Marion and Markus were amazing hosts. We met before the sit and everything was explained to us about the house, surroundings and about Eno. Eno was a sweetheart, very kind and respectful (especially for our 4 year old daughter Clara) and it was so easy to take care. The house is amazing. There are lots of beautiful trails around too, that we loved to walk with Eno. Marion and Marcus made us feel at home. We would highly recommend this sit to everyone that loves dogs and the outdoors. Loved, Loved, Loved this sit! Can I give this one 6 stars? Mayce was such lovely dog, with some hilarious antics- such as chasing bees and birds and squirrels, and tiptoeing towards them-acting like they didn't see her big frame coming. At home she was mellow, loved her pets but not demanding- content laying on the floor, just being around you. Chelsea was an incredible host, and a chill, fun, interesting New Yorker. Her home is lovely, spacious, and classy. I enjoyed communicating over the sit, mostly about what weird/cute thing her dog was doing. And the Hamilton Heights is a gem in Manhattan. Tons of green space nearby, which was great for jogging. And it was right next to a tiny village-like commercial district with live jazz, a couple of bars, and lots of people out and about. To go downtown just hop on the A Train, so convenient. Would do it all over again, highly recommend!
Stephen was so incredibly helpful and was always around via text if there were any issues. He goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. His pets are the sweetest and we’re so happy we got the opportunity to stay with them, they will be missed!! An amazing house in such a peaceful village. Clean and all the equipment to keep it clean is provided, all the instructions are very straightforward. No issues and would come back in a heartbeat!
We had such a great time at Christine's and Peter's House in Canmore! We really enjoyed the time with their beautiful dog Onyx and loved the long walks in the surroundings with the mountain views! The contact with Christine and Peter was very nice and easy going. They made sure we could find everything in the house easily. We would definitely recommend Christine and Peter as hosts and miss Onyx already. It couldn't have been better! :)
We had a lovely weekend at Francesca’s with Honey, Diggy and Shadow. We needed our animal cuddles and they were happy to oblige! We had absolutely no trouble walking Honey around the gorgeous neighbourhood, and we liked to sit on the deck with her and Diggy in the evenings. Francesca is so fun and explained everything perfectly, we felt very at home and relaxed the entire time. Highly recommend and would happily sit again!

Over the past few years I boarded my dogs at Best Friends for weekend or week long stays. Having the opportunity to “check in” via video is a terrific addition to the boarding service. Our pooch loves Best Friends like it's her second home. We've been boarding our dog here for about 3 years and the staff has always been phenomenal. Everyone is very friendly and it's a very welcoming environment. I admittedly get nervous when my dog and other dogs "meet," but she always does great at group play at Best Friends. I don't know what kind of magic they work but I get a little bit of a "training session" myself each time I chat with the staff at Best Friends when I pick her up. They're all great people and willing to provide helpful tips.
From my experience Best Friends always keeps our dog happy safe and well fed during his trips there. Anytime I have a concern or question or change in schedule they always try to accommodate. They love seeing Charlie’s face when he arrives and their new groomer has bonded with him which is not easy to do!!!
Best Friends is our ultimate doggy destination! My German shepherd Moon is so excited to attend the day camp at Best Friends, he practically pulls me through the door. Moon has such a blast playing with his furry friends and the staff who clearly adore dogs, and always comes home happy and ready to conk out for a well-deserved nap. And thanks to the clean environment - NO doggy daycare funk!! We have also used Best Friends for longer stays, and Moon always comes back the same tired, happy pup. Knowing that he is having fun and being well cared for allows us to relax and enjoy our time away.

I have been going here for 4 years to get my dog groomed. I have never had such a negative experience where he came out looking like someone practiced on him. I wasn’t aware that I was scheduled with a different groomer and I tipped well at the pick up. He didn’t look as perfect as normal when he walked out but I didn’t notice how uneven it was until I got home. His face looks like it was cut with craft scissors it is so choppy and uneven. There are pieces just hanging down inches longer than the rest. The top of his head isn’t blended at all, and his legs are a mess. I don’t usually complain, but when you pay that $$$ money for a groom and tip, and your dog looks worse than when you bought a $25 pair of clippers from Amazon and groomed him yourself during Covid, it’s a problem. I also think that when your dog is scheduled, you should be made aware if the appointment is being made with a different groomer than the one you always use.
We were traveling and needed to see a vet ASAP. They were able to get us in quickly and resolved the issue. The staff member, vet tech, and veterinarian were all nice and very helpful. A very good experience.
Staff is friendly! However they did a pretty bad job with grooming.! They did the opposite of what I’ve asked for. I didn’t recognize my dog! Anyway the fur will grow back ! I think I did a better job when cut his facial hair. Pictures attached

My cat had a great experience today. Dr Haiko was wonderful. My cat who is not usually very fun to take to the vet was purring and making muffins did not even notice she got a vaccination. Highly recommend.
Dr. Haiko and the Heart and Paw staff were all very friendly and accommodating to my pets needs. We came in for an illness office visit since our current vet is out. Getting an appointment at Heart and Paw was quick and easy to schedule for a new client. They completed extensive bloodwork, was able to diagnose my pet quickly, and provide follow up support. They were able to prescribed pet food and medication while we were in that day for me to pick up. The communication was great and they completed follow up phone calls and text messages in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend Heart and Paw for your pets needs.
My pups have been going here for a while now and it’s always an A+++ experience. Dr. Haiko cares so much for my dogs and always give the best advice. The entire staff is extremely friendly and always welcoming. The stylists always know how to get Dakota and Odin super clean and looking amazing! I can’t say enough about the staff in the play area. My pups go a few times a week and they feel like family to us. Always super friendly and keep my dogs entertained while getting great exercise!

Ottis is very unsure of new Surroundings and people. The staff at Heart and Paw Are most patient and Efficient on what they do by the time Ottis left he was very relaxed. He did need some assistance of calming meds. Ottis is an American bulldog and Pittbull. So bull headed he is. I would recommend Heart and Paw to anyone especially anxious and bull headed pups. Thank you to the staff at this wonderful place.

Terry Lynn is the most incredible and conscientious person who lovingly takes care of our cat. She takes the worry and anxiety away when we would travel. I feel completely comfortable and at ease knowing she is caring for our dear friend. She is reliable, dependable, flexible and always provides informative updates with her visits and sends terrific pics of our friend keeping her close in heart until we come home. I have a very anxious, older dog, who is unable to be kenneled. With a family trip to Disney coming up, I needed to find an alternative to a traditional boarding facility. Terry has provided us with so much more than just that. She gave us comfort and peace of mind. We did weekly daycare visits leading up to our trip so that my dog could get to know Terry and get comfortable with her. This helped so much with her anxiety. When it came time for our trip I knew that my dog was in good hands and that she would feel comfortable and safe with Terry. Terry took care of her, like she was her own and sent me daily updates letting me know how she was doing, which I loved. I will definitely continue to use Terry’s services and recommend her to everyone!

Terry Lynn is very much dedicated and devoted to caring for pets - her own and yours! She scheduled a meet and greet with us for all 3 of our dogs, providing a sense of relief in leaving them overnight. She has soothing music playing at all times and easy access to the secured yard. Terry Lynn’s critters is our dog Harper’s favorite place to be! Harper has been going to Terry’s since she was a puppy and we have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Terry is incredibly accommodating to our work schedules as my fiancé and I both work in healthcare. She loves all the dogs at daycare as her own and we are so thankful to have Terry love our Harper.
Terry took care of my 3 cats while I was out of the country for 10 days. She sent me photos, in and of itself a feat because I never expected them to come out, and communicated with me frequently. She had to have a medical procedure during this time and still made sure my cats were taken care of. I highly recommend.
Terry is a fabulous, caring pet-sitter. Our dogs, Ollie and Ellie, and kitty, Tommy, love her and she treats them like family! She did at-home visits while we were away sending texts and pictures frequently. Our kitty needs medication administered twice a day and she had no problem doing that for us. She brought in the mail and even refilled my bird feeders when they were empty. She goes above and beyond. Terry is the absolute best pet sitter I’ve ever found, and truly the only non blood relative i’ve ever totaly trusted to take care of my sweet, adorable and very challenging rescue bichon, Spencer. Spencer came to me as a last-chance foster off death-row, after burning his way through shelters and foster homes. He suffered from the most intense separation anxiety- a vet even suggested putting him down at one point, to end his suffering! He came a long way with training and a behavior consult, but he never was able to shake his separation anxiety…. enter Terry. This woman made it possible for me to attend law school and work, and Spencer actually enjoyed week long stays while I vacationed out of the country. I’ve moved out of the area, but have yet to find any one as sweet, kind, caring, responsible, trustworthy and knowledgeable as Terry! your fur babies will thank you.

We reached out to Five Paws very last minute to see if they would be able to watch our dog who had significant medical needs. They were wonderful from start to finish and I was so confident each time that she was in such great care. We've previously had her boarded and she would seem so stressed when we picked her up. We were desperate to find an alternative and we didn't look back once we started using Five Paws. They give updates, pictures and each time we came home she was as happy as can be. They provided such peace for us knowing she was in good hands and was happy especially given all of her medical concerns (dog dementia, blindness, hard of hearing, pain, etc..). Our Sahara has since passed but I would use them again and again with any dogs we may have in the future and cannot recommend them enough.
I don't trust anyone else with my pets when I'm away! I love that I know I will get photos of my cats and a report of how the visit went from the sitter. They take time to give the cats individual attention, not just coming in to feed, clean, and leave. Scheduling is very easy and the rates are reasonable.
Hi: Kudos to Five Paws Recently had Five Paws cat sit our cats and pond fish. The team at Five Paws hit a homerun with us. The team is very professional, respectful and loving to our gang. The team of Melinda and Blythe were so observant of our pets, even going out of the way to feed our strays, without blinking an eye. Special shout out to Melinda who really saved the day as she was feeding the fish in our pond, when she noticed that one of our goldfish got stuck in the filter. Without any hesitation she jumped in to save him, which would have been a disaster if she didn't as he would have passed and fouled the pond water. Five Paws has taken excellent care of all my pets (rabbit, cat, mice) for many years now and they do an excellent job! They were even able to give my cat pills (in pill pockets) and coordinated with my vet once when she stopped eating and I could not be reached. We have been using Five Paws for a few years now, for small weekend trips or week long vacations. They have been so wonderful with our pups. It is a relief to know my dogs are in good hands and they can remain comfortable in their own space while we are away, instead of in a kennel which would stress my 13 year old pup too much. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Five Paws of Delco! The owner is fantastic, the scheduling process is so simple, and all of the sitters are wonderful! They are EXTREMELY reliable and trustworthy, which is so important when you're away. They also have a great app used to communicate with each sitter and to see pics of your pups! I always receive such a sweet and detailed update from our sitter after every visit. I had an experience where I was out of the country using a different sitter (not Five Paws of Delco) who was supposed to watch my dogs at their house for the week. They decided that they no longer wanted to watch them after a couple days, so they dropped them back off at my house, alone. I was panicking, just having arrived in another country, so I reached out to Five Paws of Delco who immediately responded and scheduled multiple last minute visits for me. I cannot thank them enough for being there during this very stressful time! It's so comforting to know we always have them available to sit for our dogs. I love Wyeth Meadows! The facility is very clean, and the employees as well as Donna and Susan really take the time to get to know your dog as if it were a member of their own family. They make sure to have a safe and fun environment for each pup that comes to stay for vacation!!
I have 2 extremely spoiled dogs that I would not trust to leave anywhere except Wyeth Meadows. They have been going there for years and I could not be happier with my experiences. Each time I go away I have so much relief knowing they are in such good hands. When I got my 2nd dog, Susan and Donna were so helpful when I was trying to figure out if I should put them in a crate together or separately. I put them separately for the first one or two times. By the next time Susan and Donna let me know that I could put them together and they would be fine, and that my dogs would probably even prefer it. This was great because it saved me money too! They definitely could have let me keep paying for 2 crates, but they are very kind honest people and really take the time to know your dogs. I’ve seen a few other kennels from my parents having dogs when I was growing up, and none of them have lived up to Wyeth Meadows. It is such a nice, homey, and clean place. The first time I went they showed me around and I got to see all the different options they have for your dogs when they stay. It really is like a doggy hotel! They even send me photos of my pups while I’m away! Once your dogs stay here, you won’t want to take them to any other place. I recommend Wyeth Meadows anytime someone mentions needing someone to watch their dog and I could not have better things to say about them!
I have known Susan and Donna for over thirty years. They are caring, kind, loving, and generous people. They take pride in their business and have always treated their employees and dogs like family. I highly recommend Wyeth Meadows Doggy Inn to everyone I know because when your dog stays there they have the best time. When I go on vacation, so does my dog at Wyeth Meadows. The owners and staff are very caring folks who cater to each and every dog's needs from "me" time to play time to nutrition to medication. My dog is happy at Wyeth Meadows as evidenced by the fact that we visit Wyeth Meadows every couple of weeks so he can play with his doggy friends and see the owners, Susan and Donna, and their staff. I found peace of mind when I found Wyeth Meadows which has allowed me to travel up to 80 days, knowing that my dog is so very well cared for. Now I cannot imagine leaving my dog for even a couple of days anywhere but at Wyeth Meadows!! Susan and Donna are family friends whom I have known for my whole life. When I was younger I was ecstatic whenever I could go work for them in the summer time. They are generous, humble, kind, and compassionate women. From personal experience, I have helped and witnessed them treat every dog like 5-star hotel guests.

Worst experience I have ever encountered. I called inquiring about boarding my 2 dogs the night of my wedding and after calling for the 3rd time finally spoke to the most condescending person I have ever met. I understand wanting a meet n greet, but when I ask if a doggy daycare referral would suffice I get "'we are a high class facility and we don't accept clients who might upset the apple cart''. This comment of course is made after I'm asked the breed of my dogs. God forbid I have a pittie mix. I am also referred to as "'the woman who waited til the last minute to find boarding"'. Based on my PHONE experience, I would not want my pets to stay here anyway. I prefer to spend my money and entrust my fur babies to those that actually care about my pets.
I work part time as the handyman fixing things that break so the dogs stay safe the owners are wonderful fair and kind as well caring and have a deep love for all the dogs that stay with them! They live and love this business!

About five years ago, I received a recommendation to use Shawe’s Paws. I had just rescued my dog Charlie and needed a dog walker during the days. Jenn at Shawe’s Paws was there from Charlie’s first walk and is still walking Charlie today! Not only is Jenn friendly, reliable and loves Charlie as if she was her own, but she knows how to handle Charlie’s quirks and personality. I feel 110% comfortable using Shawe’s Paws, they are trustworthy, dependable, flexible and I know my dog is always well-taken care of during her mid-day walks!! ❤️❤️❤️
Jen is truly one of the best dog walkers out there. Our dog Oscar is obsessed with her - to the point where she tries to walk quietly by our house if she's going to walk our neighbor's dog so he doesn't hear her! On Oscar's first birthday, I was traveling for work and Jen took Oscar to the store to get him a birthday cake toy. It's the smaller, thoughtful things like this that make her irreplaceable in our pup's life. She also takes super cute pictures (attached) and sends an email about how each walk went. She makes leaving Oscar for work trips less hard because I know that he'll be so excited to see her when she comes for his walk!
Jen and the Shawe's team have been walking my family's dogs for 7 years or so. They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate shifting schedules, schedule or cancel on short notice, and even pick up the phone to talk about any pet concerns we might have (unrelated to them! just for advice!). My pup Ollie loves seeing his walkers and I could not do my job without the peace of mind that someone responsible will come take him out and play with him while I work. Bonus - they take the best pics of my little guy while they visit!

We have had an incredibly positive experience with Jen and her team at Shawe's Paws! When we first moved to Philadelphia, our dog was very shy and timid around walkers that we would hire through various apps, but then Jen came and saved the day. She goes above and beyond to make Benji comfortable and now he gets excited when we just say her name. They send photos and updates during the walks, they make scheduling so easy and they are very accommodating! We have also had positive experiences with a few other members on her team! Everyone at Shawe's Paws is reliable, trustworthy and they all just love Dogs! We would recommend their company to everyone!

I’ve used Jen and her walkers for over 5 years now and I honestly would never use any other dog walking service in Philly. She is trustworthy, reliable, AND LOVES all of her dogs. And my dog absolutely loves her dog walkers, as I’ve been able to see a couple times when my dog will go running toward them, tail wagging if we happen to bump into them on the street. Jen uses an easy-to-use app to schedule walks/pay invoices and to see the daily walk reports which is super convenient. Also Jen makes herself available for every client and will always try her best to accommodate any late requests - I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had to put in a last minute request for a same-day dog walk or for an overnight stay the week-of and Jen will always make it work. Aside from that, it’s great to get pictures of my dog on her walk while I’m at work - I truly never have to worry Sophie when I’m not at home because I know she’s in such great hands. Jen and her team has been taking care of our dog since he was brought into our family as a puppy! From consistent walks, amazing walkers and just all around dog people to overnight stays, she has been there for us throughout his life (and will be for the many years yet to come)! Jen is understanding and flexible with last minute changes, which for us happen a lot! Her walkers leave a note about their walk every time and even text/call us from time to time with updates. I have never noticed a thing out of place in out of place after a walker left. The Shawe's Paws team is the only team I trust to take the best care of our dog! Jen has been in my dog's life for years (even though we've since moved to the suburbs.) She and her staff are flexible, reliable, and they LOVE their charges/pets. They truly understand my quirky, sweet dachshund and he loves them for it. He even got to sleep over Jen's house!! Jen is super responsive and capable and she chooses excellent staff members. I could go on and on, cannot recommend highly enough!
There is absolutely no one I would trust more with our pups than Shawe's Paws. They are fantastic and dependable for daily walks, and they are there for you if you need to travel without your dog. Shawe's email updates provide you with a story about your dog's walk and a number of pictures as well. We have been a client for six years now. We have no idea what we would do without Shawe's Paws!
We just started using Pet Care Group and they have been awesome! As someone who is anxious to leave her pups, I was so happy with the care given to my pups, Marty & Mabel! The staff always followed my notes and sent me email updates and photos. I so appreciate how they go above and beyond for my pups including changing their water out every visit & spending time playing! Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough about the service provided by PetCare Group. We have never had to leave our dogs by themselves overnight, but this company made me feel very confident that all would be fine. PetCare Group was recommended to me as I was looking for a new walker having moved from out of state about a year ago. They have been wonderful to work with! Jen is super professional and accommodating and responds to questions right away. My dog is picky when it comes to the people he likes and he requires a fair amount of care. Jen scheduled the perfect walker for us, even setting up a meet & greet initially to make sure we were comfortable.Our walker kept in touch daily with updates and pictures so I could rest assured that all was well. It has been easy to call or email to set up daily walks/feedings as well as overnight care. PetCare Group is a wonderful find!
Jen and her staff were great! It was my first time leaving my cats together. I always boarded my older lady, Alley, she is on medication but the stress last time was too much for her. Our younger girl, Nubby, does not do well with strangers and usually hides. Jen came out for a visit and I immediately felt at ease with the way she greeted my girls. I gave a long list of instructions for my endless amount of litter boxes and water bowls ( you would think I have 10 cats) and they followed them perfectly. Scheduled them for an hour in the morning and evening and got detailed emails with pictures which in turn was a nice surprise and calmed my anxiety. I could even see on my front door camera Nubby hearing them pull up in the driveway and meeting them at the door. Which, no matter how food motivated my chunky girl is, that was a first and most people understand if your nervous cat trusts someone then you trust them too! Also the convenience of being able to have nails trimmed adds another star they don't give me an option for. I absolutely will use them everytime and highly recommend Petcare group with the love and safety of your home as well as your pets.
I loved working with PetCare Group! I had amazing experiences all throughout my time there. As a college student who was only home for the summer, It was a great way to make money and spend time with all sorts of pets. I love animals, so it was an incredible opportunity. I cannot wait to come back and work over break!
Jen is the best pet sitter that I’ve worked with. She’s very professional, kind, trustworthy, and down to earth. I have a lot of pets and I was a little anxious to see if she could take on caring for all of them while I went away and she was so pleasant and eager to offer her services. I always receive detailed nice updates from her after each visit along with pictures which always puts my mind at ease. I would highly recommend her services. She’s the best at what she does.

Pet Care group is AWESOME!! Her staff takes time out to change my puppy’s blanket in her crate as she’s not trained yet . They absolutely go above and beyond for your dog . Highly recommend just don’t cancel a walk after 5 pm the day before or you still have to pay 🥴 …
Jen and team were a blessing when we went away on a vacation for 15 days. I was very anxious about the whole trip because it would be 1st time away from my cat for such a long time but thanks to my friend for recommending Petcare group. Piper and Luna were happy at the comfort of their home and well cared for. I would def recommend them 💯
PetCare Group is the best! They take great care of my very social cat. They spend time playing with her and not just filling up food and water. Olivia is amazing with my rambunctious, reactive with strangers at home, quirky dog. She took the time to slowly get to know him and let him know her. She comes to my house to let him out now and he is excited to see her. Marty also goes to her in-home daycare and loves it! Olivia is an amazing Pet Sitter!

Trustworthy and reliable
When dogs chew the plastic, it needs to be replaced, when they have an accident, it needs to be cleaned immediately, so they n employees don’t fall. Aggressive dogs can not be mixed in, you end up at hospital. If someone that knows what they are talking about offers suggestions, listen. Keep dogs moving, people want dogs having fun, playing, interacting, unless they can’t n are elderly. When they come home from work they are tired and their dog should be happy to see them but also feel like they had a busy day. Not , gee! Me, me, me, let’s walk n play for hours now, I had hours of boredom while you were at work! No non spayed or neutered, all shots. If any chance of illness…no do not endanger 50 for 1. The location has the ability to be wonderful. N children should not be brought in to middle to lay around n play with dogs. It is a business, dogs are wonderful animals but once you put 5 together anything can happen. It’s not a child day care a I repeat, kids do not belong on the floor with clients dogs. If a dog bites once you are putting him at risk for bitting again. Step on them, if you bang into them n they have cancer n you don’t know it, a nice dog will bite. You now created an issue for dog owner because you thought it would be fun to have your kids on the floor of a dog day care/ boarding business.
Very expensive for a fair job. I left it to the groomer’s discretion and although my girl was very pretty when I picked her up, they barely cut any hair. i will need to bring her for a haircut elsewhere and pay a nominal fee. Anyway $95 dollars for a wash and a trim for a 10 pound dog is absurd. I will not be returning. Chris and Zoe
Amazing service! I first sent Chloe just for grooming. Then she has done doggy daycare a few days as needed. Always is happy when she sees where we are going. Lia and the team are AWESOME!!!
Our favorite doggy day care spot! Our dog, Houie, goes a few days a month and he absolutely loves the whole team there. He goes running in as soon as we walk through the door. Highly recommend!
They did a wonderful job grooming my Corgi! Everyone there is friendly and their prices are very reasonable. So happy we have a new groomer!

I have two rescue dogs who I have to board occasionally, they have high anxiety and we have had bad experiences at previous places but I feel so comfortable leaving my dogs at Fuzzy Butts. It is clear all of the staff I have met care so much for the dogs here and treat them as their own. My dogs who hate going places, love going here even to board! The staff are so accommodating and they communicate so well during their stay.
Our daniff goes to fuzzy butts for regular daycare and boarding. When we get out of the car he runs to the front door and is genuinely excited to see everyone and spend time with his other doggie friends. He had major separation anxiety and a very particular diet due to his size (he needs three meals plus a day) and fuzzy butts has been more than accommodating. The staff are extremely friendly and we love the daily picture updates!
Fuzzy Butts is top tier! The staff is extremely friendly and personable. They go above and beyond to make your pup feel at home. On top of all that, their facility is state of the art. I am extremely happy that my dog is a Fuzzy Butts pup!
