Marion
We had a wonderful time looking after dear Lexie in Redditch. Marion and Les are experienced hosts with a very clean, tidy and lovely house, with a beautiful conservatory overlooking the little lush garden, complete with lovely pond. There is also a huge TV.

Lexie is one of the loveliest dogs we have ever looked after, very well behaved and easy going. Walks are mostly enjoyable strolls through the green area directly behind the house, and she is content with gentle exercise but also loves a bit more action if you make it to the fields and footpaths 25minutes away through the concrete-path forested area. She has a lovely playful side that comes out sometimes and has a spectacular “doodle bounce” on her! She is socialised well with other dogs. Responsibilities include 2 short-medium daily walks, ear cleaning, playing and cuddling! The post-dinner “truffle hunt” in the garden is a highlight!

The street the house is on is quiet and amenities are all close by with a car. (Including a local Padel tennis club if you’re into that like, like us).

Overall a lovely, easy and memorable sit and we would be happy to repeat!

Bella
Bella, Cheyanne, Cairo, and Misu were absolutely amazing to sit for. Bella and Cheyanne are so warm and accommodating, and truly made me feel so comfortable in their beautiful home.

Cairo and Misu are the sweetest cats and easy to play with, cuddle with, and be around in general. Everything for their care is super easy to access and find, and the cats were easy going the whole time. I definitely think anyone who does this sit will leave hoping to return!

Nicole
We had a great time at Nicole’s place with Ryvr, Bug and Naia. Ryvr is a remarkable dog. He’s super sweet and easy to get along with, and loves his walks on the rural roads around the house. You’d hardly know he can’t see with the way he just jumps up and goes! He gets so excited to go for a walk he just flies down the stairs, ready for adventure.

Bug and Naia are also sweet and fun. We got a kick out of how they think dry cat food is a treat and look for it when Ryvr comes in and gets his biscuit. They liked to play with toys we brought and both curled up next to us on the big, very comfortable couch, and sometimes napped on our laps.

Nicole’s house is spacious and lovely, and our bedroom had closet space, drawers, a comfortable bed and nice bedding.

The house is in a beautiful, peaceful setting and we really walking the area with Ryvr. We saw quite a few deer and hawks. Nicole suggested some nearby hikes that we also enjoyed when the weather was nice. The neighbors down the road were very friendly.

Nicole was great with communication. She gave us very clear instructions and the listing was exactly as described. She responded promptly to questions.

The internet worked great when we arrived but between one of us streaming sports and Hulu and the other working (including an online conference) we went through most of the data on her jetpack. (It was also near the end of the month, but to be fair we probably used quite a bit.) I was able to go to the Hughesville library to work the last day and download an esim from Airalo that gave me the data I needed for the rest of the stay, so it all worked out fine in the end.

We loved our stay in Hughesville and we already miss Ryvr, Bug and Naia! We would recommend this sit.

Max
I met Max shortly before he had to leave. Before we had a videocall to get to know each other. He explained everything to me and introduced me to his cats Fritz and Elie. The conversation was easy as he is German. Thank you Max for your trust.

Max was an uncomplicated, easy going young man. From abroad he even organized an appointment at the VETs, because the cats were a bit aggressive against each other. Maybe they felt springtime or just wanted to get out…

Fritz is very playful and likes chasing around. Elie was a bit reserved, but finally she was the one who came to sit on my legs – backside towards me, but at least that :-) And they are real eating-machines!

The apartment is small but fine. It was very clean, neat and well organized. As I live in a very quiet place I had to get used to city noise at night. The flat is located very central, there is a lot to discover in walking distance.

It was an entertaining, funny and interesting sit. Fritz and Elie are lovely. Thank you Max – I wish you all the best for your future plans!

Kira
My wife and I had a great stay in Kira and William's clean and comfortable Glassell Park home. They did a great job preparing for the house sit. Peppercorn and Homer were both delightful and easy to care for. At first Peppercorn was very chill and kept to himself, but he soon started to join us on the couch for evening pets. Homer was more energetic, always ready to play frisbee or tug of war and eager to go out on his neighborhood walks.

Jessica
We had a great time pet sitting for Jess and Minerva.

We did not get to meet Jess on the way out or in on this sit but look forward to meeting her in person. She was always available to us if we needed anything and we touched base daily. Jess had everything ready for us when we arrived and made our stay very easy.

Her lovely cat Minerva was a dream. She will give you lots of love and keep you smiling the entire time you are there. She loves to talk to you, sleeping with you, spending time with you and she loves her evening play time. So much fun. We will miss our time with her.

Jess has a very cute apartment that feels very homey. We were very comfortable. She has everything you need for your stay to be a good one.

Her home is in a great location with so many restaurants, bars, shopping and grocery stores. You could never visit them all during a sit. Everything is available and just a short walk from the home.

We look forward to pet sitting for Jess and Minerva again and recommend them to anyone considering sitting for them.
