Jennie, Alan and Charlotte were great and I can't recommend them highly enough. Communication was excellent prior to the sit and they arrived exactly as planned even though it was an early morning after a long journey. Our handover was fairly rushed which was entirely my fault but they are clearly very experienced house sitters and took it in their stride. During the sit they kept me updated with lots of photos. On return, the house was immaculate and the cats obviously well loved and taken care of. They even left me a lovely card and gift. I wouldn't hesitate to have them sit for me again or to recommend them to others. Thank you!

Love the Perfect Pooch. I found them through Google and Yelp reviews and the reviews are so accurate. I was so worried as a new dog owner and they treat my dog with such care. They started watching him before he was fully vaccinated so more pet sitting and they were fantastic. I got tons of updates and pics and they truly care for the pets. They’re great about notes and requests and did a great job feeding him and keeping him entertained. I most recently tried their overnight service which was fantastic and didn’t disrupt my puppy’s routine. I always feel like my dog is cared for by folks (especially Joy!) who love dogs and take extra care to treat my puppy with kindness -highly recommended.
Leeland takes such good care of our 2 big pups! Her walkers are caring and detailed. My dogs love them and look forward walks with licks and kisses. We receive photos from each outing!
Maggie is pure joy. She's also a 55lb diva who needs a long walk every day to keep her being a pure joy as my workday co-pilot. I had a scary experience with a solo dog walker, and then I found Leeland, who heads the Perfect Pooch. Lili, Gable, Raeven and sometimes Leland herself walk Maggie both alone, and sometimes with great buddies. I've seen them outside from a distance, and know how Maggie is super excited when it's time for their arrival. Maya stayed with Maggie while we were away, too. I feel confident and very comfortable knowing Maggie gets her walk (no matter the weather). The portal is very easy to use for communication, and payment, too.

I have been using perfect pooch for cat sitting for several months now. They have watched our cats during several trips. It is easy to schedule via their app, they are reliable, take good care of our cats, and always send follow up notes and pictures. As an added bonus - they also leave our apartment tidy - vacuuming up litter and taking out the cat food tins.
New to the city and have been using the perfect pooch for over a month and weve been so happy. They use an app to message, schedule, and share all the happenings including real time mapped walks, timestamped visits, photos and a sweet message from the walker. Leeland the business owner is wonderful and communicative and came to meet our dog and then set up a meet up with our incredible primary walker Rheanna! Rheanna has been so great with our dog Finley, so respectful of our space and just an all around great person. Thank you for all you do for Finley!
My experience with The Perfect Pooch has been overly positive. The business owner is very responsive, and helps to do all booking, scheduling, payment, and messaging through a commonly used app. All employees have been trustworthy in my home, including the business owner who shares in the workload during busy weekends. Employees are largely detail oriented as well as cat-friendly and very patient even in the face of very shy cats who can lock themselves in a room.
I've been using The Perfect Pooch NYC for about a year now, and they take the BEST care of my little chihuahua! He was a COVID puppy, so I hadn't had to leave him with a walker/sitter before, but Leeland and her team are so professional, caring, and warm that I felt comfortable instantly. My dog be a little feisty (to put it nicely) but he adores his walker Ashley, and she keeps him happy and in check on their daily Central Park walks. I've also used them for overnight boarding, and was so impressed with the quality of care and updates. Can't recommend Leeland, Ashley, and the Perfect Pooch team enough!
As a very satisfied customer of the Perfect Pooch for a few years now, I have relied upon them for overnight pet sitting, walks, and at-home puppy sitting for three of my large breed dogs. I am so incredibly grateful to have them in my life. Leeland is a joy to work with, and the walkers are highly skilled, well trained, loving, and perennially punctual. However, an even higher recommendation comes from my dogs—they are so happy to see the walkers when they arrive that they completely forget I exist.

We used J&J PetCare during the summer of 2023 to take care of our two dogs (a yorkie and a chihuahua) over the course of 10 days when we were away, and we couldn't be more impressed with the service! They made apartment visits twice a day for our paper-trained pups, ensuring they were fed, had plenty of fresh water, and were treated to delicious treats. What really stood out was their attention to detail and the love they showed our dogs. They sent us regular videos and pictures, which made us feel so connected to our pups while we were away. It was clear they spent a lot of time playing and engaging with them during each visit, keeping them happy and entertained. Additionally, they always cleaned up the wee wee pads and replaced them with fresh ones, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend J&J Petcare in a heartbeat. Their level of care, communication, and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely be using their services again!

I can’t say enough about J&J Pet Care. They are incredibly reliable, professional and trustworthy. We frequently take unplanned weekend get aways, and J&J is able to take our puppy without advance notice. We know that she is in great hands from a team that really loves dogs and has their best interests in-mind. George always goes the extra mile and has even offered to pick-up needed items for our puppy when he is at the pet store. You don’t need to look anywhere else, J&J Pet Care is as good as it gets!

My dog really looks forward to seeing Jorge every morning! I get update pictures from every walk and my little guy comes back very exhausted from the amount of exercise he gets which is great! He’s also learned to use the bathroom outside which is a great success. Now a days it’s very hard to know who to trust with your fur babies. Overall we are happy with the service. My pups reaction at pick up time also let’s me know he is happy as well. Thank you!
J&J walks our dog Coco daily and on most days we get a photo of Coco showing her having a wonderful time on her walk. They are reliable and flexible and have really helped us out in emergencies. It is apparent that they LOVE animals - so gentle and loving with our pets. We highly recommend them. They sent us this photo of Coco on her walk one day (see attached).
Truly the best! Our dog is always excited to go to daycare. We can tell that she has loads of fun and is showered with love. Also very reasonably priced in comparison to many other competitors in the area
My boy loves Lily and the family so much! He made himself at home from day one. He gets so excited when I wake up a little earlier than usual in the morning and take him on the car cause that means we are going to the daycare lol. I take him there twice a week now. Lily always sent me tons of pics and videos which I really appreciate. She really takes good care of my baby and brings my attention if she notice anything. We have never met anyone as dedicated and loving as Lily. She genuinely cares for the well-being of animals and provides top-notch service that you will not find anywhere else. Lily was so patient with our distrusting dog in the first couple of sessions that we felt comfortable leaving him with her for a week while we were away. Daily updates/pics/videos gave us peace of mind. He went on long walks at the park and met/play with other dogs every single day. Lily's daughter is an amazing little helper too and not to mention her husky, Ricky, is so chilled and friendly, the perfect role model for our nervous dog to hang around with. Our dog's diarrhea issue was also fixed. Different fresh meat and veggies are on the menu to mix along with the regular kibbles. Our dog absolutely adores her and we won't feel guilty about taking trips now!!
We boarded our pup baby when we went on a long trip and Lily took great care of her like one of her own. She’s taken to the park twice a day and had the best time of her life. Lily also made sure to send us updates and photos regularly. Highly recommend!
So so happy & grateful for Rickys Paw Doggy Day Care!! My rescue beagle suffers from really bad separation anxiety & will whine 24/7 (also sometimes howl) whenever i leave her anywhere, but they have been so patient & understanding with her regardless. I just picked her up from an overnight stay & she wasn’t even crying anymore! She clearly feels safe & comfortable there, which is not something that comes easy for her. It was my partners and I first trip so it would be the first time our dog Simba would be away from us. He’s been to daycare before but nothing like this. Lily has kept us updated over the course of 9 days with photos and videos of Simba playing happier than ever. We decided to choose Lily’s service because it was the only daycare we found that provided a home environment and simba tends to get slightly anxious at times. I think this was the best choice we could’ve picked. The photos speak for themselves. Simba has had the best time playing and even being able to socialize with other dogs. They even got Simba to play with other dogs which has never happened. They kept him active throughout the whole day that he would go home straight to sleep! I know Simba can be a lot since he has so much high energy and can’t even thank Lily enough for being so patient with him. He has a very sensitive stomach issue and was even able to fix his diarrhea by the second day! Lily also provided dental treats and photos of the food Simba eating. She added her own wet food mixed with his kibble which was good for his stomach. I’m so glad we brought him over, definitely will not be the last!
We entrusted Lily with our 10-month-old puppy when my husband and I traveled overseas. It was our first time leaving our dog with someone for an extended period of time (initially 15 days but then turned into 16 days!). What drew us to Ricky's Paw was how much individualized attention Lily puts into caring for all her doggy clients. Lily and her daughter basically treat all the dogs in their daycare and overnight boarding like family. There are a lot of places in this area of Queens that do dog boarding but they didn't seem to be what we were looking for. Before the trip, we dropped by so Lily could meet our dog and show us her place. We walked in with all our anxiety/stress about being away from our dog. However, we walked out feeling reassured and much more relaxed. We paid an initial deposit later that day and handled the remaining balance when we came back from the trip, both amounts paid through Zelle. She was very responsive to all of our questions/concerns pre-trip & throughout the trip via Facebook Messenger. Also, we appreciated that she provided us lots of pictures/videos daily. Because I was nervous, I tried to provide as much info as possible to Lily about my dog's quirks. One of the things I was really anxious about was having to give our dog his monthly heartworm/flea/tick/parasite pill. I had nothing to worry about! She followed our advice and successfully gave our dog his medicine. Even more amazing was how much our dog matured after being with Lily and the other dogs. We noticed he was pulling less on the leash and more at ease with being outdoors. Before the trip, we had struggled to get our dog to go to the bathroom outside. After the trip, he's been in the habit of needing to go outside for most, if not all, of his bathroom times. Thank you, Lily, Emily, and Ricky!
My new rescue stayed over night at Ricky’s and was very comfortable, more comfortable than her own home because she had new friends to play with. Lily and her family are great, they really care about the dogs, they make you feel very comfortable. I was sent many pictures of how she was doing and could clearly see she was enjoying the new environment. I certainly recommend Ricky’s day care and will continue to use them for all my day care needs.
My dog Benji had a great time at Ricky’s Paw Doggy Day Care. Lily is really loving and caring, treating Benji as her own. Her daughter is a fantastic helper and plays with Benji a lot. Their Husky Ricky is a real gentleman and very friendly to all the dogs staying at their place. I received frequent updates and many photos through the day, showing that Benji had lots of fun playing with Ricky and other dogs there. I highly recommend Ricky’s Paw Doggy Day Care for any dog owner that needs help to take care of their dog.
I would highly recommend Ricky’s paw daycare to anyone who owns dogs. Lily is very friendly and responsible. She keeps me updated with photos and videos every time I drop off my dog. I don’t need to worry or feel guilty when I leave my dog at her daycare because I know she will take good care of her.
So happy with our dog walking experience! We've been getting walks from Jamie and the crew on and off for a few years. She's always great at communication and super reliable and of course our dogs love her and Liari. Our dogs can be a bit strong and stubborn and it's no problem for them. The app works smoothly and the whole process is seamless. I would highly recommend these guys for dog walks. Oh- and good prices too!
Our dog is difficult - he has separation anxiety and will refuse walks and food when we leave. We needed to attend a funeral last minute and couldn't bring him with us. Lauren was patient and even hand fed him his food! We will no longer be afraid to leave him and hope to use Happy Pets more frequently.
We had Aaron watch our cat for five days while we were away, and could not possibly have been more pleased with his work. Aaron's notes each day were clear and detailed, we were able to see photos of our cat at each visit, and Aaron left our apartment spotless, down to the organized stack of mail that he picked up and piled for us. This is an excellent company - Jamie was a genuine pleasure to work with, too. We look forward to using Happy Pets NYC again very soon!
Happy pets is absolutely amazing! We had them walk our dog Zack weekly, and were never disappointed. They were courteous, timely and always kept us in the loop. We had them do multiple overnight stays with Zack and they treated our home with respect and always put Zack first. I would highly recommend happy pets to anyone who needs a reliable, friendly and professional dog walker.
Jamie and Christina are consummate professionals. We are able to have a consistent walker each time we need help with our dog. My wife and I have crazy work schedules. Sometimes we need to schedule a walk same day with short notice. They are so caring and make every attempt to accommodate our needs. We get email and picture updates from each walk. Christina even checks in using GPS. We also get updates on whether our pup goes #1 or #2. On hot summer days our walker even leaves extra water and turns up the AC so our pup doesn't overheat in our stuffy apartment. Could not be happier with happy pets!
Extremely expensive for doing so little. $20 for 30 minutes, which starts when they see, not enter, your front door. If you live in an apartment 30 floors up, you just paid 5 minutes of nothing. So it's best if you live on ground floor for them. Don't expect them to take stairs if you have a short flight of stairs; waiting for the elevator is a good time-killer. I've came home to open doors that I am very certain I closed before I left, I always check before I leave. So who knows what else they do.

Great place to take your dog! When I first too my pup, he'd cry when I left him but he's gotten to the point where he likes going. Very reasonable prices for the area, you can get packages that last long enough where you'll use all of it and they offer a web cam when your dog is checked in for the day. They have a big dog and little dog room, which I love because my pup is only 5.3lbs. They also have a groomer, so you can drop your pup off for daycare and they will have him groomed in time for pickup. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Love Buddy’s! Nic and the rest of the staff are great, and really take care of your dog like family. I’ve been dropping off Kimchi here regularly over the last few years, when I go to work, and she LOVES going to daycare there. I also really appreciate that I have access to the webcams and can check in during the day. I can’t say enough how friendly and professional the team is there! 5 stars and more!
I brought my dog Rafael for the first time today and I had a great experience! The receptionist and groomer were both extremely friendly and welcoming and made my nervous little Rafa feel comfortable right away. His haircut was done in under 2 hours which is really fast in my experience. When I came to pick him up he was very happy and his haircut was adorable. They also asked if I wanted to change anything with his cut which was a really nice thing to offer that other groomers usually don’t do. I am so happy I switched to Buddy’s for my dog’s grooming and I will definitely be back :)

This was my first time getting Cocoa groomed at Buddy’s and it was a great experience. Xana was our groomer and she did an awesome job! She was friendly, incredibly thorough and fast. I was surprised when I got a call 2 hours after drop off the Cocoa was ready for pick up - her coat is immaculate with no more under coat shedding and she was such a happy pup when I picked her up.
Wow, this place is fantastic! My pooch loves coming here. The other dogs are friendly and the staff at Buddy's seems to really enjoy being with the dogs. Five stars. I love it here.
Love love this daycare. The staff is so friendly and really makes sure my pup is taken care of especially since he gets nervous around bigger dogs. He did get bit once and the staff took action right away, called me to tell me what happened, paid for the vet bill and made sure the other dog never returned. They have been so professional and despite the scary incident they made me safe to proceed taking my pup there. They took action and was super transparent with what happened and that made everything better.

It was our first time being away from our puppy since the day we got him, and they made us and my dog feel reassured about leaving each other. We left for vacation for a little more than a week. They are amazing at what they do. They fed him well, gave him his medications and took great care with him. The daily photos and videos made us feel less guilty about leaving the dog because he looks so happy with them and looks like he was having so much fun. I will definitely leave him again the next time I need, and will recommend to others.

Alan and Emily are absolutely amazing! If I can give 10 stars I would! I reached out to the them to board my 7 month mini golden doodle for 2 nights while my family and I went on a little getaway. They were extremely sweet and were able to care for him. Our puppy has never stood away from home, never attended any day care or boarding. They were so welcoming and made him feel at home from the very start of introduction. Alan and Emily did a Video call assessment and a walk through of their lovely home, they were extremely thorough in explaining the process and made me feel very comfortable leaving my puppy in a safe environment. They asked questions regarding his vaccination records and sent history documentation forms via email to complete prior to our call as well as answered all of my questions and concerns with ease. I received photos, videos and updates throughout my time away and my puppy did GREAT! He was so comfortable and transitioned very well, it was amazing to see him socializing with everyone and the other dogs in the home. Communication, Professionalism and all the the above was outstanding. They were both an absolute pleasure and are definitely a keeper!

Emily and Alan provided great care to our pup Chase while we are away. We received daily photos, seeing that Chase was having fun times with his furry friends brought more joy and relaxation to our vacation. They went above and beyond when our return flight was delayed til late at night, they stayed up late to bring Chase back to us when we finally arrived home. I would recommend them to all pet owners, I’ve asked them to care Chase many times in the past, always had great communication and great services from them.
A THOUSAND STARS!!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆ We LOVE Wet Noses for our rescue dog. We have been using their services for the past 3 years and cannot say enough wonderful things about Alan, Emily (and their whole family)-- they have been such a life saver for us and our pupper-- who tends to have some separation anxiety and would NOT do well in a kennel overnight. They have always been consistent/reliable, easy communication, and so kind/warm/understanding with our dog and her quirks. It's such a relief to know she is in good hands and in a safe/cozy environment when we are out of town.
Before meeting Alan and his family, leaving for a vacation was stressful because we worried about leaving our pup Zeppole for even one night. We can now go way and not worry! She is so well taken care of and comes home so happy! We love the daily updates and pictures. And we love how warm the whole family is...they make Zeppole feel totally at home. ***Update*** 5/2023 - a year later and still relying on Wet Noses to keep my pup when we are away. They are amazing!

Alan and Emily are the absolute best! Remi is my first pet ever, and I’m nervous about whether or not I’m making the right decisions for him all the time, but I feel completely safe and reassured by Alan and Emily every time I leave Remi in their care. I know that Remi is always well taken care of and that he’s having fun with his friends at daycare. I’ve also left Remi with Alan and Emily overnight on multiple occasions, and I never have to worry because they constantly update me with photos and videos. They are very attentive to his needs and preferences — I feel like they even know him better than I do sometimes! Also, Alan and Emily are extremely warm and flexible; they always try to accommodate my needs in terms of scheduling. I appreciate them to the max and recommend them 120%!
