Branden

Branden was a good sitter. He took good care of my dog, Aurora, and my plants. He left the bedroom in good condition. He even cleaned the bed sheets, which I appreciate a lot. The only issue is that the cleaning part in general could have been done better. The stove had crumbs all over, the fridge's door was greasy, and the bathtub was dirty. Also, the next day, I had to spend a couple of hours working on the kitchen pipes because it was clogged. This was my first time with a house sitter, I did not talk with Branden about the cleaning expectations because I thought it was common sense, but I learned that for next time I have to be very specific about it.

Linda & Dave

Look no further! I could not have hoped to find better housesitters than Linda and Dave. They are just brilliant. They stayed at my house for 2.5 months over the winter in England whilst I was on the other side of the world. Both of them are lovely people who were very caring towards my cat, Como. They are diligent and very communicative. My house was left in perfect condition and my cat was a happy chappy throughout the housesit. My cat instantly warmed to Linda and Dave and I felt very comfortable leaving him in their care on the handover day. I received brilliant photos from Linda of Como (she is a superb photographer). Linda and Dave are very trustworthy and I can recommend them without reservation for any housesit that they want to do in the future. You will be lucky to have them.

Sally was excellant!!! She became a family member❤️ She would send us pictures and almost daily upgrades how Belle and Chester we doing . My husband and I felt 100per cent with Sally. Highly recommend her❤️

Antonio (Toni) and Charles took care of my dachshund Trinket , while her partner Scooter was 'exiled' in France. They watched the house -and Trinket- during my trip to France to retrieve Scooter. They took excellent care of Trinket, sent many pictures and left the house impeccably clean. I most highly recommend Toni and Charles and would not hesitate a moment and have them back to watch my house and dogs!

If you are reading this, Kyle probably applied to be your pet sitter and you are curious to hear my opinion about the sit he did for me :-) Kyle has everything a good pet and house sitter needs: he is reliable, trustworthy, communicates clearly, is clean, friendly, patient and loves nature in the broadest sense (animals, plants, earth, sustainability, organic food...). Furthermore, he is a good and attentive listener and will pay close attention to everything you say to him regarding his tasks, as also in private conversations. Well, my two cats enjoyed the time with Kyle very much, I found them in great shape after my arrival; I also received regular updates about what was going on in their fascinating cat-lives and at home. As soon as Kyle was unsure about something (for example when cats had not eaten their food), he contacted me, and so I could decide for myself if the situation was within the range of my cats' normal behaviour (which here was certainly the case :-)). After my return, the house was clean and tidy and cats and houseplants were in great shape. I would 100% recommend Kyle for your sit and would welcome him also again for another sit myself!

Paul and katherine are warm, welcoming, down-to-earth, interesting people.   They provided great written as well as in-person instructions on the care for their birds and their home.  They had an amazing list of places to see near Nice. 
Their home is on the quiet side of the Nice harbor with an excellent view to watch the buzz of the people, city and harbor.  It is comfortable and relaxing with a very good kitchen and comfortable bed.  They are located close to the old down town, Castle hill and transportation for both within the city and places outside of Nice.  
The birds were easy to care for and Petra is a charming character who enjoys socializing even if it is only to hangout in the same room while you read or eat.  The bird sounds throughout the day were not excessive and once they were put to bed, they were silent until breakfast time.   The birds will welcome you home by vocalizing your arrival when they heard the sound of the key.  We would highly recommend the experience to care of Petra and the girls in Nice.

We could not be more grateful to Nadia and Joan. They have been amazing hosts. They welcomed us into their home with a lovely dinner and allowed us to stay a few more days after we were done with the sitting. They are a sweet and very generous couple.

Mic and Yoshi have been excellent companions during our stay. They are super easy to take care of, Mic loves his walks and Yoshi is a super laid back cat. We fell in love with them and we are gonna miss them a lot! 

We highly recommend this house if you want to spend some nice days in Amsterdam, in one of the nicest neighborhoods of the city and in a house full of art and music!

Dorothy

We had such a lovely time at Dorothy's home. She is calm and welcoming, and this is reflected in her two well-behaved and absolutely loveable dogs. Casper is still a puppy, but he knows his manners and just needs a quick reminder now and then (and older brother, Toto, provides a wonderful role model). Dorothy's home is immaculate and beautiful. We are so glad that we have another sit in the area as, during this one, we were not very motivated to leave the gorgeous surrounds and charming pups. Dorothy invited us to stay with her an extra night and took us to an event that we would have known nothing about--what a unique and delightful experience. We hope this isn't the last we'll see of Dorothy, Casper, and Toto.

Charlotte

We had a wonderful week at Charlotte & Charlton’s. The animals are a delight, and their home is fantastic with the most amazing views! Apollo is such a character, still a teenager but excellent recall and he loves his playtime. Oscar is very chilled, rarely leaves the house and is generous with his evening cuddles as well. The chickens did not disappoint either and we ate handsomely with their ready supply of eggs, they too are very easy to care for.
A fabulous peaceful retreat and a little peace of heaven! We very much hope to return.
