolutely stellar in communication and hospitality. We do not hesitate a moment to warmly recommend this sit on the beautiful island of Jersey!
