Dorothy was a delight! Perfect match for our senior pup who needs special care. She spent lots of time at home which is important to us since our fur baby is def, almost blind and suffers from incontinence. We felt that her communication was timely and that the level of care we received was outstanding! House was tip-top upon arrival as well. We highly recommend Dorothy!

Cynthia came through for us for a last-minute 4-day house sit. She was very kind, thoughtful, organized, and considerate. Cynthia connected in a very loving way with our cat, Max, and seemed amused and very attentive to him. With her extensive experience with cats, she knows how to interact and connect well. Cynthia kept me informed daily, sending a video and cute pics. The house was perfectly clean when I returned. I highly recommend Cynthia without any reservations!

Toni and Buddy were amazing, don’t hesitate to have them over to watch your house and pets. Toni sent pictures of the dogs while we were away and provided updates. She even stayed later on the last day so the dogs would not be home alone too long. The house was cleaner when we got home than we left it. We would have them back any time.

I wish Michaela and her family could be regular sitters for Stetson. She was so thoughtful about every aspect and sent updates and pictures always. Asking questions if she wasn't sure (such as, is the an approved dog toy) I came back to a happy puppy and a clean house left in perfect conditions. Thank you soooooo much! April was an easy fit for my 4 nights away. She asked good questions during our online meet-and-greet. She gave Frida walks and plenty of cuddles, and I came home to a tidy house and happy pup!

Celine took great care of Oro. The house was very clean when we returned and Oro had obviously been pampered, (which is just perfect). We got regular photos while we were gone and appreciated the level of detail Celine was concerned with when we met her to go through the house and pet details. I reached out to Courtney and prompted a dog sit since my house sitter had canceled. She was amazing with her dog Tucker. It allowed our Macho to have a play date with another dog. We had recently lost our black lab and so he is lonely. She took good care of our dog and our house while we were away. She knows how to communicate well and provided us with updates regarding our dog. We so appreciated her willingness to dog sit with short notice and her kindness to Macho. We would definitely have her back at any time.

She was flexible, and didn't mind that I needed a few things fixed at the house and was accommodating with the scheduled worker. She even offered to mow my lawn! For about a week we looked after brother and sister Fernando and Amalia, and it was such a good experience - one of the best housesits we ever did!

Fernando will let you know when he’s around and what he wants, his meows are so loud :-D it’s very funny. He warmed up to us quickly and I’m sure he fell in love with Michiel since he was always sitting on top of him. Amalia can be a bit shy and it took a few days for her to get acquainted with us, but as soon as she did we were totally smitten when she came to ask for cuddles. So cute! So sweet! Look at those little paws! Ooh that tiny raspy meow!
Most of the day they were on their adventures outside, and they mostly came in in the evening.

On the day of arrival we were warmly welcomed by Karin and Hans and we connected right away. They showed us around on their amazing property and provided a well organized manual. We were happy to spend time with them before and after the housesit. Communication was always easy through WhatsApp and Karins’ humorist messages made our days here even better.

The guest house that we were staying in was so spacious, stylish and comfortable. The property around is like a botanical garden almost, with veggies, fruits and herbs from the garden, and the far and wide view over the valley is beyond words. Karin and Hans really made sure we had everything we need for a comfortable stay.

We did many housesits, but this one might be one of the best that we ever did. Luckily we have been invited back already, so we don’t have to miss Fernando and Amalia for too long now.
