Victor & Kelly
I had a lovely time watching Valentina and Buzzy and looking after Vic’s amazing home. The neighborhood had lots to offer in terms of restaurants, groceries, and sights to see - and Vic & Kelly left a super generous gift for me when I arrived which made me feel right at home! They were great with communication as well so I had no issue reaching out with questions.

We enjoyed our short time sit. Luna was interested in us in the beginning but then kept distance and was unfriendly when approaching her but she was happy about being fed and going on the balcony. As Karo said probably Luna just needs more time with someone new to open up. Karo is a welcoming host and gave us lots of useful Frankfurt tips. The flat itself is quite big, comfortable and beautifully furnished. Although Karo cleaned and ordered everything for our stay it was not exactly like it looked on the pictures but we still felt comfortable.

We enjoyed our time at Great Baddow, with Sam and Jess' house comfortable and well equipped. There are shops an easy walk away, and there are buses nearby to take you the short distance into Chelmsford. And if you are lucky enough to be there in the summer there are abundant wild blackberries in the surrounding area.

Sam and Jess were great communicators, with everything we needed to know well written and easy to follow. They were available via email should we need advice, and in addition had some friendly neighbours keeping an eye on us, in a good way - having a chat, sharing garden vegetables, ensuring we got the bins routine sorted, etc. We felt welcome in the house and in the neighbourhood.

The dogs are all quiet and well behaved, no problem at all. And Maddie the cat keeps her own schedule, always around at food time and enjoying a warm human's attention in the evening.

The dogs love their walks, with the two Border Collies - Beatrix and Sloan - thoroughly enjoying their off-lead runs in the nearby fields. They never go far away, staying close to their human flock, rounding us up if we drift apart. Their recall is excellent. Back home they are like energiser bunnies, chasing a ball in the yard for as long as you are willing to throw it. Once the ball is put away though, they settle down and let you do your own thing.

Caoilinn, the Golden Retriever, is a big softy. Always up for a cuddle. She stayed on the lead, but that was not a problem for her; She is just happy to be out on her walk, keeping watch for squirrels.

I would recommend this pet / house sit to anyone, and we would be happy to return given the chance.

Spending time with Hank and Finn was amazing! Hank has so much joy and is obsessed with playing fetch. Finn is a gracious sweet soul and adores snuggle time and playtime with his brother. They both adore their walks throughout the neighborhood. Hank is a BIG BOY, but Jake is kind to offer that you can wear him out in the yard over walks if that suits you best. The home is architecturally designed by a professional (homeowner Allison) and its decor has likely won, or should win, several awards in high end magazines.

Our time with ‘The Boys’ was spent between cool mornings in the yard, lazy afternoon’s in the cool comfort of the indoor space and leisure evenings on the backyard patio with string lights all around.

I highly recommend based on the perfect pups, the owners kind personalities and clear communication, the homes’ proximity to everything, and the highly desirable space to relax.

Do not miss this opportunity should you be invited to love on Hank and Finn. ❤️🐾❤️

We had a brilliant sit staying in Emsworth, Caroline and Bruce have a wonderful home which is walking distance fom the train station, although Caroline kindly picked us up.

Edie was a delightful cat to sit for, she is incredibly friendly and sweet, we had her sat on our laps most nights and she was our alarm in the morning!

Caroline communicated clearly throughout the process which was really appreciated, would recommend this sit.

Maggie and Graham were very generous and hosted me the night before they left. The setting is rural and tranquil and the sunsets are incredible. Despite my last minute disorganization, they were helpful and allowed me to get to my next destination on time.
