Jan and Allen agreed to our sit partially because they had a King Charles Spaniel as a family dog in the past and like us love the breed. We live many hours drive apart from each other but Jan and Allen arrived right on time with big smiles. Honestly amongst the most genuine and nicest people we have ever had the chance to meet. They're sit came right from the heart as true animal lovers and my dog was so happy to have spent time with them and received loving care. Jan and Allen sent regular updates and photos and we are pleasure to co operate with. They left a wrapped present for our dog and the house was spotless and in order. If I am lucky we will remain friends and perhaps one day they will come back. What a pleasure !!
Charles was a great house sitter. We did not have a chance to meet in person, as plans had changed. Charles and I reviewed things over the phone, and Charles texted questions. Charles is an attentive house sitter, in addition to spoiling the 4 legged's :-). We were confident and comfortable that our boys and girl as well as the house were in good hands with Charles.

Very reliable and completely trustworthy. Daniela has been there for our 2 dogs when we travel for a long time. You can tell she grew up with animals. She is very loving and caring. We really appreciate that and can definitely recommend them.

Our dog attend BB since day one, for around 9 years, could not recommend them more! i trust them 100%, if absolutely every situation we ever needed, they always looked after Yoda, took him to the vet when needed, take care of him during our holidays. The dogs are walked daily, in the forest, are transported in proper vans with all the security required, always on time and always available for our last minute requests! Super trustworthy! If you are looking for a Dog day care, that you can trust to treat your dog as your own, don't search anymore, you have found it.
The team is very competent and nice. Our dog is very shy, so it was difficult for us to find suitable care where people didn't want to forcefully pet the dog all the time. He's great at it and has made a lot of progress (became braver) through Bouncy Buddies. We are very satisfied!

It is a very nice place to drop off my dog Phoebe when I need to come to the office. The pricing is quite competitive and they offer additional services such as baths and grooming. They also offer overnight stays, in which case the dog stays with a staff member who either sleeps there with the dog or brings the dog home. I highly recommend them!
