Cat Sitters in Egerton

This was the third time Lauren and Chris sat for us. We had total confidence in their ability to care for our cat, dog, house and garden. They are both wonderful in communication, flexibility and organisation. And most importantly, total kindness and understanding with our pets. We're just sad they are leaving the UK soon to return to Australia. We hope they might be back! .

We consider ourselves exceptionally lucky to have matched with Sophie! Communication was clear and smooth from day one, and everything went absolutely smoothly during the petsit. Our three pets, two male cats and a female dog, took to her right away, just as we did. It was a joy to get to know her and to know our home and pets in such trustworthy hands! We 100% recommend Sophie.

If there were more than five stars to give, I would give them to Darrell and Miranda. They couldn’t have looked after our three Vizslas any better. In fact, I’d argue the boys got more love and attention from them than they do from us, and that’s saying something! It’s not the first time D&M sat for us, and each time they come they feel more like family. Our boys love them! Communication throughout was excellent as always, the house was spotless and well looked after, and Darrell had even mowed the lawn! The dogs had enjoyed so many lovely walks and seemed very relaxed and happy. We can’t thank Darrell and Miranda enough!

It was lovely to welcome Stephen and Joan for another housesit, such peace of mind knowing that Barney would be well cared for. It is very reassuring to go away knowing everything will be in good order and well taken care of and I’d return to a very happy dog. I do hope Stephen and Joan will want to explore more of this area and sit for me again, I know Barney would be happy to see them and judging by the number of neighbours who have asked after them they’ve made many friends locally who’d welcome them back.

Alex and partner David have sat for us twice, looking after our cat Harley and our home. They are a lovely, young couple whose gentle nature makes them the perfect sitters for Harley. He has clearly taken a shine to them both and loves being around them. In fact on some occasions he has followed them when they go for an evening walk! On returning home from our last trip in July we found both Harley and our home well looked after. Our occasional Zoom calls whilst away help to ensure there are no issues during the housesitting stay. We would be happy to recommend Alex and David to anyone looking for a caring couple to look after their pet and their home.

Nafisa was superb with our cats and even managed to temper a slightly domineering tendency of one of them to the other. She kept us up to date with photos of them, which is always reassuring. She kept the house in super order and very generously cooked for us the night we returned. Nafisa is friendly, kind and open minded and it was an absolute pleasure to meet her and have her look after our cats and house. We don’t hesitate to recommend her as a zeewoi.

Phil & Pam are a great couple who coped well with all our lot😀 They cooked the dogs extra sausage treats to help with recall & took them on plenty of walks. Also looked after the garden plants for us and picked & froze lots of blackcurrants for me! Would happily recommend them & have them back x

Ewan took so good care of my chinchillas! I received multiple daily updates and little videos, and whenever he was unsure about something he double-checked with me beforehand. I had a very good feeling the entire sit and was so happy that I did not need to worry about how my baby boys were doing during my work trip. The apartment was left behind very clean and tidy after the sit.

Emilija clearly loves animals and as this was her second sit with Penny I was confident I would return to a well looked after and happy cat. Both sits have been for a month which is quite a long time for both sitter and pet; as expected Penny was a relaxed and happy cat when I returned. The house was tidy, although the kitchen felt a little like I had got back an hour too early. Anyone can rest assured that any pet will be cared for very assiduously by Emilija- thank you.

Annie and Martin took very good care of our dog and home in June 2024. They were flexible when I messed up the dates and patient and understanding when we got distracted and missed their interview. I’m sure they thought we were the most disorganized people ever but took a chance on us, agreed to sit, and did not disappoint. We got big hugs on their arrival and departure and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting them. We would happily have them sit for us again.

Alina was amazing. I offered her a bed the night before and it was lovely to get to know her a little before we left. She made an immediate impression on me and the animals and I had no hesitation leaving her to it when we left the following morning. We came back to happy animals and a tidy house and I would have no hesitation in inviting her back. Thank you Alina

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Debbie and Scott. Great at keeping in touch, and really enthusiastic about our animals and our home. Everyone was looked after beautifully and our home immaculate when we got back. I sincerely hope they’ll be able to come again next time we need help.
