Alexandra and Alex were wonderful pet sitters, and my first pet sitters on this site! They had great communication before, during, and after the pet sitting. Cleo was well taken care of throughout the long weekend, as I could tell she was very happy when I got home for my trip. Thanks again! Would highly recommend.

Monika was a great house-sitter who took excellent care of our animals. Everything was in order when we returned from our holiday. She is quiet and very self-sufficient and easy going.

Heidi and Rene are the perfect house sitters. Not only are they very nice people, very reliable and trustworthy, they cared perfectly for our little kitty ( she did not miss us at all 😂), our house and our garden. They even planted us new plants in our garden beds, how sweet is that! 🥰 After a very nice call beforehand, we agreed immediately that it is a good fit for everyone and we had a really good feeling. They arrived as agreed, on the dot, without any additional clarification or confirmation needed. Everything was really uncomplicated and the communication was fast and very easy. They had no issues we needed to help with, they are very experienced and orgaised. Afterwards they left our house perfectly tidy and clean, and they even mowed our lawn at the only day in 3 weeks without rain. We are sorry for that; we had the perfect weather on our trip 🤭 We spent 2 very nice evenings together during which Rene and Heidi told us a lot about their interesting life. We would be happy to have them back any time and we are happy to not only met perfect house sitters but very nice and interesting people, who we would love to meet again in our life.

Mariska was wonderful- with the house and with the dogs. Totally capable with my energetic labs, and also took wonderful care of the house while I was away. I would happily welcome her back any time.

We've had many housesitters and Francois and Mariana are the best of the best. They are true professionals. We were so lucky to have them housesit for us and our cat and dog. They were confident, calm, and attentive with the pets from the first minute they walked in the door. It was very clear that they are extremely sensitive to animal needs and "communication", so they were closely attuned to what our pets were feeling and what they needed. For example, our dog gets agitated about us leaving and Mariana talked to her and petted her quietly as we got ready - eventually, the dog was lying down calmly as we walked out the door (this never happens!!!!) As housesitters and as people, they are also wonderful, trustworthy, and attentive. It was clear from their updates that they not only read, but thoroughly studied and understood all the instructions in our detailed welcome guide. They are also friendly, respectful people who were extremely responsive, always available when we checked in and ready with a little story about what they and the pets were up to. They were scrupulously on time to start and end the sit, even though we asked them to arrive at our place at 6 in the morning!! The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the pets were happy and relaxed. Our animals were very clearly in amazing hands. The dog was well-behaved after their stay (usually she has a bit of a backslide in bad habits during extended stays with others, but not this time!) and even the cat seemed much happier than he usually does when we come back from a trip. There is no better feeling as a pet owner - that your house sitters truly understand AND care deeply about your babies. We are so happy to have had Francois and Mariana as our housesitters, and we truly hope to meet or have them sit for us again. PS They even sent us the most delightful video they had created showing the pets' adventures during the week. In short, they are the best!!

Edith and Beni were at my place for a few days. I got daily updates and thus could always be sure that saphiro is fine. The organisation was spontaneous, effortless and relaxed. They left my place in excellent care looks like they brought their own towels and things so I had little things to wash. I got a very lovely thank you note and was happy they had a good time 😊 I can recommend Edith without hesitation and hope they will look after my cat again.

Kristina was pet sitting for us during a long weekend. We were quickly convinced she was going to be a good choice and our expectations were highly exceeded. You can tell Kristina has great love for animals when you receive photos of your pets and you can tell how happy they are. This was also true when we came home to super nurtured pets, that were relating with Kristina as they do with us. In such a short stay, Kristina adapted perfectly to them, including Lady's routines. Also being our first pet sitter as a cat person, we could tell Cookie's trust was quickly achieved when we received photos of her playing with paper balls! Kristina sent us updates with photos every day and at the same time she was highly self-sufficient, being able to solve everything without much support from us, which left us with time to relax and not worry about anything. Kristina adjusted her plans to come earlier and we returned to a clean home and very happy pets. After Kristina's leaving, I was surprised to see that the house was exactly as we left, we couldn't even tell Kristina was here. That's how perfect she left the house. We would highly recommend her to any pet owner and offer our house anytime she would like to return to Portugal :) Thank you Kristina!

Karin was a great sitter. I got pictures and updates and my simao was clearly very happy to have Karin around to spoil him rotten. I came back to a very happy kitty! Also I came back and the house was so tidy. Thank you Karin!

Josephine and Joachim were simply fantastic. V open and clear communication. Very organised. Clean and tidy and Puzzle (our Cavapoo) was blissful and far better looked after than if she was with us! Would not hesitate to have both again. Some great tips about bit coin and diet as well! Thank you both! Geordie, Alice, Daisy and Puzzle!

It was lovely to have Jana and Urs in our home. They took good care of Oliver and sent regular updates. They seemed very patient with him and he warmed up nicely. We also came home to a very tidy home and a nice box of cookies left for us. I would not hesitate to invite them back.
