We had a lovely time in Javea over Christmas staying in Karins quaint little house on the hill . Karin is the perfect host . She met us from the bus at the bottom of the hill and had some lovely chicken soup ready for us which was very welcome after the plane and bus journey . We met the 2 fur babies .A little shy at first but by the next day we were the best of friends Karin took us on a tour of the area the next day and had a lovely Spaghetti cooked for us that evening It was lovely to have time to get to talk to Karin and hear all about her travelling ventures Karin left early the next morning so we were in charge of the 2 cats 2 very different types ,but fun to watch them .Poppy who is the older one is the boss and it only took a stare at Dorian to let him know that They had a few skirmishes but got over it quickly .Dorian is the more playful one ..They were no trouble once they were fed and watered they were happy and stayed out most of the day. Be sure to visit the beautiful church further up the hill and Javea Harbour is beautiful. I would full recommend this sit if you are lucky enough to be asked Anne and Michael
We had a fantastic time looking after Maeve. She is super friendly and well behaved, very snuggly and smart too. The house was conveniently close to a big park and a nature reserve/woodland area, so there were lots of nice places to walk with her. She was also happy to come with us into town on little adventures! Kevin and Dinah are very welcoming hosts with a snazzy, modern home. They were good at communicating about the house and Maeve. We had a nice time in the basement flat cooking with the various appliances, enjoying the large tv and lush bathrooms. It was nice to be close to the city and still feel like we were in a peaceful place outside of the hustle and bustle. This was a lovely house sitting experience and would be happy to visit again.
Fred is the absolute best. It was such a pleasure watching him, he has such a fun personality. Carolyn was also the best, it felt like we had known her for years after first meeting. Shes responsive and so helpful. Their condo was great and in a nice location in the heart of downtown Chicago, steps from the river walk and a quick walk to Michigan Avenue. We hope to watch Fred again in the future!
Lindsey was thoughtful and did everything possible to make my stay welcoming and comfortable. She is a lovely woman who really lives with a purpose. Ruthie, oh, my goodness! Ruthy has to be one of the sweetest smartest dogs I’ve met in my life. She is an absolute delight and an extremely cooperative being. If you have the opportunity to stay with Ruthie, you will be blessed.
Caner (pet parent) was very clear with instructions throughout the sit. Brownie and April are older dogs, who enjoy both their walks and long-ish sleep sessions. When adjusted to your presence, Brownie and April are chill as they enjoy the occasional belly rubs. If you haven’t cared for older dogs before, remember to ask questions. As mentioned before, Caner will respond with clarity! Overall, amazing views of the Greek islands in a quiet neighborhood. Grocery stores are within walking distance. Mouse is a very lovely cat and for his young age very behaved, he is curious and likes to play, at the beginning he wants to get to know you first, but then he really opens up to you. Fell in love with him and that place ❤️ Very good connection, safe and quiet neighbourhood, super market right in-front of the building 🙏🏼 Furthermore, Mary is so cool and shows very much appreciation, you will feel like home immediately, she cares and reaches out to check if you are doing okay or if you need anything. I'm trying to review this based off my dogs experience since she's the one that loves this place. Checkin and checkout can take time during peak hours so be prepared for that and some confrontation in the lobby between the furballs. But CityBark worked with my dog who at first was reactive until she got used to daycare and now she loves it here and the staff treat her like their best friend. They even do photo days!
We were looking for puppy daycare and I found a really great option with City Bark Broomfield. Our puppy LOVES to go play with other dogs and we love knowing that we are leaving him with staff that is friendly, helpful and awesome!
My dog’s been going to daycare at the Broomfield location and recently did her first time boarding. She’s a rescue and loves other dogs, but is iffy on people and new experiences, but they have a good vibe there and she’s had a great time. She even likes the people. And, she loves the playtime. It’s been great for us.
Stopped in to check out doggie daycare for my dog. What a great place! Staff was amazing (shout out to Lisa!) and was really impressed with the facility. Great options at various price points that can fit most budgets. I will def use City Bark for day care and boarding.
This place seems very reputable online, but I’m not sure what how to feel about it after two stays. My dog stayed for about 5 nights about 2 months from each stay. The price had doubled for the second. It was around the holidays, but I would’ve appreciated a heads up. When I said I wasn’t expecting that much, the lady told me the price hadn’t been that for over 6 months. During his actual stay his first time he did not get a whole lot of playtime even though I paid for it. He was scared to go back, but seems happy enough after I picked him up, but 350 for 5 nights happy? I could’ve driven to my home state 10 hours away with him and spent less in gas. I feel the value of what you actually get is laughable. My dog seems to be a number in a system compared to other daycares. He went to one for only 110 for 5 nights and got FULL daycare included, not just half. The staff knew me by name, even when they did not meet me upon drop off. They also gave him a full assessment. Something that not even my long time daycare of two years did not provide and discounted days for joining. If you are looking at this place, I would recommend a tour and to watch your dog closely to make sure you are getting your moneys worth. There is lots of option and this one is the Walmart of doggie daycares.
We have gone to City Bark’s for a long time- and specifically Broomfield for the last year. I’ve always appreciated their service and my dog always enjoys going for daycare or boarding. Today the staff really went above and beyond, specifically Jamie, who answered the phone when I called asking if they could send a photo of my dog (who is being boarded) because I had a really hard day. Not only was Jaime beyond kind and understanding, the staff sent a picture of my dog shortly thereafter with a sweet message. I will always recommend City Bark Broomfield, but this really showed me how great of a team they are!
Been going to City Bark since we moved to Broomfield about a month ago, and its night and day difference in how my dog reacts to getting dropped off. At our old daycare, she would whine and resist going back with them, but at City Bark she wags her tail in the lobby and seems to have much more fun. It's also nice to see the cams where the pet attendants actually play with her, where at the last place I'd see her begging for pets and getting ignored. The enrichment options, while a little pricey (not unfairly tho), also really helped her get used to the new environment.
City Bark Broomfield: A $760 Lesson in Subpar Pet Care If you’re looking for a premium boarding facility where your beloved pet can return home happy, healthy, and clean, do not choose City Bark Broomfield. My recent experience was appalling, to say the least. After spending $760 for an extended stay, my dog came home baptized in urine—not a faint odor, but an overwhelming stench that required four (yes, four) thorough baths to remove. His bedding and toys were similarly soaked in filth, leaving my car and home reeking of neglect. This wasn’t just an oversight; it was outright negligence. The management’s excuses were equally infuriating. They claimed my dog “notoriously pees in his room,” which is blatantly false. Even if this were true, how does that justify allowing him to stew in his own waste for days? Their “solution” was to offer a complimentary bath for future stays. Future stays? After this, I wouldn’t trust them to watch a stuffed animal. Communication during and after his stay was riddled with vague explanations, hollow apologies, and zero accountability. For $760, you’d expect top-tier care, not a facility that treats your pet like a medieval prisoner locked in a dirty cell. I strongly advise pet owners to think twice before trusting City Bark with their furry family members. They may have a slick facade, but behind the scenes, your pet might as well be on their own.
I always hate traveling and leaving Avie behind. Honestly this was one of the most stress free I’ve been leaving her. The ability to just send a text and look at the play cameras put me at ease. To the point where I didn’t feel the need to check in on her one of the days I was gone. The report cards that told me the feeding was one of my favorite parts since I got an accurate read on how much she ate for each of her meals. I will definitely send her back for boarding. Thank you guys so much for taking care of Avie while I was gone for the weekend!
I send my dog to daycare here occasionally and have had a good experience. I can find her playing on the webcams throughout the day and she comes home very tired out. The new client unlimited daycare month package saved me so much money for the first month. The one negative is that drop off in the mornings can take a really long time due to only 1-2 people working the front. The workers are doing their best but it’s a bit frustrating to wait in line 20 minutes to drop off my dog and then be late for work as a result.
I dropped my 2 year old pup off for his first ever professional groom. He got a Bath Brush nail trim and teeth clean. He came out looking super handsome with a tie not to mention how happy and excited he was. His nails were trimmed perfectly, Teeth looked way more white, less shedding and he smelled great. We will definitely be taking our pup back here!
If you have a high energy breed consider finding a different place. The hours they are out playing is 8 or 9 to 11 and then 1 to 3. My Brittany is reenergized by time I pick him up at 6. In addition, multiple times he has been in the kennel more than that because they have employees call out and they don’t have the enough employees to let all the dogs out at once.
I am very thankful for Bowhaus in Erie. Both of my dogs get so excited to visit! There is nothing better than feeling confident about where you leave your pups for the day or a trip! They have a large indoor and outdoor area. Also, I love their enrichments and holiday events! You cannot go wrong with taking your pup to Bowhaus.
LITERALLY THE BEST PLACE YOU CAN BRING YOUR DOG!!! I have brought my senior dogs here and my puppy. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is super patient, kind, compassionate, caring, loving, and they have the BEST customer service. I have boarded my dogs and they love going. My puppy is learning to socialize and they are researching her breed to make sure she is successful. I am over the moon about BowHaus. I hope all employees get a significant raise. You have a forever customer. ❤️
This is the only place our pup PULLS to get INTO. Love the webcams and the ease of booking. Prices seem high to me but it’s not like you can find similar for less.
Bowhaus was able to accommodate a last minute walk in reservation for us! They provided pictures and a report card for the day. Our 11 month old pup had never been so tired. Highly recommend and definitely plan on letting Oliver join the pack! Live webcams are a plus also!
While I don't board my dog, we do use the grooming services here. Katelyn is the absolute best groomer around. We have been with her for years, followed her to 3 different places. She's the only one I'll trust with my labradoodle. She takes extra caution with his ears as he's prone to infections when they get wet. He loves going to see her.
All I know is that everyone at Bowhaus is very nice and my dog comes home happy from his visits. That's all that matters. Happy dog.... happy life. :)
Bowhaus is such an awesome place to take my little boy!! He is loved, and cared for by everyone. I appreciate that they take pictures of him when he is there and that I can see him playing with his friends on live video. The fact that they offer new and thoughtful ways to stimulate their senses and use every teachable moment to help them be better, is a bonus!! Website in not compatible for booking although advertised. When I called the chick up front didn't even take down my information. She explained it was a very long process to get the dogs in and that the groomer was scheduled out until September....Receptionist convinced me to go elsewhere. Please reach out if you'd like to provide us services for two dogs. I have already created a profile for my dogs. Doubt I'll get a call. Horrible customer service.
I LOVE working with Eric and Krissia! Our dogs have gone to various doggy daycares and spent time with sitters on Rover, but working with Rock Paw has been, by far, one of our best experiences. I love that our girls get lots of small-group socialization when they hike with other pups, and they get to experience a wide variety of environments and lots of new smells! The Rock Paw team is flexible and kind and treats your family like their own. I cannot tell you how relieved we are to have found reliable care that we and our girls both LOVE.

Krissia and Eric provide amazing pet care! Our high anxiety, high energy Aussie loves her hikes with both of them. We are continually impressed by Rock Paw's incredible professionalism. The communication is top-notch and they worked with us when our dog was recovering from an Achilles tear. They have also helped with our leash training. I highly recommend Rock Paw.
We would 100% recommend entrusting your pup's walking / hiking needs with Rockpaw!! Krissia has been taking care of our puppy, Pippin (an Australian Shepherd), for the past few months now and we couldn't be happier with her level of care. Pippin LOVES Krissia, she goes nuts when she knows she's about to go on a hike with her and always comes back ready for a nap (which for an Aussie is a huge win!) - Krissia clearly knows how to make her pups happy & tire them out :D We have been working with Pippin since Day 1 to be appropriately off-leash trained and instill positive behavioural traits. Finding someone who respects our training approach and is mindful to continue it was very important to us. Krissia has been very conscientious of our training approach and has helped us to provide a consistent environment for Pippin when she's with her. We couldn't appreciate this more!! We cannot speak highly enough of the experience we have had with Rockpaw!
We have used Rock Paw for the past two years and they are the best. They walk our dog every day in the South Boulder/Table Mesa neighborhood. They always show up on time and communicate any change in schedule.
I can't say enough about the great care Krissia and Eric provide my little gal, Rhubarb. I have been working with them for about 8 months now, and I can't imagine them not being on my life support/pet care team. They are reliable, accommodating and exceedingly professional. I know when Rhubarb spends time with them that she is treated as one of their own animals. I cannot recommend RockPaw more highly!
Krissia and Rock Paw are amazing! Krissia has been hiking with my dog Eva five days a week for more than two years now and I have nothing but praise for Rock Paw. The high level of professionalism and commitment is impressive. She also does drop in visits to care for our elderly cat when we are traveling and does a fabulous job. I can't recommend Rock Paw highly enough. Oh, and Krissia's pet photography skills are unmatched.

We met Krissia from Rock Paw when our puppy was only 9 weeks old. She has been taking care of him once a week for us for the last 4 months - and for a week when we were out of town. Krissia is the best pet sitter I have ever had and truly goes above and beyond. She has a genuine love for animals and it shows. She is very trustworthy, thorough and professional. I have left my cats in her care numerous times without cell service and never had to worry. I recently moved out of state and not being able to have Krissia to check on my cats anymore has been one of the hardest changes!
Jennifer is absolutely wonderful! She watches my two cats whenever I go out of town, and she is always responsive, courteous, and does an excellent job of keeping the cats happy. With other pet sitters in the past, the cats sometimes seemed needy or stressed after we returned home, but when Jennifer watches them they are happy as clams. I highly recommend her!
Jennifer is wonderful. She cares for my two kitties as though they were her own. She is kind, caring, and absolutely competent. The first time I met her, I felt completely at ease, with no doubt that she would take good care of my four-legged family members. One of my kitties is 17, quite frail, and requires daily medication. The other kitty is anxious and his go-to response to just about anything new or even slightly unusual is to bolt. I can tell from the daily videos that Jennifer sends, however, that both of my kitties are quite calm around her--which is a really big deal. I love seeing the videos of my kitties when I'm traveling and I can hear Jennifer softly talking to them, which is reassuring. I'm grateful to have found someone I trust with the care and safety of my kitties because that eliminates some of the stress I feel when I have to leave them. I will definitely continue to hire Jennifer and highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for excellent care for their companion animals.
Jennifer has been taking care of our kitties for a few months. She is extremely reliable, excellent with medications, and very committed the well-being of our cats. One of our kitties has GI Lymphoma. She requires feedings 4 - 5 times per day. Her behavior has to be watched to figure out some of her additional medications. Jennifer has been our eyes and ears and we are so grateful for her! I highly recommend her.
Jennifer pet sits and walks our chihuahua and takes care of our 2 cats and they all just love her. When we come home from a trip it’s as though we didn’t even leave. It wasn’t always like that so we’re very grateful for her services and professionalism. She is just wonderful with animals, they took to her right away which surprised us. Jennifer is a reliable, friendly and caring professional for our farm animal care. She kept us updated with texts and pictures daily and assured us all was well. We has pigs, llamas, chickens, turkeys, livestock guard dogs and cats. She is our farm sitter.
Jennifer is awesome. Best pet sitter I’ve ever used. She takes care of my chickens when I travel for work (which is often). She’s incredibly conscientious and responsible - she watches out for them as though they were her own pets (the importance of this cannot be overstated!), communicates well and sends pics to me that provide peace of mind, and keeps me up to date on anything that she notices around their coop or my house so that I don’t come home to any surprises. I never worry about my chickens when I go out of town because I know they are in the absolute best hands! Finding her has been a lifesaver because I used to worry all the time and have to reach out to my pet sitters to make sure they were actually showing up, watching out for things, etc. If you’re considering hiring her, DEFINITELY DO IT you will not find anyone better!!!
Jennifer was able to give me an affordable rate for a college student. She took care of my pet bunny Lola for a couple weeks and they had a great time together. When I came back I was happy to see my bunny healthy.

Paws & Claws has been kind and reliable to our family. They’ve watched our two cats while we were away for holidays over the past five or more years. Molly, Ryan, and Paula were lifesavers for us whenever we were gone. They cared for our girl like she was there own. They came even when we needed a quick potty break for our girl unexpectedly.We always had detailed updates, and pictures while we were gone. In the final days of our sweet girl’s life, they went above and beyond to make our girl comfortable while we had to be away on a family trip. It meant the world to know they were taking care of our dog, and also to know that someone was watching over our house as well. My senior dog had a big surgery and needed someone to be with her to monitor for several days post surgery. I was not able to take off time from work, and was very glad to find Melanie. She stayed with my dog all day for the whole week while she was recovering during the time I was at work. Melanie kept me updated on how my girl was doing and responding all day long, sent pictures, and made sure she had her medication at the right times and was comfortable during her recovery. She was patient and gentle with my dog, who was sad to see her go each day when I got home. It was a great relief to have someone qualified and so caring helping during a stressful time.
Melanie stayed with our two dogs in our townhome in Boulder over Thanksgiving holiday. She was with them for five days, and we came home to the house exactly as we left it and with happy dogs inside. Additionally, Melanie was extremely accommodating with requests that I had throughout the week. She was wonderful!
Melanie and Robbie took such good care of our cat, JJ. We were gone for 9 days and we had requested Lovett's pet care to cat-sit JJ. Robbie visited JJ everyday for an hour and showered our cat with exceptional care and attention. Melanie and Robbie sent us photographs everyday. They also shared detailed description of their visits with JJ and made us feel so content and happy. We were able to enjoy our vacation because we knew that JJ was in safe and loving company. JJ was so well cared for that when we arrived he was calm and collected. He didn't seem to miss us a lot because he enjoyed hanging out with Robbie so much. We are so grateful for Melanie and Robbie. To people who are looking for an absolute awesome care service for their pets-- Lovett's Pet Care of Boulder is the best option!!!

Best pet care in Boulder. My dog is extremely anxious with new people and settings but Melanie did the best job in making my dogs stay a lot more comfortable and enjoyable.
Cindy and her team are not just the best care we could find for our pets it’s the best service I’ve ever heard of. While we were out of the country one of our pets had an emergency situation and not only did Cindy’s team recognize immediately that something was wrong she solved the problem. If it were not for this amazing team our little Daisy may not be with us. If you need pet care while you’re away you will not find a better option.
We've been using VIPet's services for our last several trips out of town, and feel very happy to have found a sitter service who we trust completely with our home and our pets. We receive photos from the sitters at every visit, and you can tell the owner, Cindy, takes pride in providing dependable service from sitters who are true animal lovers. My only recommendation for the sitters would be to ensure that all overhead lights that were turned on during the visit, are turned off upon their departure.
Cindy and her crew have been taking great care of my Orion (cat) for over 2 years now and I would highly recommend them for any pet-sitting needs you have. At the end of every visit I get a text with photos and an update on how Orion is doing and that is very comforting. Solid, reliable, responsive….what more can you ask for? 5 stars for sure!

Incredible Pet sitting service, we have used VIPet a handful of times now with more upcoming. While getting set up for service they are very thorough in getting as much information as possible to ensure they can provide excellent service for your pet. Claudia, has been absolutely fantastic and has made our out of state travel stress free with frequent updates and detailed logs of her visits. Highly recommend and will be using again as long as I live in this area.
I have used VIPets several times for taking care of my senior cat and keeping my plants alive, both indoors and out, while I’ve been away for sometimes extended trips. The kindness and professionalism of everyone who has come has been exceptional. Getting daily texts and pictures helps me see how things are going and is reassuring. I have only one frustration and understand that it is being addressed. A couple of times there has been missed communication while setting up initial visits - I have sent emails that were not seen until days later, causing confusion and flurries of last minute texts or calls. This has happened on two separate trips months apart which is why I mention it. I believe that issue is supposed to be resolved in the upcoming weeks. I advise using text messages as the best way to communicate reliably. I’m definitely a repeat customer!
This was our first time using VIPet Sitting - or any pet sitting service - for our kitty Valkyrie and it was a wonderful experience! Cindy and her team took excellent care of our little lady while we were away and provided daily updates that really helped us feel better about leaving her home for a few days for the first time since we’ve adopted her. I highly recommend Cindy and her amazing team at VIPet Sitters to anyone who could use their services. It was our first time using at-home pet services and it was exactly the experience we had hoped for. Constant communication, updates, pictures (we so appreciated all the many pictures!) and we arrived home to two very happy very well cared for pups. Cindy requested that I message her once we were physically back together with our girls. Rather than assuming we made it home at the expected time, Cindy makes sure of it before considering the job done. I really appreciated that. For years when they were younger, our girls would board at a pet hotel whenever we would leave town. They were always very well taken care of but our one pup who has a bit more separation anxiety would have a desperate and frantic excitement about her when we would pick them up. Even though they were well taken care of, it was a stressful experience. When we arrived home this time though, they were both excited to see us but there was no desperation in their excitement. We came back to two sound asleep pups who had been well taken care of in their own home by some really great folks. To Cindy, Shannon, Daniel, and Mindy - Thank you so very much for taking such great care of our girls. You guys awesome!
We've used VIPet Sitters for several years now to watch our two kitties. They have been amazing with our boys over the years. They give picture and text updates every time they come over and make sure they get some love and attention while we are away. Recently, both our kitties were put on medication. They did a great job giving the kitties their meds with no issues (which is hard for cats)! I would definitely recommend VIPet for your pet sitting needs.
VIPet Sitter has taken care of my animal many times in the last 2 years. They have been amazing every single time and I know I can trust them with my animals. One of my cats got sick while I was away, and Cindy personally came and took my cat to the vet and communicated with me the whole time about what was going on and how I wanted it handled. Sirius Pet Care goes above and beyond with every service that they offer. When we hire Mickey, we laugh that our pets get more attention and walks with him there, then while we are home. He takes them on fabulous walks around the neighborhood, letting them explore and run. His notes after every single visit let us know that our pets are happy, and in turn, that makes us thrilled. There is no one else we would hire to take care of our very loved pets.
We live in Arvada and have used Sirius Pet Care several times. Each time Mickey and/or MJ have done an excellent job. Initially we had a meet and greet and the dogs instantly took to both of them. We've had them come for daytime walks/feedings if we're gone for several hours to staying overnight for several days. We're always very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them for anyone in the area that needs any of their services.
Mickey did a wonderful job taking care of our cat. Five days before we left on vacation our dog passed away. Our cat Oscar and our dog Luke were best buddies. Oscar was depressed and would not eat prior to us leaving. I was very worried about Oscar and did not want to go on our trip. This was the first time I hired Mickey to pet sit and I am very pleased I did. Mickey gave Oscar the attention and love he needed. Oscar did well, he started eating and actually gained weight while we were gone. Having Mickey check on him every day gave me a piece of mind that put me at ease! Thank you so much Mickey! Mickey was so wonderful and patient with our sweet but sometimes difficult dog Scooter. At first, we were nervous to have someone else walk Scooter who can sometimes be aggressive but Mickey took things slow and got to know him so that Scooter was comfortable on his walks. I highly recommend him and his team of dog walkers!
We were going to Hawaii for a week and needed a dog sitter. We'd never used a professional dog sitting business before, but were extremely happy and impressed by Sirius Pet care! They spent 8 nights at our house, which included walks in the morning and at night, and they stopped by each day in the afternoon for another visit/walk. It was very affordable. They played with the dogs a ton and took great care of them -- when they stopped by after the pet sitting was over, the dogs treated them like family! (Jamey was the person we specifically had from Sirius.) We got several text message updates when we asked how the dogs were doing, which was great because our dogs are really important to us. We also have five chickens that they took good care of -- it was actually a difficult situation because we'd just introduced two younger chicks to the flock and they were getting picked on, but Jamey did a great job handling it. Couldn't ask for better. If you want a great pet sitter in the area, I'd highly recommend Sirius Pet Care!
We began using Mickey when we moved to Arvada. What a blessing to find him. He has watched our dog half a dozen times over the course of the year. He is very professional and gives our pups the love they need when we are gone. Mickey really helped me out when my father passed away by being there in just a few hours notice. I really don't know what I would have done without him. I like that he leaves notes for every visit about the dogs and how they were doing. I can't say enough great things about Mickey, his staff or Sirius Pet Care. I would highly recommend and do as often as I can.
Sirius Pet Care is hands-down the best pet sitting service I've ever used. Our dogs are family, and we were very worried about leaving them with someone unknown. We shouldn't have worried: Sirius was fully licensed and very responsible, walking us through everything, getting medical records on the puppies and learning their routines, having plans for emergencies, learning what treats to give and when, and the sitter even came out to meet us (and the dogs!) before hand. During our stay, the sitter (Jamey) stayed overnight at the house, cared for the dogs (they love him like family now), and gave us regular status updates. They also took great care of our chickens, collected our mail, and kept the house going. Great company, friendly people running it, and excellent service. The price was reasonable, as well. I would recommend them to anyone in the area who needs pet care they can count on.
