Lisa housesat my cat Chester while I was in Palm Springs for a week and she was absolutely fantastic! I could not recommend anyone more. She came for orientation, asked thorough questions and took all instructions to heart. She gave me reassurances and made me feel totally confident. While I was gone she sent photos of my happy pet to reassure me along the way, and responded quickly if I had any questions. When I came home the house was exactly as I had left it, if not cleaner! And Chester was happy and not giving me the cold shoulder as he often does when I’m away. He chirped and purred and told me stories of how wonderful Lisa was to him. I have a ton of plants and they were all nicely watered and cared for. She left mints on my pillows, a fresh bed and breakfast in the fridge. Lisa is caring, professional and sweet and most importantly Chester loved her, and considering he is shy and past feral, that is not an easy task. I highly recommend Lisa, there is no rating high enough for her!
Lou and Jack were superstar house/dog-sitters. My pup Laurie loved having them stay with their dog Dalya - who is very chill yet playful (I initially had reservations about another dog in the house but Lou and Jack kindly came to meet Laurie and intro before the sit). They left the house clean and tidy, and they're very helpful, thoughtful and communicative too. I'd definitely have them back. Laurie would too, he's pining for Dalya. Highly recommended.
