Louise went well above and beyond caring for our cats and home. As we were preparing to go out of town, one cat became ill with an intestinal problem and was prescribed antibiotics to be given twice a day. Not an easy task for one person, nor part of the original deal we had advertised with Louise. She successfully medicated the cat the week we were gone, and cleaned up the cat's messes from her illness. While we were gone, Louise sent us regular updates by text as to how the cats were doing and what was happening at the house. This was very comforting since one cat was sick. During our trip, we had an opportunity to extend the visit by one day. Our trusted sitter Louise had no problem with accommodating this. When we returned, the cats seemed content and well cared for and the house was cleaner than I had left it. She followed our directions to a tee. I highly recommend Louise as a sitter. We found her to be flexible, professional, meticulous and she obviously cares about animals. She is our number one choice for an upcoming trip this summer.
