We had a wonderful time pet sitting for Deborah & Brian. Their two adorable dogs, Daisy & Dora are just the sweetest! They have such a calm, gentle and loving nature. They enjoy their walks and lots of cuddles! We went on beautiful walks to East Sheen common & through Richmond park. There is an enclosed area called Two Storm Wood where Daisy & Dora love running around off lead. They have a lovely spacious home, which is very clean & tidy. It is very easy to work from there as there are two offices to work from, if you go as a couple. We would love to go back soon! Xxx
We enjoyed two lovely weeks in Barbara and Eugenes comfortable home in Seaview on the Isle of Wight. Their home is set in a very pretty secluded garden with lots of very scenic footpaths that lead you along coastal and countryside paths. Seaview is a quaint village with independent shops, great resturants and rocky beaches, sandy beaches are just a short walk away. Hugo is an adorable Norfolk/Yorkshire Terrier who we fell in love with, he is such a good little boy and accepted us straight away so wherever we were he was too! Hugo decided that he wasn't going to be left in the kitchen at night but sneaked in the bed between us, we didn't mind as he didn't take up too much room and he didn't snore unlike one of us!!! Hugo liked to go for his early morning walk and as the weather was beautiful he sat with us on the beach checking that the seagulls didn't get too close. Hugo is so easy to take care of, he isn’t really interested in other dogs only food so we were able to take him anywhere as he was so well behaved. We will definitely miss little Hugo and would be very happy to sit for him again.! Thank you Barbara and Eugene for trusting us to take care of your precious boy!
I had the most incredible time taking care of Glenn in Rotterdam, You will fall in love with him & it will be hard to say goodbye at the end! Glenn is the most affectionate and sweet cat I’ve ever met - all he wants is to be by your side (or on your lap!) and enjoys lots of cuddles! Big thanks to Luc who was incredibly accommodating and kind throughout the entire experience also! It was an absolute pleasure. If you are interested in seeing some of the sights of Rotterdam Luc’s house is in the absolute best location with the attractions at your doorstep as an added bonus as well! 100% recommend :)
I really loved watching Ziggy at Willem's house. I definitely recommend house sitting in this beautiful area of Rotterdam together with Zig. Communication went super smooth and Willem is really reliable. He makes sure you will definitely feel at home :) Ziggy is an adorable cat, small and into lots of playing and yes, cuddling as well. Ziggy plays outside a lot, so during the day you won't see her lots. During the evening she will come inside more often to give you little hugs and for her food of course :) I really do miss her and that's why I even have watched Ziggy twice, because I loved it lots. :) Willem's house is amazing though. He is living in an authentic Rotterdam house, which is super spacious, has all the great conveniences you need including a rooftop, great coffee, superfast Wi-Fi (and of course our beloved Ziggy <3). Because of that all I was able to work really well remotely. Again, I really recommend house sitting here, you will enjoy lots!
We really enjoyed our time staying at Caitlin’s apartment in Glasgow. The cats, Peru and Animal, were very sweet—like many cats, they took some time to get used to having new folks around, but once they had warmed up a bit they wanted lots of cuddles. The apartment is spacious, well-located and has a cosy vibe that was lovely in the middle of December. As Australians we also enjoyed having a proper Christmas tree for the first time! Caitlin was supportive and responsive to communication regarding anything going wrong—as, for example, when we had some boiler trouble. She made sure we had enough food for the cats and gave detailed instructions regarding their medication/general medical needs. Overall a lovely stay!
We really enjoyed our time with Cybi and Percy at Nick and Michael's very lovely house. Everything was organised so well and it was easy to become friends very quickly with Cybi and Percy. Cybi is totally delightful and we enjoyed many walks with him and he liked to cuddle up in the evening. Percy is a real character and has a real sense of humour and is very communicative. The house is simply lovely - full of lovely objects and culture yet also very homely. Having never visited Porthmadoc and its surrounding area, we couldn't have landed in more lovely landscape. It was a total treat each morning to wake up to the lovely view from the house. Thank you so much Nick and Michael for giving us the opportunity to stay in your lovely home and spend time with Cybi and Percy. Please call on us again if you require any further housesitting.
