Tracy was a wonderful pet and house sitter. She is very conscientious, communicates easily and asks very good questions so there is no doubt about her responsibilities. She immediately bonded with Beau and took great care of him. She left the house neat and tidy. I can recommend her highly and look forward to having her come again.

After 5-6 years on zeewoi and experiences with several short and long-term housesitters from all over the world, this unfortunately is the first time we've had a problem. As a homeowner and pet lover, I rely on this site and also on the reviews, so I feel compelled to write an honest review even if it isn't totally positive. I'm giving this sit a 2.5 Diana did things she promised to do and things she promised not to do. Pros: Diana fed Jameson. We came home to a clean litter box. I think she used the brush to brush him. She keeps her phone with her and responds quickly. Our housekeeper came after she left and before we got home and had no major complaints. Cons: We specifically ask in our ad for single sitters. Our home is small, the queen bed is small, the guest bath is small and our kitty is shy - so a single sitter is just better for our situation. I saw another review that said Diana had people come stay with her that weren't authorized. She and I discussed this and she told me that there would be a man coming into town to see her and play tennis and golf - but she assured me he was a friend and wouldn't be sleeping here, that he would get a hotel. Nope. He stayed here with her (we have a disclosed ring doorbell and camera in the garage). Sitters pass background checks on zeewoi and we interview them. She invited, what to us, is a random stranger to come and stay in our home with her. Then they decided to use our golf bags without even asking. When I confronted her I got excuses about not wanting to bother me on vacation, stress from a new relationship, etc. Ultimately, everything is fine. Nothing is missing, our golf equipment is fine, our cat is fine. My biggest complaint about choosing Diana is the lack of transparency and honesty in inviting someone to stay in our home with her. Also, she didn't send me pics or videos of Jameson except if I asked and I saw no pictures of her interacting with him.
