Pet Sitters in Eemnes

Jan arrived from Holland the evening before our departure allowing us time to get to know a bit about him and for us to explain a few things about the house and our dog. He was very easy going and we felt happy to leave him in charge. He seemed to enjoy his time here and sent us information on his experiences and photos. The house was left clean and tidy and the dog was clearly very relaxed and well cared for.

Renée and Frans have been absolutely wonderful house sitters! They took care of my house and my two cats MiuMiu and Mimi for nearly two weeks. When they arrived the day before my departure, I felt immediately that they were two very reliable, kind, warm and generous persons and also that they have experience with cats. The comunication right from the beginning was easy and flowing. Renée replied always immediately to my messages and sent my every morning and every evening updates with fotos of MiuMiu and Mimi. The cats seemed happy and relaxed on the fotos which helped me to relax during my holiday! Due to a strong thunderstorm Renée and Frans remained without electricity for 24 hours and whithout water for several hours in my house… I listend to the news at the radio about the terrible emercency situation in Tuscany and was quiete worried but Renée and Frans handled the situation with a calm and pratical spirit which really reassured me. I felt that they were very responsible and that they would be able to find solutions for each kind of problems with the house or with the cats. Renée and Frans visited a lot Florence and Tuscany but they spent also a lot of time at home with the cats which was very important for me. At my return I found the appartment super clean and tidy. Miumiu and Mimi were relaxed, serene, brushed and in perfect shape. It was a great pleasure to meet Renée and Frans and to host them in my house. I feel that we became nearly friends during these two weeks although we communicated only by whatsapp messages ;-) I definitely can recommend them and I really hope that they will return another time to take care of my house and my cats in the future.

We were delighted to have Reni and Karin look after Gus and the house. They were very reliable, friendly and quick to respond to messages. The house was spotless on our return. Gus was his usual Gussy self when we arrived home. I’m sure he was looking behind us to see where his new favourite people had gone! I would recommend Reni and Karin and wish them well in their future travels. Thank you both very much.

Leon is always fantastic with Taquito - playing with him and ensuring he feels comfortable and happy. Taquito was happy to see him again…this is the third time Leon stays with him ☺️ As usual, Leon takes good care of the apartment and is in constant communication. I would strongly recommend Leon for your next travel!

To pet, house and land sit in a 25 year old Greek Villa is not for the faint hearted. Power cuts and water cut off for repairs is something they were likely to have to resolved and they did so without a problem. A happy couple and very good company indeed. We wouldn't hesitate to have them sit for us again. Thank you Ludovic and Patricia. 😻🐓🐔

Christel was absolutely wonderful. She was very well organised, easy to communicate with, conscientious and attentive. Due to train cancellations I had to leave earlier than originally planned, but Christel's good organisation meant that she was able to arrive with plenty of time to spare and we could do the handover. She even kindly dropped me off at the station. I feel lucky to have had Christel as a sitter.

Lisa and Joppe had great communication, and looked after the cats well. They sent lots of pics of the cats playing and napping to let us know they were happy and comfortable. They also left the flat super clean and tidy. Would highly recommend them if you’re looking for your next sitter!

Kenneth was the definition of a great sitter, our little JR was well looked after and Kenneth went out of his way to keep the house neat and tidy, even going so far as to wash the linen and towels for the spare bedroom. We will certainly hope Kenneth is available next time we go away.

Bart and his girlfriend Simone were thoughtful and attentive sitters. They took excellent care of our home and returned it to us spotlessly clean - And even left us some delicious homemade caponata and other treats. Slinky, our cat is particular, skittish and timid yet somehow she took to Bart and seemed in good-spirits when we returned home. We were also happy to hear that they'd enjoyed their time in our town and managed lots of activities in their short time here. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bart and Simone to other home owners.

We couldn't have wished for more! Sarah was an amazing sitter and I wouldn't hesitate in asking her to sit for us again. From initial meeting, she responded really quickly to messages and asked lots of important, key questions so that we felt totally secure. One of our dogs needs tablets for a heart condition and she was very careful to ensure she had all the right information re his care. As dogs who are never at home alone for too long, Sarah gave them loads of love and attention, sent us regular photos and videos, and on our arrival home, it was clear how much they loved her. We felt a bit jealous! We would love to have Sarah sit for us again.

Ashlee was a wonderful housesitter and guest. Our pup was happy and we received pictures of their walks and afternoons in the sun! We highly recommend Ashlee!

Jander and Marianne took great care of my house and especially of my cat Harry, who clearly had a great time with them as they showed in their regular updates. All communication went very smooth. It was so much easier to relax on vacation knowing that he was happy and well taken care of. Harry needs a lot of attention and can be rather sensitive when he is not happy, but with Jander and Marianne everything went well and he clearly liked them a lot. When I came home, he behaved like I had never left. I think that says enough. 😺
