Amy and Rachel are the best. They always take great care of our fur babies. We have 3 cats and 2 dogs and are great with all of them. Several times we have needed last minute care and they have always been willing to help out however they can. It's been a true life line for my wife and I since we both travel for work often.

Amy and her daughter Rachel are amazing! My pups luv them soo much! My Pittie & Golden Shepard trust her and get soo excited when she cares for them. Thats why I will only trust her with my furbaby's! She really goes above and beyond! She sends daily updates and pics to put your mind at ease. Amy's background as a vet tech of 11 years shows through her knowledge, love, and care for her clients and their family. I highly recommend her!!

Could not recommend Amy more! She is so sweet and kind and accommodating. She’s been taking care of my kitties for years and always takes the best care of them. One of my cats had diabetes and Amy took such good care of her and took care of her when her blood sugar was too low and she was having problems. It is always such a comfort for me knowing that she is taking care of them. Recently had Amy’s daughter Rachel take care of my kitty and she was equally as caring and sweet! Wish I could give over 5 stars 😺

We used 4 Luv N Care Pet Sitting to visit & feed our dogs & cats while we were away for an extended weekend. The service was excellent. We were given updates on the status of our pets during our trip and returned to happy & healthy pets who seemed disappointed that it was us returning rather than the pet sitter who cared for them while we were away.

I had to go out of town for 5 days and my little (big) fur baby kitty was so well taken care of by Amy. She treated my cat like he was hers. He needed pills twice a day and had to eat at certain times. She spent quality time with him brushing him, sending me pictures and texts (and notes when I got back on everything). I had such peace of mind with her. I have recommended her to 3 of my friends and will continue as she exceeded my expectations. She truly loves animals and loves doing this. There is nobody better for you to put your trust in.

We absolutely adore Amy! My pooch loves to visit and gets along great with the pack. She takes the dogs for daily walks, and always provides updates or pictures. Not to mention, Amy has over 11 years experience as a Vet Tech, so I feel at ease knowing my baby is in great hands.

Amy is absolutely wonderful as a not only a dog sitter, but makes it so easy to work with her! We have used her multiple times for our dog, Rosie and the process could not be any more perfect. She has convenient times to drop off and pick up; always ensures she has everything she needs for Rosie during her stay, and has efficient communication from the time we drop her off until picking her up. Each time we drop off Rosie to Amy’s care, Rosie is SO excited and feels very comfortable with us leaving her there. When we pick her up, she is always extremely happy and tired (from having a lot of fun at Amy’s house!) Marissa and Alex as well as the entire staff at Dog Days did a fantastic job caring for my very active German Shorthair Pointer this weekend. They were so accommodating and took her in just hours after I called to inquire. I was in a bind and suddenly needed to find boarding for her. They not only graciously boarded her but also took the time to check in with me via text while I was away to let me know she was doing great! Marissa and Alex are also GSP owners so they understand their personalities and strong instinctive nature. That gave me and my husband such peace of mind. Their facility is clean, professional and full service. They will even bathe your dog before pick up. I love that they are open on Sunday. Many boarding facilities are not open on Sunday and you are forced to pay for another night if you arrive home on Sunday. Our family had an excellent experience with Dog Days and I’m certain your family will too. Dixie will be a returning customer!

competitive rates and quality service & facility.i esp loved that they don’t isolate and allow for playtime with other dogs. i have a senior dog so they paired her with other dogs her age/size and would send me videos/pictures to assure me she was in good hands. i also added in daily walks & a bathe before pick up so she was grommed & ready to come back home. i deff recommend!

My pup loves to go to Dog Days! He literally runs to the door to go see his friends. He has so much fun playing with his other pup friends. They are always so good to him and it makes me feel great that I’m leaving him somewhere safe and happy!

I was so scared to board my pup for the first time but they made the experience so comforting and made sure that I had updates and videos of my puppy every day he was there. They were so kind and reassuring! I will definitely be using them again!

Our little girl shepherd is big for 12 weeks . She is happy coming back home and sleeps better after having the day learning to socialize with the other pets. This has been a really great exercise for her to be. We always feel that they care for the dogs. Most of all for us is, that it doesn't smell like dirty dogs. This means alot to us and shows the true care they provide. How they handle little dogs with big dogs is amazing.

My dog Reign loves going to Dog Days. Since day 1, they have been so friendly and welcoming. My 7 month old plays her little heart out there and she comes home exhausted from a long day of play and social interaction which has helped her puppy energy levels tremendously. We have also seen a decrease in destructive chewing as well. Such a fun environment and I love that she is learning to be dog friendly to all different breeds. They have cameras as well so you are able to pop in and watch your fur baby play. I am so glad I found this place.

Our dogs loved it here. They spent the day there, were boarded overnight and picked up the next day. Owners/staff were communicative and friendly, they definitely cared about and enjoyed having our dogs. I was told our dogs seemed to have endless amount of energy, I think our dogs were just excited to be there because when I got home they were dog-tired and slept for hours which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this facility for daycare and boarding.

Two weeks ago I started using Dog Days daycare service for my Shih Tzu Monty, which is my service dog. I started a new job and unfortunately I cannot bring him with me. Dog Days has helped me tremendously with a very difficult transition. They take such good care of Monty and treat him as one of their own. As much as I hate being away from him, at least I know he is in great hands. Plus he has made a lot of new dog friends which I know he needed as well. If you are looking for an amazing, caring and personable company to help with your dog needs, I highly recommend them!

What a let down after Live Oak! Rocky point San Antonio smelled when we walked in, the rug at the door was filthy. There was nothing for enrichment in either Indoor area our two pups were in for their full day. When we picked them up, they smelled terribly and one was soaking wet. When we asked why one was wet we were told they had a leak and the outdoor turf was wet from the rain. Maybe don’t use those areas?? There was one indoor room that was empty all day. Staff is apparently unorganized because they didn’t even know which harnesses and leads were theirs. Leaving our furry children anywhere is difficult but unkept places like this one that don’t have any pride in what they do really makes it hard!

Convenient location for me to drop off and pick up dog. Knowledgeable staff. Great facility. The ability to watch my dog on camera while I work. I had friends tell me when you bring your dog home he is going to sleep because he will be all played out. I watched my dog play for almost 4 hours with a new best friend. I brought him home and he took two bites of food and quickly was fast asleep. He wasn’t prepared for all that fun. In addition, I took advantage of the bath and nail trim services, so Oreo was living his best life. Thank you Camp Bow Wow! Oreo can’t wait to come spend the week with y’all while my wife is in Italy for work next week.

I use day care services of Camp Bow Wow when I have an appointment in San Antonio. I know that Coco is in a safe, caring environment when I leave her there. The staff is great and the rates are very reasonable.

This was our first time boarding our dog and the staff made us feel comfortable about it. We loved that we could check on her on the cameras. And we really loved that she got a report card. Everyone was so caring and that made a huge difference.

Before my visit to this dog boarding facility, I was quite apprehensive about leaving my pet in an unfamiliar environment with unknown dogs. My perception of dog boarding centers was not favorable, often likening them to less-than-ideal conditions. However, this perception changed dramatically the moment I stepped in and met the ever-enthusiastic Emily Hilger. Her warm greeting and vibrant energy immediately eased my concerns. Emily was incredibly patient and responsive to the multitude of questions I had, addressing each one with remarkable knowledge and enthusiasm. I was particularly impressed to learn about the well-structured schedule of activities planned for the dogs, reminiscent of a fun-filled camp rather than a mere boarding facility. The requirement of a 'meet and greet' session for all dogs was another aspect that greatly comforted me, especially considering my dog's high energy levels. Observing the pristine condition of the facility and the evident happiness of the dogs there further solidified my confidence. If Emily's vibrancy and dedication are reflective of the entire staff, I am convinced that Camp Bow Wow offers a positive and enjoyable experience for both pets and their owners.

Paisley and Marley had a great day at Camp Bow Wow! I checked the camera several times during the day, and all I saw was a bunch a happy tail wagging! She was so tired after her play day!

I have boarded my two pups here and have had numerous nail trims and baths when boarded. I cannot be more pleased. My puppies are my heart and they really show care for them. I feel comfortable when leaving them here when I have to leave town knowing they are in caring hands.

We have been taking our cat AJ & puppy Walter here for about 7 months & won’t take them anywhere else! The staff is extremely friendly & accommodating. They get so excited to see the animals & you can tell they truly love their jobs. Our boys love going & as soon as we pull in the parking lot Walter gets so excited to see his friends at Home Away From Home! ❤️

Top notch all the way! The staff was awesome and when I called, (if you are familiar with other boarding facilities, this won't be lost on you) they actually answered the phone! And they knew my dogs by name and were able to give me a very specific report. Adjustments were needed for the comfort of the dogs, and they did what was best, no questions asked. Even at the onset they asked all of the pertinent questions to insure my dogs would have a great stay and my mind would be at ease. I appreciated the experience from start to finish and was happy to return from my vacation to relaxed dogs (as opposed to visibly stressed or frantic to go home pups). I also like that they don't nickel and dime you for basic quality of life features, as welfare of the dogs, including psychologically is at the forefront of the staff's mind. No one should have to pay extra for someone to walk your dog or expect a dog to be confined in an enclosure for the duration of a vacation🫣 Thank you all a million times over.😎

Everyone I've spoken to here has been really nice and helpful. I've taken my pup twice and she comes home tired but happy. Vaccinations are required. Reasonably priced fees for all of their services.

Ronin always enjoys her stay at home away from home. We boarded her somewhere else a couple of times but it was a struggle to get her out of the car. Now, we only use this place when we take a vacation. Ronin gets excited as soon as she sees her food bag getting packed because she knows exactly where she is going and enjoys her own little vacation here. Thank you Home Away From Home!

I found Paw Time Pet Sitters through a neighborhood moms site on Facebook. Malaysia, Daisy, and the rest of the team are a godsend. Always go above and beyond what my expectations are. I get email updates after every visit, with pictures of all my pets and a check list of what they have done. During one visit, Malaysia and her husband noticed my washer hoses were leaking, they quickly got the water turned off and the mess cleaned up. I will continue to use them for as long as we live in San Antonio.

There service is great. I appreciated the meet/greet time. While we were alway, they spent time with our senior dog. The sent pictures and updates. Dave was great. I felt at ease because I knew she was in go hands. Plus she was at home and not in a kettle.

When I reached out to Malaysia, she was always quick to respond, clear, and professional as well. Another green flag. When we met at a local park for a doggie meet and greet, my old man fell in love with her immediately. That sealed the deal for me! Finding Malaysia and Daisy (along with the rest of her wonderful crew) has been the greatest peace of mind. Their clear commitment to caring for animals (and my dog in particular) truly sets them apart. They always send detailed notes and photos of every single interaction. I have been getting my standard poodle groomed here since he was a puppy and the staff does an amazing job! I have tried other groomers but the work they do for the price is unmatched. I have also used their Playcare and training services. Both are a great resource and I highly recommend!

If you have an anxious dog, save yourself the headache. I’ve been taking my dog here since she was a puppy for her nail trim-she’s probably had about half a dozen visits. She’s never had a single behavioral problem, however she is a nervous dog. Today they gave her back to me stating she bit someone and they were unable to cut any of her nails. That’s fine, I get that anxious dogs can be difficult to work with. However, my issue is that she was sort of casually handed back to me without any care, covered in feces. I have chosen the palms in the past for grooming and training because they appeared to be knowledgeable about quality care for dogs (including anxious dogs.) However after that visit, I just don’t see that to be true. Staff was very helpful with a refund thankfully, however I definitely will not be returning.

I’ve been taking my standard poodle here for grooming for a few months now and I can say that this place is definitely 5 star (no one has encouraged me to write this review and I have no relation to anyone associated with this business). As an essential business, they stayed open during the heat of the COVID pandemic and took care of me and my pup, without missing a beat. My puppy always looks handsome when he leaves and smells amazing for quite some time after the fact. They always listen to what I want EVERY single time. Even though I’m a helicopter parent who calls nearly every hour to check on my pup, ask questions, and tell them things that I forgot to mention at drop off, they never have been rude or impatient with me. They also make special notes on my pup so he can get the care and attention that >>I<< think is appropriate. They also have a boarding facility. I’ve toured that space but I have not used it yet. Judging the way it looks and how I’ve seen the employees handle the dogs, I would feel comfortable leaving my pup here for an extended stay.

Had a wonderful experience boarding my little Zelda for a couple of days. Staff was super friendly and sweet with her. You can tell they genuinely love and care for the dogs there. I also got her bathed as well. She smelled amazing and seemed so happy! Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere to board your fur baby or have them groomed.

A friend had recommend the Palms and I boarded my dogs here for a short weekend trip (two nights) and had them in a suite together. We were able to bring our own dog bed and toys to make them feel at home. I didn't get any calls or updates during the stay that there were any issues so I assume everything went well. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because when I picked up my dogs, one of them had a gash on the top of her head that was approximately 1/2 inch wide and fairly deep. When I met them at the door I noticed there was a drop of blood on my dogs head but figured it was just a little blood from one of them getting a small cut and transferring it, or something along those lines. Before I put her in the car I realized that it was not just blood on her fur but a gash. I brought her back in and notified them because no one mentioned it and no staff had noticed when I picked them up. No one was able to tell me what had happened or had any clue on how this could have happened and that's what makes me upset. They did not play with other dogs during their stay and my two have no history of being aggressive or snapping at each other. I understand accidents happen and she very well could have hit it on something but for not one staff member to have noticed when it happened or be able to tell what happened (because it's not small) is disconcerting. The GM came out and was very apologetic and looked at it and did her best to try and figure out what happened but no one knew. They had their nails trimmed that morning and the person who did it said she did not see it at that time. Luckily the vet next door was able to see her immediately - which the GM coordinated. My dog had to be sedated to be given stitches for the wound. The Palms did pay for those services, which I am grateful for. I do appreciate the way the GM handled the situation on addressing it while I was there and paying for the medical bills, but unfortunately there won't be answers for how this happened. Again, I know accidents happen and I'm okay with that, but not knowing how is unsettling for me. Hopefully this is a moment the staff can learn from to ensure every pet is monitored more closely for their health and safety. I am not opposed to having my dogs stay at the Palms again, but the safety of my pets takes precedence and i wouldn't leave them again unless I knew every step was going to be accounted for.

I've used the palms many times and had a great experience but as we were leaving on vacation they wouldn't allow our puppy with all his vaccinations except for the flu which he has done many times to not stay there so we had to cancel a very expensive vacation last minute no help I would not suggest this company to anybody.

I have taken my dog Coco here a couple of times now for grooming. They have done a great job both times. Quick turn around and not a long wait to get a new booking. She is always excited to come and go here.

My two little dogs had never been in a boarding situation before. We recently had them stay in a luxury suite at the Palms. The staff were all warm and caring and kind. We will absolutely bring the doggies back here if we ever need to board them again.
