Paul and Cathy were Brilliant, we were treated so lovely by them , such a lovely couple . There hospitality was wonderful they made us feel really at home straight away, they cooked for us and even made me a gluten free pudding, I am usually the one who misses out on puddings, it was so thoughtful. We cannot recommend this house sit enough, the house is just gorgeous, very comfortable, lots of room .Dave particularly enjoyed the full sized snooker table, and I loved the coffee machine fresh coffee in a morning wonderful, the log burner was so cozy at night , but the best thing was Valerie, the most cuddly,laidback, funny, dog who loved her ball , and particularly liked going out in the car , she loved to watch out of the window . I really wanted to take her home with us . The chickens are a hilarious brood and the eggs are glorious. We even managed to get a stroke of the cats . If you love nature birds and wild flowers, garlic and just a beautiful area this sit is for you, a private mesmerising river running by . Thank you Paul and Cathy it was brilliant xxx
Stunning view. Well trained, behaved and loving dogs. Fenced backyard for play and potty. No walks required, but a lovely neighborhood to walk the dogs if you like including a waterfront trail. Excellent wifi and a big table (with a view) to work from. Enjoy morning coffee from the comfortable bed with a view and 1-2 sweet dogs snuggling at the end of the bed. Perfection! I highly recommend this sit. Heidi provided an excellent detailed Welcome Guide as well as my choice of coffees and plenty of room in the fridge. She was instantly available by text and always responded quickly. Odie is a sweety. He was always up for some tummy loving and couch snuggling. He thinks he is a cat and likes to sleep under the bed. Adorable. Wally has the cutest toothy smile and loves back scratches. Athena is a huge ball of love and will climb onto the couch and put her big head onto your lap for some love. They all follow commands well and are easy. Heidi warned me they will all bark when someone comes to the door which is true. This happened a few times a day and it was crazy for just a few minutes. Not a problem at all. This is a great sit for long or short term. Enjoy!
